Unforgettable Events
Beautiful wooden beams spanning ballroom with great window views of the golf course! We had our wedding ceremony and reception in the ballroom on New Year's Eve. The staff were very accommodating in switching the set up from the ceremony to the reception while our guests enjoyed a cocktail hour in Divots restaurant also located inside the country club. They work with the Marriott in Coralville wedding planning and catering service and are great about handling all the details for you!
We had our wedding ceremony outside and our reception in the ballroom in July. The Brown Deer and Marriott staff did a wonderful job! The food was wonderful, staff were accommodating, and the view was gorgeous.

Brown Deer Golf Club can host wedding celebrations with up to 240 guests or as few as just 12 for intimate gatherings. The unique location features large windows and golf course views that give the space a peaceful, natural atmosphere. Whether your vision for your special day is extravagant or low-key, the team tailors your experience to fully bring your dream day to life. The intimate Board Room comfortably seats up to 12 guests, ideal for small gatherings or planning sessions. You can host a mid-sized celebration in the Half Banquet Hall, accommodating 75 to 100 guests. The Full Banquet Hall offers a grand setting for up to 200 attendees. For outdoor charm, the Patio and Event Canopy welcomes as many as 225 guests. Between November and March, the Lower Level Event Space provides a cozy alternative for gatherings of up to 120 people.
