Elisabeth is an amazing artist and baker! We tasted two cake vendors for our wedding, and But A Dream Custom Cakes is incomparable. For the tasting, Elisabeth's kitchen is straight out of Pinterest- so clean and beautifully decorated. She had elegant table settings for each of us that attended the tasting, where we could sit and sip champagne as we sampled the 4 cakes and 5 buttercream options we had pre-selected. The way she had us taste the cakes and buttercream was perfectly organized. Every single cake and buttercream combination was SO GOOD. Elisabeth even let us take home the left over slices and butter creams so that the rest of our family could try! We immediately decided to have Elisabeth make all of our cakes for the wedding events including the shower cake, bridesmaids luncheon cake, wedding cake and groom's cake. Each cake was so perfectly done and tasted delicious- very light, airy, and fresh tasting. All of our guests were so impressed with the impeccable designs and dreamy tastes. She really listened to my ideas and took my budgets into consideration. Elisabeth is organized, reliable, talented and creative. I highly recommend Elisabeth and But A Dream Custom Cakes!!
