Founded in 1991, it is now home to thousands of residents who enjoy beautiful walking paths, pools, tennis courts, and clubhouses. The club’s founding members are lifelong residents of the local area and many employees live within the community. A stunning white facade greets guests as they make their way down the well-manicured driveway towards the main building. Black shutters and a long brick walkway usher you onto the spacious front patio. Towering columns, a massive portico, and second-floor balconies give the building a sense of grandeur prior to stepping foot inside. Venue was beautiful and well-kept. We liked the outdoor dance floor a lot. Our food was excellent, but it took way too long to serve it. The venue only had two servers for our 75 person reception. Due to how long it took for everybody to get their food, the venue did give us an extra hour free of change to make it right. All in all, we had a wonderful time celebrating our marriage with friends and family!

I'm not normally a person who goes out of my way to write reviews but after my experience here I felt it was necessary. It's a shame that such a beautiful place is so poorly staffed. I would like to start out by saying the condos we stayed in were great. It was very convenient for the wedding party to be able to stay close to the location and all the condos that I saw were nice and clean. The golf is great, especially for the guys who may not be involved in the wedding festivities. However, dealing with the staff at the actual reception area was a nightmare. Robin, and the rest of the staff, I guess they were waitresses, were extremely rude. There was rarely a question asked without a sarcastic response. Family and friends did all of the decorating and set up for the wedding, the only things that were to be taken care of by the staff were wrong. Also, they have a list of different vendors you can select from. I think this is a great idea, especially for those who are from out of town, but please do not trust their list. The extra research is worth it. Although there were several vendors at the wedding from this list I think the one that stood out the most was the DJ. Half of his speakers wouldn't work, his microphone kept cutting out, and to say the least, the music that was played was NOT what the bride had asked for. After working in a service industry myself for the past five years Iv learned that being polite can go a long way, which is somthing that I think the staff at Brunswick Plantation could really benifit from. The only two ladies I will brag on were the bartenders. I didn't spend a whole lot of time at the bar but when ever I was it was packed and those ladies were working non stop. Overall, if you're looking for a beautiful place to have your wedding Brunswick Plantation is a great place, but it is like pulling teeth dealing with their staff.

The area was gorgeous. Food was delicious, ceremony space was stunning. Very little was included, had to supply most things separately. Still worth the money though.

They have this down!Phone list of guests for your wedding party. All of the grooms family and friends stayed here and everyone enjoyed the stay. Rentals were nice! All very pleased. Only two cautions, staff was nice one day about the welcome buckets and rude the next so just use caution and not like a normal hotel bring shampoo and bathroom stuff (booked for our wedding night and bride and groom had a hard morning as they packed light)
