I even spoke with this lady NUMEROUS times throughout the time before my wedding and even spoke with her on the phone two days before my wedding! When we originally sat down with her I explained it was a FRIDAY wedding. She even had to sign a contract with my venue that discussed when they could deliver the linens and what not. Once I found out my chair covers never made it to the reception I was heart broken and pissed. Chair covers are NOT by any means cheap and this was one of the most important things to me that I wanted to ensure I had because I felt that chair covers just make the wedding look more classy. Well that went down the drain the moment I never received my covers. In a crazy profession like the wedding business it is EXTREMELY important to ensure you have details to every person's wedding correct. Well she had my wedding listed for the next day and not the day it was supposed to have been. I paid over $400 for her service and was not happy when this happened. My wedding was still beautiful as ever, but as a professional you don't make a mistake like this one. Ok yes people make mistakes we're human. But not in the wedding industry, there should be no room for mistakes. There was plenty of opportunity for her to make sure with me what the date of my wedding was during all the times we talked, especially two days before. So ladies if you book this place WATCH OUT! Make sure you tell them over and over and over as many times as you can what the day of your wedding is.
