Randy was very professional and personable. At the start of the process he drove to our home so we could try samples. They were enough to feed us a couple days! Plus, a whole jar of his own BBQ sauce. He checked in the Monday before our event to confirm details. He showed up early with his smoker/trailer to finish the food and have it ready for right after our ceremony. We loved the food and so did our guests! We really enjoyed working with him and hope to use him again for future events.

From the first tasting to the last bite on our wedding day, Randy and his team exceeded all our expectations! We heard nothing but compliments from our guests, both during and long after the wedding. The food was phenomenal—everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. They truly went above and beyond with personalized menu options that perfectly reflected our tastes. I am so happy that I chose Bryan’s Custom Cooking & Catering. He cooked and catered our daughter’s rehearsal dinner. And he catered her Wedding for following day. I was able to meet Bryan and talk to him on several occasions about plans. He and his team took care of everything from cooking, serving meals and even the wedding cake. Everything was wonderful!

Randy with Bryan’s Custom Cooking was incredibly professional and accommodating. He was so easy to work with and an always willing to help make our event a success. We had several, including the bride, with dietary restrictions and he went above and beyond to accommodate their needs. He was very responsive when I had questions and answered quickly. I would recommend Randy and his team to anyone looking for caterers in the area. AND the food was incredible! We had a pizza bar with home made pizza crust and a variety of pizza toppings, along with breadsticks and salad. The guests raved about the pizza! It was sooo good! Affordable, accommodating, courteous, and delicious!

Randy (Bryan) was amazing! He made the entire process so easy for us, he even came to our home for the tasting. Everything he brought was so delicious! He took all our ideas and was conscientious about our guests with dietary restrictions. It was clear he had the experience to handle any scale and would be prepared for any contingency. What really stood out to us though in working with Randy was his kindness and his humor. He took everything in stride and was able to create a beautiful and delicious menu within our budget and timeframe. I would hands down recommend Randy's service for any event and especially for any nearliweds who want a confident, hassle free, trustworthy experience! Randy was excellent. During planning he gave great suggestions and was very flexible in getting our menu set. He was so good we added rehearsal dinner as well. He did a crawfish boil that would make any Cajun proud! Then for our reception he made Chicken Parmesan that would stand up to any Italian Grandma. I highly recommend Randy!

Bryan's Catering was awesome! They helped us with catering at our corporate event and worked with us on building a specific menu for the day, including breakfast and lunch. People couldn't get enough of the brisket and all the sides. Several folks were going back for seconds, it was that good. Thank you, Bryan!

We knew we had the right man for the job after our first call! Randy has excellent range and variety. Each change we came with, he didn’t bat an eye even offering suggestions. We added rehearsal dinner as well as the wedding meal. Crawfish boil even better than I’ve had on the bayou and then chicken Parmesan that would make any Italian grandmother proud. If you are thinking of a caterer Randy is the only choice.

Randy has hosted a few different catering events for some workshops we have hosted down in the San Angelo area. He is always early, the food is always great, and the dessert is out of the world!

We are so happy with the service and food from Randy! Not only is he an amazing cook he is an amazing person. Mother Nature wasn’t in our side and the crazy Texas weather showed it’s crazy, but Randy got it all done and there were many happy people. The poppers were a huge hit and gone before I could get one. ;) I highly recommend Randy and his staff. You won’t be disappointed at all.

Mr Randy is SO INCREDIBLY easy to work with. We gave him our budget for the meal & some basic thoughts, which he turned into multiple options for us to select from. Hands down one of the best and easiest catering I’ve ever been involved with!

We recently used Bryan’s Custom Cooking & Catering for a special work event and couldn’t have been more impressed. Their barbecue was absolutely delicious, with perfectly cooked meat and flavorful sauce. The setup was professional and every bit of the process was seamless. Randy was on time, his table settings were perfect with our table decorations. The food was hot and delicious. This is the second year we have use him and he has done great both time. He is such an accommodating person and so wonderful to work with. The whole experience was wonderful. Randy was great at communicating with us prior to the wedding and was so easy to work with! Him and his team were great the day of as well. We ended up doing fajitas, with chips, salsa, guac and jalapeño poppers as the appetizers and ended up getting SO many compliments on the food! I highly recommend!

There are not enough positive words to say about Bryan’s Custom Catering! Randy was so sweet and was very quick with communication. Their menu is very diverse and has something for everyone. And the food. Was. Outstanding! We had both our cocktail hour and main meal catered here and got compliments all weekend about how great the food was. We even had several food allergies that they were able to accommodate. We had such a hard time finding a caterer and I could not be more thankful that we found Randy and Bryan’s Custom Catering!

Randy and his crew went over and beyond to make sure the food service was exceptional. We had prime rib, green beans, potatoes, salad, rolls, and drinks. As of a week post wedding, I was still receiving texts from guest commenting how great the food tasted. In a very hectic and stressful time, Randy made the food portion of the wedding the most stress free and smooth part. He and his staff are very professional and courteous. Top notch, great food, highly recommend.

Randy's food was amazing. I had a mix of an Indian wedding and an American Wedding as such we had food from both cultures. The lamb curry he made was so amazing that we ran out of it, even the little kids ate it. I have lots of food allergies and he made sure to make me a tandoori fish that was not only friendly for my tummy but also absolutely delicious. We also had fettucine alfredo & Beef Tenderloin by the end of the night all the food was gone because of how amazing it was. Not only was this the best caterer I had a tasting with but it was also the most reasonably priced. The connections he has with Texas Farmers means you get high quality fresh ingredients. Seriously do not pass him up I spoke with 25 different caterers got quotes from 10 did a tasting with 5 and we held of on our decision till we could do a tasting with Randy and it was the best choice we made for our wedding.

We were so happy with the service and quality of catering that Randy provided for our wedding. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with all of our choices. His hospitality was noted by several of our guests. In addition to our wedding, Randy also catered a pre-wedding family event at our farm. Food at both events was phenomenal and our guests raved about Randy. He is priced very well considering the quality, portion sizes, and menu options he can create. Thank you, Randy!!

We hired Bryan’s Custom cooking & catering for our wedding, after attending several receptions where they’ve served BBQ, always loved their cooking. Super friendly and very professional chef also very easy to do business with, always there for us when we had any question or wanted to add up something else to our menu, they are great with time as well, everything was there ready and at the perfect temp as we planned in our first meeting with them, from the Ribs to the veggies everything was extremely good.
