Brown Floral

I got married in January, and felt that I should let others know a little bit about Brown Floral. After seeing all of their great reviews I reached out to them to schedule a consultation. They actually responded right away, but not all that professionally. I went to the appointment and felt that we were just going through a checklist with no personalization, care, or professionalism. At the end, she said that she would get back to me with a proposal in the next week. Well, 2 weeks later I emailed them as I had not heard from her. Never heard back again. I did not try any harder as I had found another florist that I was very excited to work with. Even after I started working with the other florist, I reached out just to let them know that I would not longer be working with them, and they never responded. After this experience, I looked back at their reviews to discover that a good majority of the reviews raved about Susie. To my understanding, Susie no longer works with this company. I would suggest doing your research and make sure you are getting good service prior to using them.

Wow! I love Brown Floral!! Susy put together my beautiful wedding flowers and I was SO happy with how they turned out! She first sat down with me and talked about what I envisioned. Then she let me see many flowers at their store, so that I could make a more informed decision. When I saw my bouquet for the first time I was taken aback by how perfect it was! It was everything I had ever hoped for and dreamed of! Susy was also the sweetest through it all and so easy to communicate with! She gave us different price options as well and was so easy to work with!! Thank you Brown Floral for making my wedding flower dreams come true!

Susie Young from Brown Floral designed our floral arrangements for our wedding and they were absolutely stunning! All I wanted were simple baby's breath arrangements and she created them beautifully. Each bouquet, corsage, boutonniere, and center piece was simply gorgeous. Susie was so easy to work with and so kind. I highly recommend her! I loved her work so much, I now follow her on social media so I can view her beautiful work regularly!

Susie is very talented and had wonderful ideas. She was very familiar with our venue and it couldn't have been more beautiful. She bends over backwards to make it a special and magical event. I appreciate her ideas, suggestions and talent. I would use her again if given the opportunity. Our wedding was perfect.

Planning from a distance was made so easy! I was able to set up phone meetings and email in ideas and everything went so smoothly. Plus the end result was beautiful!

I can't say enough about how amazing Brown Floral was to work with for my daughter's wedding. My daughter had a vision and with Susie's help her dream came true. The whole experience meeting with her and going into the fridge to pick flower's and colors was so much fun. Not only did Susie create her dream, it was far beyond what I thought it would be. Right down from her table center piece's, cake floral's to her Bride bouquet and more! The flower's that Susie and her team put together were so beautiful! Susie was amazing to work with. We originally emailed, as I lived out of state, and then we spoke on the phone. We exchanged pictures via email and text and then I let Susie work her floral magic to make the ceremony arch, my bouquet, the bridesmaids bouquets and the groom/groomsmen bouts. On the wedding day, I had left behind the cake topper and basically had a plain white cake :( Susie and her assistant were at the wedding site building the ceremony arch and I asked her if she had extra flowers to add to the cake. She came to the rescue and did just that, as well as placed flowers on our unplanned "welcome to our wedding" sign :) These extra, unplanned touches really made our wedding day come together! I absolutely LOVED all of our flowers and my bouquet was everything I wanted it to be! In addition, she and her assistant caught the most perfect, priceless moment of my flower girl standing at the ceremony table/arch. The photo is stunning! Susie, THANK YOU so much for making my day stunning and absolutely perfect!!!

Susie is amazing! She delivered on exactly what I had imagined for my big day. She was always prompt, considerate, and willing to go the extra mile. Only good things to say!

Brown Floral is AMAZING! Brown Floral, a team of wedding angels, were able to create a beautiful last minute bouquet and boutonnière when another florist fell through the day of. I called them about 45 minutes before the ceremony, and in about 15 minutes they had everything ready to go for me! I seriously cannot thank Heather, Jessica , and the whole team enough!

Highly recommend!! Susie is awesome! She really cared about what I wanted and was so great to work with. I even went back to have artificial flowers put on some of my wedding decorations so I could keep them forever!

Brown Floral did an amazing job on my daughter’s wedding! She had so much fun walking through their store and picking out flowers she liked to make her bouquet. The bridal bouquet was stunning on her wedding day! The Bridesmaid bouquets were so unique and everybody remarked how pretty they were. The centerpieces exceeded my expectations and were absolutely beautiful! We also had Shepard’s hooks with hanging florals for our outdoor reception. It was so stress free as Brown floral arrived and placed all of the florals at our reception. It was so beautiful! Working with Susie was great as she communicated with me constantly and made everything easy. Brown Floral was so wonderful to us that they are doing our next wedding as well!

Everything was perfect with our Brown’s floral experience. Susie was so patient and helpful with making decisions, and then making changes to those decisions. Communication was clear and easy leading up to the big day. And most importantly-things were perfect the day of. I didn’t have to worry about a thing with the arrangements and they were all the same size or bigger than we expected. Definitely recommend!!

My family LOVES Brown Floral!!! Whenever we needs flowers, we always go to them because we know that they will always be creative, original, and beautiful! They did both of my sisters weddings and mine. Trust me, the flowers were AMAZING!

I worked with Susie for my wedding flowers, and she was INCREDIBLE. My bouquet and my bridesmaid's bouquets looked like they came out of some heavenly garden. The price was well within my budget, and they worked with me every step of the way. Not only did they make delivery of the flowers easy, but they also helped put flowers into my cake the way I wanted them, and help set up the centerpieces. We loved working with Brown Floral (and especially, Susie)! If I’m being honest, picking out flowers was the thing I was the least excited for. I had no idea what I wanted and wasn’t even sure what the options were. Susie was so patient and had a whole questionnaire to help us narrow down all of the options! At one point, she even walked me back into their refrigerator so I could see the types of flowers she was referring to! She was so knowledgeable about everything that I finally just gave her a few parameters (bouquet size and general feel of the look I was going for) and asked her to work her magic. My bouquet, boutonnieres and center pieces were absolutely gorgeous! She nailed it!

Brown floral is a company that I know the owners daughter, I loved them because I told them my color and a few specific flowers that I wanted and told them to have at it and make it look nice, they totally did I loved my bouquet it was just what I wanted! They did such a great job! I have heard that it is under new management now.
