ginal person we arranged our event with was no longer employed by Buca and we found that out less than a month from our event date and apparently he hadn't passed on our information. The last time I talked to him he promised to email the contract and never did.
Our event turned out great and I even got the room I requested. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. We arrived a little later than our scheduled time and stayed a little longer than planned but that was not an issue. I would definitely recommend Buca for your event.

hing went smoothly. The catering manager even worked with my then fiance to set up a radio so that we could still have a First Dance as Husband and Wife. Anna, the catering manager was so helpful throughout the whole process and gave suggestions on serving timelines.
