to ensure your complete satisfaction. We had a complimentary taste testing a few months before the wedding and were impressed by their professionalism and joie-de-vivre. These folks LOVE what they do! We made some adjustments to the menu to better suit our theme and never once did the owner make us feel bad about wanting to make a change. At the reception, the serving staff were courteous and prompt in bringing food to the tables. They attended to every guests' needs and unobtrusively removed finished plates. We had scrumptious appetizers (sausage stuffed mushrooms, butternut squash soup shooters, bacon-wrapped almond-stuffed dates, hot artichoke-spinach dip) and a soul-satisfying dinner (caesar salad, grilled seasonal veggies, garlic mashed potatoes, grilled tri-tip sirloin, mango salsa grilled chicken). Dinner was served family-style: platters of food were brought to the tables so guests could serve up what they wanted. It's a perfect blend of a buffet & a plated dinner, at just the right price. You've got to hire these folks for your next catering event... you won't regret it!

We had enough leftovers to have yet another dinner the next night (15 guests). If you are thinking about booking Buffalo Gals, just do it already!

changes to the food or rentals, they would immediately type of a new proposal for us with no hesitation. They coordinate with the rental company so you don't have to worry about number of linens or utensils, they handle it. The day of, every guest at our wedding was obsessed! They brought a huge grill on site and cooked the chicken, tri-tip and veggies on site for everyone to see. All the food tasted fabulous and the waitering staff were awesome. They made sure everything was set up and ready, it was beautiful and the buffet went so smoothly. They truly helped make our day what it was!

so we didn’t have the opportunity to taste the food before the wedding day, but it was awesome! The food was so delicious, and we were so pleasantly surprised. The staff is great, too. They know exactly how weddings work and they have all the little details figured out so that the dinner runs smoothly. (We also had them make our cupcakes and cake for dessert. They were also SO delicious and they dessert table set up was beautiful… made for great cake cutting photos ☺ )

u get to choose from your wedding venues preferred list. They stood out for us from the beginning! Mac n cheese was great and so was the cake! Loved the inclusion of cake/cupcakes and that we didn't have to find a separate vendor for cake.

d, but superior service. Our event manager, Lauren Brenner, coordinated the planning, setup (for 265 people), the food service, and the tear down in an effortless manner. Her knowledge and steadiness calmed any concerns we had about the entire process. Working with someone who is genuinely personable, attentive, and completely skilled at their job was a pleasure. Also, her captains and staff were excellent. Our reception was beautiful and truly a splendid experience! We give Buffalo Gals Catering 5+ stars. Highly recommended! P.S. Also, the Hot Artichoke Dip was unbelievable!

, Buffalo Gals was incredibly difficult to get ahold of, flaky when it came to plans and sending me information, and the menu was confusing (as Buffalo Gals is a part of two other companies with two other menus). However, the wonderful, affordable food made up for the process leading up to the wedding. The waiting staff was also incredibly friendly and helpful! I hope that these fundamental, top-down problems get sorted out, and when they do, I would reccomed this company.

e for. She also did our wedding cake exactly how I wanted (including a funfetti cake which most bakeries wouldn't do). I was sad that they only used a buttercream (same frosting) on all of our cupcakes instead of chocolate frosting on our chocolate cupcakes and cream cheese for the red velvet. The food the night of was decent but nothing like our trial--which is what happens when it is done on a large scale. Our guests had no complaints though. I would definitely recommend working with them. They were easy and compliant with a good variety to fit any budget.

The entire team the day of the wedding was on point, kind, engaging with my guests and immensely impressive. They were thoughtful beyond the call of duty, sneaking us each a beer during the photography sessions, and packing us dinners to go for our trip to the hotel. We even had an unexpected number of wedding crashers and extra guests which required them to set up an extra table partway into the reception- but they made even that experience seamless and stress free; I feel as though it was finished in less than the blink of an eye.

us. The chicken was so moist and tender you would have thought it was from a 5 star restaurant. I was extremely impressed with the temperature of the food too. Normally buffet food is luke warm. My buffet was piping hot! The servers were outstanding as well. I highly recommend Buffalo Gals.

ch! Michelle stepped right in and helped us plan everything. They made everything SO easy! They set up all of our ceremony chairs, all of our tables, chairs, decorations for the reception. I provided the decorations and they set everything up! They were so flexible and very helpful in trying to save us as much as possible. We did have some trouble getting in touch with them at the beginnng but that resolved very quickly. Our wedding would not have been what it was without them. So grateful for Michelle and her crew!

(the only reason we know is because my mom worked closely with the team to make it something specific), but this in no way affected the overall experience. Michelle was always so sweet when we wanted to come in for a tasting or just answering questions in general. The barbecue was amazing and was perfect for our outdoor Colorado wedding. I would absolutely recommend Buffalo Gals and would use them again in the future. They did not disappoint and helped make our menu a big hit!

oring BBQ food. It was so much better than that! It was sophisticated BBQ! The prices were amazing for the quality of food we were getting! They also helped us decide on the linens, flatware and silverware. They handeled all rental coordination for us! They made our lives so easy and worry free. They alos coordinated all the alchol for our open bar. Throughout the night and the week following the wedding I got so many compliments on how helpful and kind the waitstaff and bartenders were. Throughout the night one of the waitstaff was always checking on my husband and I to make sure we didnt need a snack or a new drink, or anything else. We couldnt have been more happy with Buffalo Gals. We loved them and would highly recommend them to not only brides, but anyone looking for a cater! They have several differnt types and styles of food, not just BBQ. They made our wedding day seemless and far exceeded our expectations!

ut the friendliness and out-of-their-way helpfulness of the staff was what REALLY made the wedding go off without a hitch. They handled every detail expected AND unexpected throughout the evening and were seamlessly a part of the beauty of the event. Even the build-up to the wedding, with me trying to handle as many details as possible from long-distance, the Cravings team was super-responsive and great to work with! I would HIGHLY recommend them!!
