My cake was definitely one of the highlights of the wedding! It was elegant and even better than I envisioned it would be! I'm super thankful to Allison for working with me and creating such a delicious masterpiece.

Can't get over how great my cakes were! Still reeling over everything!! Guests talked all night about how amazing my cake was!! Can not recommend enough!

Allison is super talented and so sweet! I came in with a rough idea to our consultation, and the final product had me speechless! Absolutely gorgeous wedding cake, and so delicious! It was very hard to narrow down flavors since every single one was to die for. Try the blueberry and the Mexican chocolate. Amazing! It looked straight out of a fairy tale!

Browns Egg Bakery makes some of the best desserts I've ever had! We had various types of pie and three flavors of cake and each one was delicious. Our grooms cake had a layer of fondant on it and the cake itself still managed to be delicious and wasn't dry at all. I highly reccomend Browns Egg Bakery.

I opted for pies and a small cutting cake for my wedding and used Allison for both. I don't know of any baker in Okc that is as educated and talented, and I did my research!!!!! She is 🐐!! Love her!!!!!!

Cake flavors are unlike any others I've ever tasted! Amazing process, and super amazing working with Allison. I literally cried when I saw how beautiful my wedding cake was!

Where to start with Allison!? If I could give her 50 stars I would! She was a breeze to deal with, and even listened to me when I was feeling overloaded and stressed out! Who knew planning a wedding was SO hard! All I know is having her on my team was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding! Thank you a thousand times over!

Working with Allison was incredible! She is so friendly, funny and talented! She truly made our cake vision come to life, and the flavors are SO delicious!

Allison was a life-saver. After our first cake vendor went MIA two months beforehand - Allison responded that she would be happy to work with us and help us out and had a spot open for our big day. She was so sweet and enthusiastic, we meet up and talked about ideas and she made sketches of the cake that really helped me visualize everything. About a month out, I asked if we could add some cute little add-ons to the grooms cake and she was more than happy to accommodate. On top of all of that - the cakes were absolutely delicious and we received compliments all night. Due to some allergies, we also ordered some of the vegan/gf chocolate cupcakes and they were INCREDIBLE. Everything we ordered was beautiful and exactly how we wanted. Thank you Allison, we can't wait to recommend you to others!

We initially thought that we wanted a traditional wedding cake flavor and my fiancee is SO picky! We scheduled a tasting with Brown Egg and actually were kinda disappointed with the flavors that she picked for us to taste. :0( She had a citrus cake, mexican chocolate, and blueberry lavender cake for us to try. When we tried the cakes we fell to the floor! We had NO idea that cake could really taste like that! Not only did we decide to scratch our plans for traditional wedding cake, we went with all THREE flavors! The cake was better than what we imagined for our wedding day, and I'm still getting questions from guests wanting to know who made my wedding cake! Allison was a dream to work with! She is informative, and very professional, easy to talk to, and she definitely knows what she's doing! We absolutely LOVE her!

Where do I begin! Cake is a HUGE deal in my family,and when I met with Allison and tasted her cakes, I knew we would be fighting for the last piece of cake at my wedding, and I was right-my dad won lol! She was readily available for any questions I had, and she was actually really calming when I seemed stressed out! When she came to set up my wedding, she noticed that some flowers weren't set up in the right place at the venue,and the flower petals weren't thrown on the walkway for MY entrance! Allison literally stayed and made sure that everything was perfect-and she didn't think twice about it! That's not just great business, that's being a GREAT person! I will never, ever use ANY other baker than her! I know that me and my family will have another fight over the last piece of Allison's cake soon, and I plan to be the winner!!!

When I went to a friend's wedding and had a slice of the cake, I immediately knew that Brown Egg was going to make my wedding cake when I got married! Allison was one of the easiest people I dealt with during the planning of my wedding! I couldn't have asked for a more perfect cake!! You'd be silly not to have Allison create your cake!

Allison delivered a beautiful dessert bar that was everything I hoped for. I gave three starts because she was often difficult to communicate with throughout the planning process.

Absolutely horrible experience! It's a nightmare getting to speak to Allison. It would be easier to get the President on the phone than her and he would likely be less narcissistic at that. She was snotty and awful to work with even at the tasting, but her samples tasted amazing and I'd already driven to OKC to meet her in a coffee shop and to place my order (bizarre). No bakery to visit. I tried to contact her prior to my wedding as I am a very organized person and she couldn't be bothered to respond. I finally received an email from her assistance two days before the wedding (which I kept) actually stating she was too busy to speak to me. I hoped for the best, but sadly that did not happen. My cake was not correct. I ordered mainly blueberry lavender with the top layer being banana just for my groom. Guests were excited about the blueberry lavender and we had even had it printed on our menus. Instead we got the tiny top layer blueberry and the other two layers were banana. People were very disappointed and so were we. I took a lot of banana cake home as several guests could not have nuts. Had she simply confirmed with me as expected this would have been avoided. No refund. No compensation even though my contract reflects the correct flavor. This woman's inflated ego got in the way of a perfect reception. People skills are lacking here and apparently so is the ability to read a cake order.

Our cake tasted wonderful and Brown egg even added a last minute grooms cake that was a huge hit at our wedding.
