We used Budget Bride for our June wedding day and would HIGHLY recommend having them as your day of coordinators!!! Jenna was an AMAZING addition to our big day. Being from Florida made wedding planning an Iowa wedding a little intimidating. Jenna helped me process and plan with no stress! We can not thank her and Rachel enough for decorating, all the pre wedding FaceTimes, spreadsheets, and sharing advice/information I didn’t think about. Jenna and Rachel are both kind, attentive, and personable. Day of they were able to delegate roles, assist the ceremony procession, run the chocolate fountain, pick up decor, and so much more! They made our wedding day a DREAM COME TRUE. Our guests will be talking about our day for years to come because of our wonderful coordinators. They ran around and did things that I didn’t have to do on my big day. The only regret: I wish I would’ve booked them for the whole entire day!

I hired Hannah for day of coordinator assistance as I had everything planned but just needed someone to bring it all together for me. She was very sweet and gave me great ideas for planning aspects I was stuck on. She was very helpful and organized the day of which helped my day run so smoothly! Would definitely recommend!

We were recommend Budget Brides from our DJ and it was one of the best decisions we made. Their team did and excellent job helping us stay on track with wedding planning. The day of coordination was truly exceptional. Our day would not have been as wonderful without their help. From set up to tear down, they were amazing.

Budget Bride Iowa did the same day coordination for my wedding in West Des Moines. They were truly incredible, I predominately worked with Hannah who went above and beyond to make our wedding day perfect. I was able to start working with Hannah two months out and she helped me tremendously with the timeline and check lists for my wedding as well as thinking of every last detail from set up to tear down and everything in between. I felt so much less stressed after working with her and she knew what she was doing in every area of wedding planning. The day of, the two coordinators took care of everything so that my family and I could enjoy the day, they were so patient and kind and so easy to work with. I would recommend them to anyone. Shelby was incredibly helpful through our 2 year planning process. The entire team was amazing on the day of the wedding and helped the event go smoothly and stress free!

Our day-of coordinators Jenna and Hannah were so amazing, both leading up to the wedding and the day of. They started having meetings with us two months beforehand, and they brought up so many things we hadn't considered. It was so nice to be able to enter details into their spreadsheet as we finalized them, so we were all on the same page. The day of the wedding, all we had to do was hand over our decorations, and they made everything look just how I envisioned, or even better! It was so nice to have two extra pairs of hands, especially during photos. Hannah made sure the train of my dress looked perfect for every shot! At the end of the night they packed everything away, so we were able to spend more time with our guests. Thank you Jenna and Hannah, you made our wedding day so easy!

I honestly don't know what we would have done without Shelby and Paige! They were incredible partners and ensured our vision came to life. The amount of support and structure they provided us was indispensable and were by far the greatest decision we made throughout our wedding planning process.

The reviews are right! I would recommend budget bride Iowa to everyone I know! Hannah & Paige were so excellent. They went above and beyond, not just on wedding day. We picked for them to be Day of Coordinators for us but Hannah still talked with me for the many months leading up to the big day. She even had several meetings with me to get things done early. She understood that I needed to have things planned and done really early and she met that need. On wedding day they were right on time and immediately got working! They followed me around in the random ninety degree weather during pictures with a couple bottles of water and made sure I drank them even when I felt I didn’t need to. All of my crazy and anxious demands they met with a smile. They happily helped run the mic for a little bit and hung out with us all night to help out if anything came up. They helped deal with things when my bridesmaids couldn’t. They began packing up on their own and basically had a lot of it done before others jumped in to help. They ran around for me when I forgot my vows during the ceremony and helped keep me calm and collected as best as they could. Wedding days are intense and stressful and budget bride Iowa is excellent at navigating those things as they come up. I absolutely adore Hannah and Paige and hope our paths cross again. Shelby and Paige were my day-of-coordinators and they were fantastic! With their help setting up our ceremony and reception venues, everything ran so smoothly and I didn't have to help at all the morning of! They even ran the rehearsal the night before, and offered some really great tips.

Hannah & Paige were tremendous help on our wedding day! I was an anxious, type A bride that cared a lot for all of the little details. Hannah made sure to ask ALL the questions in our meetings leading up to wedding day to make sure my visions came to life. We had a little mishap on the day of where our selfie mirror was knocked over by the wind and I didn’t even find out about it until late afternoon. Hannah worked swiftly with my now husband & and a few bridal party members to get a new mirror put together that looked almost identical to the one we had. Paige was an absolute sweetheart as well - my bouquet stems were wide at the bottom and we weren’t sure if the bouquet wrap that was made out of my mom’s dress would fit. Paige took it into her hands not only got it to fit, but prepped all of our bouquets so we wouldn’t get our dresses wet! I really appreciated that. Hannah & Paige kept us on schedule and made the day flow smoothly which was extremely important to me. You are in great hands with Budget Bride Iowa!

Hannah and Paige went above and beyond to make sure my wedding day went as smooth as possible. They were so helpful in asking questions and bringing up ideas and suggestions that I hadn’t even thought of during the planning process to make sure that no detail was missed. They assisted with creating the timeline that allowed me to not have to worry about a thing on wedding day. As someone who didn’t think they would need a day of coordinator due to having a smaller wedding, I am so happy that I had them, they truly made me and my family be able to enjoy the wedding day without having to worry about a thing.

Budget bride was the best! Heather and I totally enjoyed all the help they gave us before our big day and then everything they did the day of. They were on top of everything and had things totally under control so we could enjoy our day.

I cannot put into words how incredible Shelby & Paige are! I was a very anxious & overwhelmed bride and I do not know what I would have done if it wasn’t for their support leading up to the day and the day of. My wedding day could not have gone smoother thanks to them! They did an incredible job coordinating with vendors, making sure things ran according to schedule and taking care of any and all things that my anxious & overwhelmed self could not have. If you are considering a day of coordinator, I cannot recommend them enough. By far one of the best decisions we made during the planning process!

Budget Bride Iowa was so amazing to have with us on our wedding day. We needed their set up/tear down service along with day-of coordination. While we were busy getting photos taken/being married/enjoying our reception, they were taking care of the details -- making sure the wedding decor was beautifully arranged, the tables and chairs were moved, the wedding party was in the right place at the right time, the cake was being put out... they took so much off our shoulders. Shelby & Hannah were so thoughtful, creative, and full of hustle. They were filling in pieces of the puzzle that we hadn't thought of and made things happen. Hands down, they were worth every penny!

We didn't get to meet Shelby and Hannah in person until our rehearsal dinner. Our entire family was blown away with how great they both were to work with. The wedding day would not have been as perfect as it was without Shelby and Hannah!

Hannah and Shelby were my wedding day of coordinators and made my wedding run so smoothly. They listened to what I wanted and made my dream into a reality. If there were any issues or problems, they handled everything. I was able to enjoy my wedding day and focus on getting married because they were there to oversee everything. They were such a pleasure to work with and will do everything they can to make sure your event is exactly how you want it.

If you are on the fence about hiring extra help for set up and tear down, just do it. Hannah and Shelby were very easy to work with and did a great job with setting up our wedding and also with tear down. I had given them a list of items to set up and they added things that I hadn’t thought of, such as double checking the chair count per table (the venue had set up the chairs) — very helpful and imperative as some of the tables were incorrect! Upon tear down, they put items back in the boxes they were originally taken out of and repackaged to prevent breakage. These two helped my day go a lot smoother and took some stress of my mom and me (especially in the chaos of wedding morning). Would highly recommend!

Budget Bride Iowa was a pleasure to work with for our recent wedding! The owners were very friendly and professional! We rented an arch with drapery and floral decor for our ceremony and a lighted Mr & Mrs sign, and elephant ear floral garland table decor for our reception. It all added the perfect touch to our wedding!

Having to plan a wedding in 3 months out of state , Budget Bride Iowa made my wedding day even more special . They were so easy to work with ! They delivered the arch the night before the wedding , draped it and picked it up in a timely manner . Communication was easy , would definitely recommend
