Highly recommend BTS Event Support Crew! They serviced my wedding at the end of September and everything went seamlessly. They were a package deal with Cowboy BBQ who catered my wedding (their food was delicious), and we couldn't have asked for a better outcome. They provided a full open bar, service for set up and breakdown, servers throughout the evening, and coordination prior to the event. Kayleigh, the main contact, was always easy to connect with and never left me with any hanging questions. She made everything feel so seamless. Thank you Kayleigh and your team!

They were flexible for us to supply our wine because it was a kosher event. They had some challenges with communication and getting on the same page. The person we dealt with was not the team staffing the bar. The two specialty cocktails were good but one was not as good as we had hoped. Otherwise heard good feedback but they did cut people off who were not that drunk. They also did not serve the champagne toast that we paid for because there were not enough glasses, which caused an issue for our mother.

We had BTS as our bar service for our wedding this past weekend. Kayleigh and Gia were top notch bar tenders mixing up delicious drinks all night long. They were professional and had everything set up before our guests arrived giving us a worry free evening. If you need a bar service I highly recommend them as the price was reasonable and the service was outstanding!
