re it around for the rest of the night to check it and had some tweaks for day of where some pieces fell. And she took that info and man my hair didn’t budge! It looked so amazing all night! I’ve never loved my hair more! My girls also looked so perfect. We loved having her all day getting ready. She has such a fun personality and I can’t wait to use her for all of my hair needs now!

many style changes over the year, and she managed to create such a beautiful and vibrant makeup look for me. Mandy (who did my hair) was absolutely wonderful. My hair was so gorgeous, and she worked so well with a rather difficult hairpiece I had. I felt well taken care of because Sam had such great communication over the year, and the day of the wedding went so smoothly because of how well everything was planned.

dn't know it yet) the day I came in for my makeup trial. The day I came in was the first day I felt off, and I was pretty confident that it was allergies. I just had some drainage. After the makeup trial, the next few days I developed more clear Covid symptoms and ended up getting a positive test. I let Sam know, as a courtesy, hoping I didn't give it to her. I didn't hear from her for a few days, and then was given a blunt email that she wouldn't be doing my makeup for my wedding. I'm pretty upset that I have to find another makeup artist in less than a month before my wedding. At this point, I wasted time and money with Sam, and she didn't keep her word about doing my makeup for my wedding day. I couldn't help it that I had Covid and didn't know it. If I had any clue that I was sick, I definitely wouldn't have come in that day.

Sam was my main point of contact throughout the process and she has a very organized and professional system for securing a wedding date and developing a hair/makeup timeline. Sam did my makeup for the wedding day and for two trials prior. She was super easy to provide feedback to, which is extremely important - your wedding day is not the day to be scared to speak up about what you want! I felt so beautiful but I still felt like myself, not overdone. Kristen styled my hair and it looked AMAZING. I had completed a hair trial with another stylist who had to unexpectedly take a medical leave and would be unavailable for my wedding date; the Brushed team was so kind and professional and allowed me to do another trial with Kristen for free. Kristen worked so hard to recreate my initial hairstyle and did an amazing job. The whole wedding party looked completely stunning and felt amazing. I felt that their prices were fair for the quality and artistry, however I did feel that the travel fees were a little overpriced. Overall, I would highly recommend Brushed for your wedding day!

One warning though, it did take longer than they said it would. Otherwise everything was perfect! My makeup and hair stayed put all day! I would recommend their services.
