I booked with BBC around Sept/Oct 2024 with a wedding date in April 2025. Throughout the process there were many red flags indicating she may not be a reliable vendor— unfortunately I brushed them off and hoped for the best.
I paid for 8 faces on wedding, starting at 8:45a. She arrived 3+ hours late for bridal party prep. Within those 3hrs, we could not communicate with her (she states she left her phone in an Uber). Since we couldn’t contact her we figured she was a no show and booked another artist on my wedding day.
She apologized for her tardiness and miscommunication and agreed to pay the cost of the additional artist that we hired. After the wedding, I contacted her regarding the payment. She then tells me she lost her card and would pay once the card arrived. I’ve now texted her twice regarding the payment and have yet to hear back.
No bride deserves to deal with this on her wedding day or honeymoon. Brides beware and book elsewhere.

Everyone loved their look including me. Kadi was very open to feedback during the trial as well as after and during the application on the big day.
