I tried to book an appointment with Andy
This is the reply that I received from her
“Hey jennifer. Unfortunately I don’t feel comfortable doing your hair any longer. You left ea...
rly and unhappy from your last appointment and I discounted your services because you weren’t comfortable with my pricing. I wish you well and appreciate your business over the years”
I replied back very shocked
That she would say such a thing to me. I was not even upset when I left however I did question her pricing which she has continually raised since I started coming there and she did not like it so she never discounted my prices, she gave it to me for the price that I paid the last time I came in because she never told me she raised her prices again..shady business Yes I get it times are hard economically and I would sure like to work 3 days a week too but it but I don’t feel I should have the prices raised on me everytime I come in without even being told. Fair in square she doesn’t want my business because I question it and because I only get my hair done 3 times a year.
I had done a lot of research and was excited about b/rose. However, I had a lot of issues with scheduling. My scheduled appointment wasn’t on the books because an employee had quit...
, which was understandable, but they also never contacted me the next week with information like I asked. I then submitted another inquiry and never heard back. I called twice with no answer and eventually was called back after I contacted them on Instagram. I can’t speak of their quality of services but I felt unimportant to them and their employees the entire time.
I loved working with Andi and the ladies at b/rose for our wedding day. Everything felt super easy, laid back and honestly ended up perfect. Not only were they the perfect hair art...
ists for our wedding, I found a new salon for life!
The ladies from b/ rose did an amazing job on the hair and makeup for my bridal party for my wedding. Andi was fantastic in helping set up everything from the hair and makeup trial...
I had in the shop to the arrival and work of all of the ladies for my bridal party on the morning of my wedding. Andi did my hair, and Kristen did my makeup. They maintained the simple but classy look I wanted, and I felt just gorgeous for my big day, and my look stayed together beautifully for the entire day. My three bridesmaids and my mother also had hair and makeup done by the b/ rose crew; a total of four stylists came to my home at 7:00 in the morning, and we were all ready without anyone having to rush and earlier than Andi had anticipated. We were all extremely happy with the looks created for us by b/ rose; the stylists produced exactly what we wanted with limited specifics from us. We weren’t quite sure what we wanted, but they pulled it together wonderfully! I would hire b/ rose for a big event like this again without hesitation! Thank you so much Andi and everyone at b/ rose!
I should also mention that I have been into the shop for other services, and I have had a great experience every time.
Andi and team did an AMAZING job for my wedding day. The beauty bar itself is a chill and comfortable spot where we could relax before the day started! Their work on both makeup an...

My wedding was in September of last year. I waited two weeks before the big day to find a hair stylist for my bridesmaid and me (talk about waiting last minute) I was being so pick...
y with what I wanted my hair to look like. I wanted something unique. I wanted a hair style that looked like it was out of a magazine. And I definitely didn't want my hair to look like it was just pinned to my head with 100 bobby pins! I discovered b/rose beauty bar online, and their pictures were breath taking! I was so fortunate that there were only two openings left for the day of my wedding! (Whew!) Andi did an amazing job on my bridesmaid's hair! It was exactly what we asked for! Very subtle and beautiful. We both loved the style so much! And oh my goodness, Rebekah made my hair a work of art! I've never seen a more beautiful style in all my life! I am truly grateful I found this salon and had the honor of having these two ladies be our stylists. They made my special day that much more special! Love! Love! Love this place!

he best at doing my own hair and makeup, so I put my complete trust in Sarah for picking my look. I couldn't of been happier, she made me feel and look like a princess. For many (including myself) planning was pretty stressful, but knowing the team at B/Rose was there to start the whole day of on a great note was a perfect beginning. The entire team is very professional and had myself and bridal party (of 7) finished with ease and done with plenty of time to spare. All of my girls looked stunning and the team was great with accommodating all of the looks they wanted.
If you want your wedding day to start out as smooth and perfect as you could ever hope then you should choose b/rose! I don't know if i can recommend them enough!

e easiest (and best!) decisions I made during the wedding planning process. Sarah executed my vision for my hair and makeup perfectly. I couldn’t have been happier with the way everything turned out. My bridesmaids as well as our flower girl and the mother of the bride and groom also got their hair and makeup done. Everyone’s hair and makeup turned out flawlessly. Even with needing to accommodate 10 of us in total getting hair and makeup done, b /rose was able to get us all finished right on schedule. b /rose helped to make the whole experience fun and stress-free. I would highly recommend b /rose to any other brides!
