Ann and the Buttercream team are amazing! We loved every second of our wedding dinner and really enjoyed all of the leftovers!! Ann went right along with all of our crazy ideas and made them all come to life. We love you, Ann! SO thankful that we had you to make our special day delicious! :)

Ann did our wedding cake for our wedding on May 19, 2021 at Debordieu Beach Club in Georgetown, South Carolina. Since we traveled from MO for our wedding, we were unable to set up a tasting prior to the wedding date. Our wedding planner recommended Ann and her cakes, so we trusted Cayce and went with Ann - and let me say, we are SO glad we did! We had a two tier cake with different flavors in each tier, and they were both fabulous. My husband is not a cake fan, and he LOVED it so that has to mean something! We couldn't have asked for a better tasting, more beautifully decorated cake (it looked just like the inspiration photo I sent)! I'd recommend Ann and Buttercream Cakes & Catering to ANYONE in the area, or even here in MO!

Ann is absolutely amazing!! She and her staff were so helpful on our wedding day. Ann was always very responsive with questions we had, and was willing to do anything to make our day perfect! Her cake is the BEST, and our guests keep talking about how it's the best cake they have ever had! Ann allowed us to do a cake tasting and my mom was able to come as well. She made it so fun and that was one of my favorite things planning our wedding! She was very thorough with asking questions and making sure she gathered all the details and visions we had for our day. She was very easy to work with and was just willing to help out with everything! We used Ann not only for our cake, but also for our passed appetizers, bar, other food, and her staff as they were our bartenders and they passed out appetizers! They were great and provided all of the ice, garnishes for drinks, and some linens and tables if needed for back up. Our wedding planner recommended Buttercream, and we were thrilled to have gotten to know Ann and her team. We couldn't have asked for better!! They made everything perfect. Ann made sure we ate at our sweetheart table and had our food, appetizers, and everything waiting on us. She is the BEST!! Thank you so much Ann!

Anne set up a tasting for our wedding cake two days prior to our visit down to Myrtle Beach. We loved everything we tasted so much, we chose a flavor for each tier. We literally talked about our cake for MONTHS! Down to the big day, the cake was beautiful and absolutely delicious! Our guests raved and raved about it. It was just perfect!

Two emails sent for request of services, zero responses in 3 weeks. One sent from my account on the Knot and one from their contact page on their website. I’ve heard they make a great cake, but I won’t be able to find out. If email is not an acceptable way to contact this business, they shouldn’t list it. Otherwise I find it very poor service not to get any kind of response.

We hired Ann from Buttercream for both our wedding cake and rehearsal dinner cake. Both were truly amazing. Visually they were exactly what we had asked her for. While my husband is the one with the sweet tooth, I can honestly say that Ann's cakes are the most amazing cakes I've ever eaten. We even had our guests telling us that they don't usually eat wedding cake but ate every bite on their plates. All of the flavors are so amazing that we had to do 3 different flavors for our 3 tier wedding cake (they were all amazing but the lemon berry was our favorite)! Yum!!! Everything turned out perfect! We did a variety of cupcakes and a small cake to cut. Our guests were raving about how awesome everything tasted.

DELICIOUS!!!! We hired Buttercream Cakes & Catering to make our wedding cupcakes and a small cake for the two of us to be able to cut. I seriously cannot get over how delicious the cake and cupcakes were!! We ordered 120 cupcakes and a 6" round cake and the next day there were only about 10 cupcakes left (we had 100 guests)! Everyone was talking about how good they tasted and how they had the absolute perfect amount of sweetness to them. The cupcakes/cake were so moist and the icing was to die for!! If you are looking for a wedding cake and/or cupcakes that you know everyone will eat and not scoop the icing off, Ann is your go to girl!! Ann is super sweet and such a doll to work with. She was so accommodating and responded to my emails/calls/texts in a prompt manner. Not only were her cupcakes the best out of all the places we tried (and we tried a few), she had such reasonable pricing all around. You will not regret hiring Buttercream Cakes & Catering for your event! Thank you so much for everything you did for our wedding and for making some delicious cake and cupcakes. We will definitely be ordering from Ann in the future!! She is the absolute best!!

Ann was so sweet, when we met for our tasting it felt like we had known her for years! All our flavors were delicious (we chose three!!!) and everyone raved about the cake. It's truly the best wedding cake (or any kind of cake) I've ever had - moist, flavorful, and that buttercream icing....to die for! There's a reason that's her business' namesake. Don't skimp on the cake, this is worth every penny (it was also very reasonable!), I promise you! Best cake ever!

As soon as my fiancé and I tasted Ann’s cake samples, there was no question we would choose her. I’ve never liked icing on cake, I think it’s overly sweet and I usually scrape it off. Her buttercream icing melted in my mouth and I ate every bit of it. She knew exactly what we were looking for and drew out some options for us to choose from. The cake was beautiful and looked exactly how we expected it would. We have cake left over that we thaw and eat, and it’s still so delicious. Her cakes are so good I’d recommend her for more than just weddings!

Ann's cake was superb! Butter cream heaven. Buttery creamy and delicious, with lots of fresh berry fruits. She is professional, she is worth it and she is the loveliest person ever! I thank her for being part of a very special day. You must go with her. I am still thawing and eating left over cake. Oh my heavens!
