She communicated clearly and efficiently, helped with posing, timeline planning, and vendor coordination, and was very familiar with our venue (Stone Tower Winery, Leesburg), which allowed her to anticipate the best photo opportunities. On the wedding day, she was gently directive and playful, handled group photos quickly and smoothly, and worked seamlessly with her second shooters, our videographer, and the rest of our vendor team.
Receiving our gallery was such a joyful experience — the photos exceeded my expectations and captured our personalities perfectly. Her style is romantic, editorial, and classic, and she beautifully documented fun moments like our champagne tower as well as moody shots in the wine barrel room.
We were also absolutely thrilled with our wedding album and photo magazines, which we were able to gift to our families during the holidays. Sanaz’s confidence and expertise reduced stress and decision fatigue, allowing us to truly enjoy our day. I would recommend her and her team without hesitation.

nitial consultation. We did our engagement session with them and they made us feel comfortable right away. On our wedding day, Sanaz and Fred came to the hotel where my husband and I were getting ready to take photos and then traveled with us to the venue. We loved that we were each able to have photos of us getting ready.
Sanaz is truly an artist and she is very creative. She was very professional but fun at the same time. It's obvious that she respects the couple's wishes and will do whatever it takes to get quality photos. This includes standing outside in the cold and wind for good shots on our wedding day, and making sure our guests didn't turn the lights down too low so that we had great, quality images. She is very efficient and doesn't waste any time getting the shots she needs. We were able to do our family, wedding party and bride/groom shots in less than an hour. Also, Sanaz always responded to my emails quickly and answered any questions I had. She also put up a blog post with some of our photos less than 12 hours after our wedding!!! We were able to see the rest of the photos online after only a week and a half. Less than a month after our wedding we have already picked out photos for our album and we will have it by Christmas. She also already asked us to choose songs for a photo slideshow that she is making for us. Butterfly Photography truly goes the extra mile for their clients, and is a great value for the quality and quantity of work that they provide.
