do not live in town so planning time with vendor options is limited. I was able to meet with other vendors who were polite and had good customer service in all my interactions so gave our business to them. I emailed Buresh letting them know of cancellation. They responded back in an email that we should have given more time notice so they could get another bride in. They are not interested in customer service or accommodating to their customers.

. We also planned our ceremony & reception - it was so fun - so stress free Jayne was so caring and knowledgeable and had experience with both venues and military weddings. We were stunned when we entered our reception venue was so beautiful and at our head table our toasting glasses were rimmed in GOLD sugar and our couple napkins had a band of navy satin ribbon & gold glittery ribbon (they were so pretty we did not want to use them). We can't say enough positives about our experience at Buresh Events - do not listen to the negative nannies who go around posting bad things(sad) - they are so so wrong. Call Buresh Events - make an appointment we had such a wonderful experience - the detail, organization the CAD scale design layout(this was so cool) the sincere caring attitude & atmosphere. Happily ever after!!!

She kept changing the wording on our invitations, forgot to put the time of the wedding (and expected me to pay for another proof!) never returned any of my calls, and never followed through anything she said she would. When I first went in to look at invites, she wouldn't place my order until I told her where we got our linens from (Spielmans) then made me tell her their prices for things because she didn't believe me when I said they were cheaper. I will NEVER be going there ever again!

entire process for planning was wonderful - flowers were done by Buresh - they also recommended a great caterer- we don't live in Iowa. Everything was PERFECT- if you want service, knowledge, detail and customer service Buresh Events is THE Wedding Place. MOB and Happy family!!

ngs, so probably everything you need is in one place. However, the woman working there (I think she is the owner) is very, very pushy. After the first meeting I came out with the list of things I really didn't need and the second time I went there it took me some time to take these things off my list. Then, make sure you read the contract. It was very specific about the time and date of when you have to pick up and give back the rented things (things you don't really talk about earlier). and lastly, when you go to sign up the contract there just really make sure that you know the number of your guests and what you really want. It is so so easy to end up with a whole bunch of things you don't need but for which you will have to pay

ting with a walk-in client. She didn't apologize. Each time I spoke with Jayne (the owner) it was unpleasant, she was very condescending. I only ordered a few things from them - as little as possible (Dance floor, white gems and goblets). The dance floor was delivered and set up - but they failed to pound the panels together tightly enough so one guy needed to come back the next day to pound them better. Their dance floor does not have a edging/ramp thing so people kept tripping. We had to buy rope lights for the edge which helped. When delivering the dance floor, the guys did not bring the goblets or the gems so we needed to make an extra trip to get them. When the guys came back for the dance floor, they failed to pick up the other items which were in plain view which turned into another trip for us. I think wedding planning can be difficult and stressful enough, therefore please stay away from a vendor that will be unpleasant to work with and causes more stress. I don't recommend giving them your business/$$$. PS. Their cloth napkins are twice as much as their competitors, Spielmans, and they will not give you a discount when ordering invitations from them.
