Tasteful Tex-Mex served Buffet Style & Food Truck!
Burnaco’s catered my daughter’s wedding rehearsal dinner and we were super happy with the food and the service! We went for a casual taco bar and the food was absolutely delicious! Holli was very responsive, personable and easy to work with. We’d definitely use Burnaco’s again for future events!!
Burnacos and Holly were amazing!! The food was amazing, we had so many compliments on the food, and I’m still dreaming about those tacos! The staff was quick and efficient and they made a wedding during a hurricane so much more enjoyable!

Holli and Bill Gibson opened Burnaco's Tasteful Tex-Mex restaurant in 2021 after owning a franchise restaurant for the previous 8 years. The new restaurant features a Tex-Mex menu with slow roasted meats, fresh house-made salsas, dressings, and guacamole, seasoned tortilla chips, as well as an American inspired Appetizer and Small Bites menu including sliders, appetizers, and our NEW Flatbread pizzas on fire grilled crusts. We run our two Tex-Mex and one Flatbread Pizza food trucks year round as well as offer buffet style caterings for events.
