at the new venue. She was calm and collected throughout the entire planning process. We met three times before the rehearsal. Each time she gently moved us along in the planning process until things were all sorted out for the actual wedding day. Robin also stayed on top of all vendor issues. She made two emergency calls to me when she noticed emerging issues at the venue (things I would not have caught!). I highly recommend Robin to anyone who needs help wedding planning.

e AWESOME! To begin with, Robin scheduled several meetings to formulate possible venues and themes. She was very available to answer the smallest question, and to triple check any factors that helped to make my evening a success. Since I was retiring and celebrating my birthday too, the theme was New Beginnings. There were so many details to consider, but Robin maintained a calming demeanor from pre planning to the last moments of the evening. The hotel selection and ballroom area were magnificent. We began the evening with a selection of tasty hot and cold hors D’oeuvres. This onset took place on a breath-taking mezzanine overlooking the first floor. Robin assisted me with maintaining an accurate guest list, catering details, glorious ballroom décor, budgeting, seating, menu selection, gift area, and anything that gave my affair that WOW effect. We even had a beautifully decorated tiered cake from a well-known bakery! Robin even helped me to select a live band, and the room was filled with oldies and wonderful music the entire evening! Most of the guest who attended were family members, long-time friends, educators, and church members, too. They had very discriminating taste, and a keen eye for excellence. Everyone was in awe! The affair is still being talked about and only in the most glowing terms. Thank you so much Robin and the Brown Bird Events staff for helping me to create my extraordinary New Beginnings! sion and professionalism stood out. There was absolutely no way we were going ahead in the planning of our wedding without Brown Bird Events. Every step of the way Robin guided us through, there was never a question that we felt like she couldn’t answer. The meetings, emails, texts and calls made it so easy for us to always feel on top of it all. She takes less than 1 hour to reply to any text or email which is unheard of. A lot of people asked in the last few weeks leading up to the wedding if I was stressed about the day and my answer was no, because I knew that Robin and her team would handle it. That peace of mind knowing Robin is so efficient at her job certainly took the stress out of our surprise wedding. Robin and April’s attention to detail, quick thinking and ability to problem solve anything made for such a smooth day. In the days before the wedding Robin was there for us and rolled with the punches when last minute changes were needed. Robin and April set the venue up and was on hand throughout the day to make sure everything ran smoothly. It was all so well planned it went off without a hitch. We suspect she even arranged for the perfect weather on the day (It was supposed to rain)! All our guests commented on how efficient, professional she was, and above all, so warm and welcoming. The calm manner and beautiful smile that she greeted us and our guests with eased our last minute nerves and we still have comments to this day about how lovely and genuine Robin and April were. My husband and I couldn’t recommend Brown Bird Events highly enough, our wedding day was completely how we imagined and that was because Robin helped us make it happen. It makes me sad to know it’s all over now and we no longer have an excuse to meet and talk business.

il is overseen. Robin Jenkins has was a breath of fresh air!!! She truly knows what it means to plan an event from start to finish. What stands out in my mind is the way she helped coordinated my bridal party and the natural ease in which she did it with. The last thing any bride wants to do is worry and I did not worry in her care. I will continue to use Brown Bird Events for any other family weddings as well as special events.
