The Bunn House is a historic luxury estate in Asheville, NC. We are pleased to be partnering with Overjoyed Weddings and Events to give couples a seamless wedding planning experience. As our preferred wedding planner, Overjoyed Weddings will manage bookings and coordinate most weddings at the venue to deliver consistent, high-quality events and simplified planning for our clients.
Bunn House emanates a warm and inviting feel. With authentic red-brick walls, spiraling wooden staircases, and minimally-designed furniture, couples and guests are met with a feeling of something truly special. The Bunn House estate is spacious event facility that occupies nearly 1.5 acres and accommodates up to 200 celebration attendees. With a host of areas for outdoor wedding events, you can never run out of options for special stations and phases of the event. Open-air "I dos" can take place almost anywhere on the property's lush green grounds, which showcase majestic views of the titanic Blue Ridge Mountains. Once the cocktail hour starts, guests can retreat to the outdoor fireplace area, furnished with benches and tables for some cozy fireside mingling. Bunn House's gardens and grounds welcome everyone once again for an enthralling tent reception, which boasts plenty of space for al fresco dining and dancing. The estate also showcases an array of luxury suites for overnight stays or wedding preparations.

The ability to stay, get ready, and host both our ceremony and reception all in one stunning location made everything feel seamless. The gardens created the most romantic backdrop, and the house itself was absolutely breathtaking. We especially loved the steam showers, heated floors, fireplace patio, and breathtaking rooftop view.
We received so many comments from guests saying it was one of the most beautiful and fun weddings they had ever attended. Ali and the entire team were a dream to work with. They were professional, kind, and truly invested in making everything perfect.

he privacy. Ali was the manager of the property and she went above and beyond making sure everything was perfect. Being able to stay on the property is an extra perk - though pricey- the house is outfitted with all of the best features, to include steam showers, heated floors, balconies, the best bed EVER! They are a newer wedding venue in the area but that didnt hinder our experience at all !I would highly recommend if you are looking for an outdoor venue.
