Bethany created a last-minute seating chart for us after a mishap on our part left us scrambling. Her calligraphy is absolutely beautiful and we loved her work! She brainstormed layouts with us, double-checked to confirm some of the trickier spellings, and gave us good advice on how to transport it to the venue without smudging. We are so happy with how it turned out and are really grateful for her!
Bethany was amazing to work with! She was quick to respond, super creative with my sister’s bachelorette theme, and very professional!! Highly recommend for any bridal event!! The banner got so many compliments!

Hi, I'm Bethany, owner of Brush Letters By Bethany in Matthews, NC. I have always loved handwriting, fonts, and being creative. I started my hand lettering journey in 2017, and added classic calligraphy in 2024. I work closely with couples to make sure their vision comes to life. I love creating new ink colors, finding the perfect font for your special day, and most of all helping couples create beautiful details for a day filled with love and happiness. When I am not working on wedding commissions, you can find me teaching calligraphy classes, brush lettering classes, or fifth graders.
