Burke Mountain Hotel & Conference Center

Burke Mountain Hotel & Conference Center was the best wedding venue we could’ve asked for. My husband and I visited so many wedding venue spots, but none of them compared to Burke. We wanted a venue that our guests could arrive at, park their car, and never have to get in it again until they left if they wanted, and Burke provided that. They also offer a wedding coordinator and Alicia, our coordinator was the absolute best! She was on top of everything from the full wedding weekend itinerary, providing suggestions, keeping track of deadlines, meeting with and coordinating our vendors the morning of our wedding, and ultimately making sure our entire wedding planning process and wedding weekend went perfectly. The night before our wedding, not only did she hang all the disco balls we brought for the reception herself, she also had another decor suggestion for our reception and this suggestion came with her having to paint something rather large. We loved the idea and she insisted on doing it, in the little (if any) spare time she had. She was so kind and professional and truly made our entire wedding planning experience enjoyable. We had a welcome event the night before our wedding which really helped everyone get to know each other and unwind from their travels. Our welcome event was in the Willoughby room and we utilized the patio, just off the room. We provided food, had a bar, the patio offered a fire pit, and we brought lawn games. It was a blast. The morning of our wedding, breakfast was delivered to our room which was great! When we went to decorate the ballroom, everything was setup for us so we could get right to work. Lou, the gentleman helping us move tables around, hang things, get our ceremony spot setup (chairs and arbor) was also such a pleasure to work with. He was very professional and very nice. The ceremony, reception, and after party all happened perfectly and seamlessly. If there were any hiccups behind the scenes, we never knew about them. All the staff at Burke were absolutely incredible to work with. They were professional yet personal, on top of everything, and so, so nice. Even our guests commented how nice everyone was. The food was absolutely delicious and another thing commented heavily by our guests (even still, 4 months later). Above and beyond: when my husband and I returned back to our room the night of our wedding, Burke staff had packed two to-go boxes with food from our wedding and put it in our refrigerator, they gave us two beautiful Burke glasses, had snapped a photo of us during the reception, had it printed, and framed in a beautiful Burke frame with a card, and brought our wedding cake & card box to the room. We were blown away. Plus, the venue is just gorgeous! If Burke is on your list, definitely highly consider them! If we had to do it all over again, we would go back there 100%.

We had a fantastic experience at Burke Mountain for our wedding. The venue’s views were stunning and created a beautiful backdrop for our day. Even the indoor lodge for our backup ceremony location was beautiful with the large windows and beautiful wood beams. A huge part of what made our wedding so flawless was the incredible onsite coordinator, Alicia. Her dedication and attention to detail were truly exceptional. Alicia went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our day was executed seamlessly. Her warm and professional demeanor made planning a breeze, and she was always there to address our questions and concerns with a smile. It was clear that she genuinely cared about making our wedding day perfect. Her support and attention to detail were invaluable. Our guests loved being able to stay onsite in the beautiful, well priced rooms. The food was fantastic, and all the catering & bar staff were friendly and helpful throughout the entire evening. Overall, Burke Mountain and Alicia made our wedding day perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a better setting or better service. Highly recommend!

Both Alicia and Autumn were amazing and incredible throughout the entire process. We had the most beautiful and amazing day thanks to the staff at Burke! Our family and friends could not stop talking about the kindness and helpfulness of every single staff member! It truly made the day that much better! Burke was the most amazing place for us to have our wedding and we couldn’t have imagined it anywhere else. THANK YOU!!

Burke Mountain was amazing to work with! We booked in 2019 for 2020 then postponed to 2021. We had no problems postponing. They made the transition very smooth and throughout the planning process were very responsive to any questions we had. We hosted all events within the hotel (rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception, after party and post-wedding brunch). The staff was always around and very helpful. My mom was on a first name basis with everyone by the end of the weekend. Our guests even said how awesome the staff was! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

My husband and I had the most amazing micro wedding at Burke Mountain, it was perfect in every way. Cedelle did such a great job coordinating with myself and my family ahead of time, and was able to accommodate us having to change our wedding date. Highly recommend getting married here!

We chose Burke Mountain Hotel and Conference Center as our wedding venue for its breathtaking views and impressive facilities. Working with them to plan and coordinate was extremely easy, helpful, and they were quickly responsive with any questions, requests, or feedback. They made planning our wedding seamless. The entire team of staff was fantastic, from the coordinators, bar tenders, to the food and beverage director, everyone worked to make us happy and as a result we had a wonderful wedding and our guests raved about the views and hotel. They took exceptional care of us! We made a special weekend out of our wedding and Burke excelled in every piece of the weekend, it was also so nice having everything in one location. We had an excellent wedding, made many great memories, and can only speak positively of the entire wedding weekend! I would highly recommend Burke Mountain Hotel and Conference Center as your wedding venue!

Perfect venue for us. They were extremely flexible with the setup and venue. Dogs were welcome as part of the ceremony. Guests can stay on site. We had 57 people and had it in Willoughby's restaurant and it was the perfect size and atmosphere.

Gorgeous Vermont wedding venue! I don’t know where to begin except choosing Burke Mountain was the best decision we made and was also the easiest decision to make after we saw the venue and met Mary. As a very indecisive bride, Mary and Erin were extremely patient, always very responsive and organized! They went out of their way so many times throughout the planning process as well as our whole weekend with anything we needed. They paid attention to every detail and were on top of the whole day allowing me to enjoy it and not worry about a thing. They both make you feel so special and made sure our weekend was everything we dreamed of. Our families thought the world of them as the day was so easy because they had everything taken care of. Mary and Erin genuinely care about helping make your day the best ever, and never made me feel like just another bride. They also made themselves available by phone the week before the wedding Incase any last thing came up and continued to be extremely responsive to any of my questions or concerns. When we went for our tasting, everyone was so nice, all of the food was so incredible it made it hard to choose! Their patience with us never went unnoticed. Our guests loved the food, thought the rooms were beautiful and thought the venue was gorgeous! Everyone was blown away by the views, and everyone loved not having to leave the hotel. We got married in the day lodge and had cocktail hour outside which was gorgeous, and reception in the ballroom. The guests loved how everything was right there and they didn’t have to worry about catching a shuttle to leave the venue. Our guests haven’t stopped talking about how much fun they had and how great the whole weekend was. We did our first look at the toll road outlook with just our family which worked out great! We got great pictures there without having to do the ceremony up there. We can’t wait to go back to Burke and wish we could do it all over again! I promise you don’t be disappointed in any aspect if you chose Burke for your wedding!

Burke Mountain Hotel & Conference Center not only came with outstanding views for pictures, my husband and I have received countless comments from our family and friends about how well organized and beautiful our reception was. Any questions or concerns that arose throughout the process, I felt more than comfortable asking. On the day of our wedding everything seemed to come together and the ballroom looked absolutely gorgeous. I highly recommend Burke Mountain Hotel and Conference Center for a wedding and reception venue. My husband and I were very pleased with their services.

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect weekend at Burke. We opted for a ceremony at the pavilion site half way up the mountain. Given the location, there was a lot to coordinate between shuttling of our guests and set-up with the vendors. We were in contact with Mary who was our coordinator throughout, and she was very responsive and professional during all communication, answering every one of our silly questions without hesitation. Erin was her assistant and was fabulous as well, taking the time to help decorate and organize. Our guests had nothing but good things to say between the food, location and hotel rooms. The view from the ceremony site at the pavilion is breathtaking and we highly recommend using this site if you can. The staff even surprised us with food from our reception and had it ready in our room the night of knowing we did not get to eat much during the wedding and a gift bag at the end of the weekend. Thank you to Mary, Erin and all the staff at Burke for making our wedding perfectly how we wanted!

We absolutely loved having our special day at Burke Mountain hotel and conference center. All of our guests complimented on how awesome the service was as well as the food being amazing and how beautiful the place was! Definitely recommend this venue to future couples! The wedding coordinator Mary was absolutely amazing and helpful through the entire process!

My husband and I chose Burke Mountain Hotel for several reasons. Most of our guest list was from out of town, so we needed a large enough venue where everyone could stay, and people had access to a variety of activities. We also had varying sizes of families coming, and loved the fact that the resort has different rooms that would fit the needs of large and small families. They even gave one of my guests a handicapped equipped room when she arrived in a wheelchair unexpectedly. The room rates were extremely affordable as well. We knew Burke was the right choice after we met Marissa. We were so impressed with her knowledge when we first toured the facility, and how quickly she gave us initial information and quotes. She also helped my mother, who lives in California, plan my bridal shower all via email and telephone. Marissa was always ready to answer questions and give clarifications, and she guided us through the entire process from the rehearsal dinner to the end of the reception with great attention to detail and flexibility based on our unique needs and tastes. The fact that we did not have to delegate tasks to our bridal party was amazing! She and her team took care of all set up, break down, and returning of any rented materials. My husband even mentioned that she and her assistant were toweling off the chairs before the reception because it had rained earlier in the afternoon--something I never would have thought of to do. Because of Marissa’s knowledge and experience, my husband and I got to live in the moment during our ceremony and reception instead of worrying about keeping everything on track. We cannot say enough good things about Marissa and how our whole wedding week turned out!

The Burke Mountain Resort Hotel and Conference Center was an incredible place to get married. We got married at the pavillion site in October and it could not have been more perfect! The backdrop for the ceremony site was incredible. The shuttle service brought our many guests to and from the ceremony site very smoothly and efficiently. Our guests were very excited about the beautiful view and the pictures were awesome with such a beautiful backdrop. The new hotel is incredible, very thoughtful and intentional design which has a modern rustic sheek feel. Our guests loved staying in the luxurious hotel rooms and enjoyed all the amenities the hotel has to offer, outdoor heated pool and hot tub, outdoor fire pits, arcade, pub and of course the beautiful views. It was nice to have all of our guests staying together in such a nice place that is also affordable and has suite style accommodations. All aspects of this venue were amazing, but the best part by far was working with the wedding coordinator, Marissa Currier. She could not have been more pleasant and wonderful to work with. She made all of our visions come to life and truly helped us to have the wedding of our dreams. Any idea we had, she would find a way to make it happen. She was so great to work with throughout our planning process, very responsive and organized. She helped our wedding to feel very personalized to us and not so generic with lots of attention to detail. Also, the day of our wedding she was amazing! She didn't miss one single detail, she made us feel so relaxed on the day of our wedding because we knew we could trust her to make sure everything was going as planned. We could not have dreamed of a more perfect wedding ceremony/reception and are so happy we chose to have it at Burke!

Burke Mountain was a great place to get married. They were really accommodating to what we wanted and the food was excellent! There were a few hidden charges that we weren't made aware of (e.g. chairs at the ceremony site, etc) until later but other then that I would highly recommend Burke for a wedding!

I thought the room was beautiful and good size. The service was great and the food was amazing.
