The staff are the friendliest and kindest staff I’ve ever met in a hotel! My room was modern and clean and the bed was very comfortable. I had a great experience and the next time I’m in Buffalo I will be sure to stay here again!

The staff was really nice from the front desk to the shuttle driver. The hotel is really close to the airport so within half an hour of landing I was in my room. I parked my car while I traveled and was on my way first a thing in the morning.

didn’t give a five for the room just in case someone is looking for a high end kind of place so even though it was nice and clean and the bed was really comfortable and the shower was great it.. if you’re looking to impress someone... pay a lot more and go with a more glitzy hotel if that is your priority. I’ll definitely be back again.

k and they have a shuttle bus. They have unlimited wifi and there's a gas station near the hotel. The bus stop is a 20 min walk from here the 24 going to Buffalo.The room service is wonderful. There's a gym here and snack machine and a drink machine every corner of the hotel . The best

Overall this seems like a pretty decent place to stay. It won't win any awards for being fancy or upscale, but it provides you with what you need.

beat as it is right beside the airport. Despite this I don't think I heard any planes from the inside of the room.
The room didn't appear to be dirty or anything, but did have a somewhat dated feel to it despite having some newer items in it. So while it wasn't bad, it was anything to write home about.

I am currently staying at this hotel, and I am very disappointed with the experience. I arrived for a shopping trip, trusting that the room would meet basic standards, but unfortunately, that has not been the case.

redibly outdated—more like a low-end motel than a hotel. The room was far from clean; I felt compelled to wipe everything down just to feel remotely comfortable. Additionally, the heater does not work, and with the temperature dropping outside, it’s been quite uncomfortable.
When I called the front desk to address the cleanliness issues and the broken heater, I was met with little understanding or effort to help. The staff member I spoke to was very nonchalant, saying they were fully booked. The only alternative offered was a king bed room, which, I was told, is “not on the renovation side of the building”—hardly a reassuring option.
To top it off, upon entering the room, I noticed the main light flickered and barely worked, and the only table lamp had just one working bulb, leaving the space poorly lit and unwelcoming. If I could leave tonight, I would.
This stay has fallen far below expectations. I would not recommend staying here, and I will certainly not be returning.
