Randy Bryan

Owner

I began my culinary career over 10 years ago catering events for The Southwestern Cattle Raisers Assoc. which lead me to catering other events such as weddings, retirement parties, birthday parties, company employee appreciations. I also custom smoke meats for individuals for their special events such as family reunions, and Thanksgiving, and Christmas. I found a love of food during this journey and it inspired me to graduate with top honors through The Escoffier School of Culinary Arts.
