Facilities and Capacity
Grand Monarque Hall, or the Grand Salon as it has often been called, is an early 19th century stone building with towering ceilings, hand crafted wooden floors, exposed wooden beams and ten foot round antique wrought iron chandeliers that all come together in a historic setting full of old world charm.
The clean and open floor plan of almost five thousand square feet offers the flexibility of creating indoor events of many different sizes and types. From elegant weddings, private parties and corporate banquets to charity balls, trade shows and cultural events, Grand Monarque Hall can be designed to accommodate a wide variety of events and gatherings.
An equally grand English cobblestone patio frames a magnificent stone fountain and extends the event experience outdoors creating endless possibilities and a beautiful space with both indoor and outdoor capabilities

Brotherhood Winery is America’s oldest winery, dating back to 1810 when a French Huguenot emigre named Jean Jaques purchased the land and began planting grapes. By 1839, his first underground cellars were dug and Jaques fermented his first vintage wine. Those cellars are still in use today

Eileen was an absolute superstar and her team could not have been more helpful and patient with us, toughing it out through the rain and making our guests feel comfortable in every way. The venue more than spaciously fit 125 guests and effortless worked with our vendors. He was able to work with us to host the wedding of our dreams (with fewer guests per NYS Guidelines of course) that would still be beautiful and safe for our loved ones. Not to mention, the entire grounds are gorgeous and made for amazing photos. We used Inn Credible Caterer's, and they were wonderful as well. Everyone is still raving about the food. from the venue’s natural beauty and character. The venue itself is absolutely stunning with its romantic rustic charm including exposed wooden beams, original fieldstone, and antique chandeliers. With the venue as perfect for us as could be, what made our overall experience perfect with Brotherhood winery was the staff, specifically Donny Nap. We planned our wedding from 900 miles away, and therefore couldn’t do much of the face-to-face meetings that are part of normal planning. Given the circumstances Donny was extremely accommodating with both us and the vendors we chose. He was basically our wedding planner. He made sure to frequently check in both via email and calls to make sure we were on track with each and every part of the wedding from florist to caterer to DJ and photographer. He provided us with the names of ALL the vendors we ended up using which to no surprise were AMAZING. Donny was there for our wedding night and stayed with us the entire evening to celebrate. We could not be more thankful and appreciative of all his help- he truly made our wedding the best day of our lives! He is the best!!

as they become more popular and "in-demand" I fear they won't maintain the best value. I hope I'm wrong, because it would be a shame for this location to become "priced out" for local residents. Donny can be a gem and once you book he is super helpful, professional, charming, and quick to respond. I think we got off to a rough start during the actual booking process, but our relationship course corrected quickly post contract signature. And night of, he truly was one of my favorite people in attendance. The rating reflects the lack of flexibility due to the historic location. No open flame, and there is limited flexibility with what you can bring in, no space to get ready at, and the winery is open for normal business hours the day of meaning people will be around the site while you're trying to take pictures. However, don't let this sway you. There's not really much you need to add to the property because it is so beautiful, so I wouldn't worry too much. BOOK EARLY if you want this spot. We were booking 18-months in advance and still didn't get the date we wanted, though it all worked out for the best and the weather was a perfect fall day in November. Also there's not really a weather "plan B" other than tents so keep that in mind if you're getting married onsite (this also affects the "Flexibility" rating). The day was truly perfect though and I am so unbelievably thrilled we chose this location, and cannot thank Donny and his team enough for everything.

He was super easy to talk to and easy going regarding several of my requests. The entire staff was friendly and kind. For catering, we went with InnCredible Caterers who were just that, incredible.
