ction. It felt like we were sitting with friends who we had known for a long time and knew we wanted to work with them for our wedding.
Stephanie made a list of who we needed to hire right off the bat and provided recommendations. Her recommendations were always spot on and such talented people, it was clear she understood our vision and knew exactly who would make it work smoothly. Stephanie was by our side at all meetings and all zoom calls to give her input and best advice. She cheered with us during the victories and cried with us during personal difficult times we went through while wedding planning. Stephanie truly brought our reception to life with her attention to detail, our entire wedding day was a fairytale. She has truly become family to us.
Now let’s get to Jorge! We put him to work immediately by creating a mashup for our first dance, which he nailed! He not only used the portal for music ideas but let us create playlists through Spotify to share with him, which to me was so easy cause it’s an app I use 8 hours a day sometimes! and Buena Beats had a large assortment of music familiar to both me and my husband. They provided our wedding with such a perfect mix of culture that was fun for everyone! If we needed a song that they did not have available, they made sure to get the song ahead of time. However, we only needed to request one song for the dance between my husband and his mom, and they had absolutely all the other songs we wanted! They had great ideas to add to our reception, such as organizing a fun table dash game (which was coordinated well with our photographer to give us excellent picture opportunities with each of our guests) as well as to honor my niece/goddaughter to open the dance floor with us to her favorite song Baby Shark (after our first dances of course)! Buena Beats is very professional and had meetings with us beforehand to ensure everything was how we wanted it to be. They even came to our reception site a month in advance to make sure where we wanted them to set up their music etc. I couldn’t have been more pleased with my choice to use Buena Beats!

For our ceremony the groomsmen’s song was a shorter and incorrect version. The mic was not picking up my voice for the whole ceremony. Our exit song for the ceremony was incorrect by the wrong artist. Despite putting it in detail on their planning website 😔 the photobooth was a hit !! Our guests loved it. I even begin? Stephanie and Jorge were absolutely amazing! Jorge kept everyone dancing all night long, and provided a great mix of music for our multicultural wedding. Stephanie was beyond helpful in the month leading up to our wedding! Stephanie is very organized and always thinking a step ahead! She took initiative in contacting all our vendors to introduce herself, and checked in with vendors when we needed to get details figured out. She offered great advice and suggestions, but also made sure we were able to do what we envisioned. She even came over to our place with her assistant prior to the wedding to review all the decor and get a clear picture of how we wanted everything set up. Hiring Stephanie as our coordinator allowed us to have a stress-free wedding day, and I can't thank her enough for it! She set up our venue just like we asked, and added some extra touches to make it even more beautiful! She helped coordinate and touch-base with all the vendors, and kept us on schedule. She even packed away all our decor at the end of the night, so that all we had to do was load them up in cars! I highly recommend Buena Beats for both DJ and wedding coordinator services.

We had to reschedule our wedding date due to COVID-19. Jorge & Stephanie remained in contact throughout the rescheduling. They were very thorough in the planning process in terms of music selection, timeline, and setup.

At one point we realized we needed to make some serious changes. We were nearly forced to cancel completely but I called Stephanie (to vent mostly) and she assured me that we would work it out. She gave great advice about ways to handle our situation and sort of talked me off the edge.
