Tami and Jordan are great to work with for a wedding day! I work as the consultant for a DJ company and they were very good with sharing details and timelines for the couple and our DJ had a great experience working the day of the event!

Tami and Jordan were AMAZING throughout the whole planning process and even more so on our big day! We could not have done our wedding without them. They set up all the decor perfectly, made sure we stayed on time, asked us if we needed anything several times throughout the night, periodically picked up glasses and such, helped bring things out to cars at the end of the night and so much more! They were willing to do anything and everything we needed. All of our guests were impressed by how much they were helping, and I would not have had a stress free day without them! They are simply wonderful people and I cannot recommend them enough.

My husband and I decided to hire a day-of-coordinator/partial planner sort of last minute (as in less than 2 months out), and after interviewing several we were lucky enough to find Tami and Jordan. They were so amazingly helpful! They offered a ton of encouragement, and were literally a text or an email away if I had any questions. We met up during the week of the wedding for a final meeting, and they let me know that Ben, Tami’s husband, was going to be there to help as well, which meant we ended up with three extremely knowledgeable and competent people to help us. Ben headed to where the guys were getting ready, while Tami and Jordan came to where my bridesmaids and I were. Then, when I went to do my first look, one stayed behind with the bridesmaids who were finishing up, and one came with me. They also helped set up our decorations at the church, ran our photo guestbook, and kept charge of our bouquets/boutonnières/corsages and the tips for the other vendors. Most importantly, all three of them were super nice and fun while helping to take a HUGE amount of stress off my shoulders, which made for a great day. Thank you all so much for everything you did for us and our wedding!! Kevin and I can’t tell you how much we appreciate it!

Butterfly Event and Wedding Planning did a phenomenal job in executing day of coordination for our wedding. They were consistently on the ball with communication. They went above and beyond for us to make our day non stressful. They brought to life our vision and it was beyond amazing. You truly would be hard pressed to find any other planner/coordinators to plan your wedding or event. Tami and Jordan are an absolute joy to work with. They kept our nerves calm, and our guests were raving about the services Butterfly Event and Wedding planning provided. Their attention to detail and compassion was outstanding. They actively listen. If you want someone to plan your wedding, look no further. They are priced right, and best of all you get two of them for the price of one. You can't beat that! Had we known how well this team works and executes our desires, we would have hired them to plan our entire wedding. Would have been worth it. Thank you Tami and Jordan for making our dreams come true!

Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better day! They listened to every detail and executed it to my liking perfectly. They were a joy to work with! The planning process can be so stressful, but with them I felt like I was a little kid again dreaming of my wedding with my best friends! Definitely recommend!!
