I really do not like to give negative reviews but was a bit upset. The service was not that great. Asked for gluten free and dairy free for 2 people in a 16 party group multiple times. Half way through the meal I had to ask about it and they made a huge scene about it in front of the whole party. Also the meal was mot even what we ordered. For the amount of money per person they charged for the gluten free which was suppose to be what we ordered was outrageous. Never a mention if the dairy free meal. Did not even get that one or have anyone ask about it at all. I thought the server could have explained how the meal would be set up and offer everyone their drinks and explain what they get. Im a big customer service person so that is why I did not give it a 5 star. The food was delicious though.

We had them cater my rehearsal dinner last minute after another place fell through. This was mine and my husbands first date and they made the last dinner before marriage a special one for us. We should have just gone to them first. They were so accommodating and able to get everything together last minute. If you’re thinking about Bucca, stop and just do it.

From the moment we walked in the door, to our departure, the staff and service at Buca di Beppo Mesa was first rate. Social distancing requirements were in effect, but above that, we were placed in a room that was twice the size we needed, and no other parties were seated anywhere in the area. The food (tons of it) was brought out fresh and in a perfect cadence to feed our rehearsal group fully. The service staff was constantly checking in on drinks and anything else they could do to make our event a success. When the event was over, they carefully and fully loaded several to go containers into bags so we could portion out the leftover food for individuals to take home. Fantastic service, great venue and incredible food!

We did Buca's Catering to go. The food was great and they provided all the plates, silverware and condiments. It made it really easy and convient to set up and take down, it also saved on the expense of tipping.

Really only complaint is the way the room was set up. Was not very accommodating. Felt separated from some guests.

My husband chose this restaurant, and I was expecting heavy, fatty foods. The meal was great! And they were able to accommodate my vegetarian guests at the last minute. Great job!!
