Buena Beats DJ and Wedding Planning

I wanted them in our wedding. Stephanie and her husband Jorge were a huge help with our wedding and are the sweetest people you will meet. They had every little detail down for our wedding. They speak both English and Spanish which was a huge help because of our diverse friends and family group. They played something for everyone to enjoy the night. They did an amazing job and take their responsibility very seriously because they know these events we will always remember. I wish we could do the night all over again because everyone enjoyed themselves and it was a dream come true. I cannot thank them enough for their hard work.

Stephanie is very organized and always thinking a step ahead! She took initiative in contacting all our vendors to introduce herself, and checked in with vendors when we needed to get details figured out. She offered great advice and suggestions, but also made sure we were able to do what we envisioned. She even came over to our place with her assistant prior to the wedding to review all the decor and get a clear picture of how we wanted everything set up. Hiring Stephanie as our coordinator allowed us to have a stress-free wedding day, and I can't thank her enough for it! She set up our venue just like we asked, and added some extra touches to make it even more beautiful! She helped coordinate and touch-base with all the vendors, and kept us on schedule. She even packed away all our decor at the end of the night, so that all we had to do was load them up in cars! I highly recommend Buena Beats for both DJ and wedding coordinator services.

We found Buena Beats and reached out to Jorge & Stephanie. They were extremely helpful from the beginning. They were understanding of our needs and willing to travel 3 hours away from Chicago. We had to reschedule our wedding date due to COVID-19. Jorge & Stephanie remained in contact throughout the rescheduling. They were very thorough in the planning process in terms of music selection, timeline, and setup. They were extremely professional the day of the wedding.
