Buttonwood Inn Bed & Breakfast

Step into the charm of a 200-year-old New England farmhouse nestled on the slopes of Mount Surprise in Bartlett, New Hampshire. We are located minutes from North Conway and many ski resorts! The buttonwood sits on 6 acres of beautiful land at the base of Mount Surprise. Some details about our property: The Inn has 10 private bedrooms and bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own well-appointed bathroom. All bathrooms have towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryers, showers, and/or tubs. (Please Note: some bedrooms have an external bathroom across the hall that is still PRIVATE to the guest.) Room 10 (see photos!) is located on the right side of the Inn. It has its own parking spot and private entrance. This room has a queen-size bed, a fireplace, a sitting area, and a large bathroom with a walk-in shower AND a jetted tub. This room is perfect for the bride to relax and get ready for their special day! There is plenty of room in the bedroom and bathroom for hair and makeup. The private entrance also leads out directly to the backyard or front yard for their procession. Room 6 (see photos!) is located on the left side of the house. This room is a double suite with a large bathroom. This bedroom is completely separate from room 10 on the other side of the house. There is plenty of space in this room to get ready, take pictures, etc. Both of these rooms are on different sides of the house, which is perfect for the couple getting ready and to have their own private spaces! Included with your booking of our property & venue: Private Outdoor wedding Space: 50 people max Space out front or in the backyard for a tent & ceremony Use of the entire front and backyard of the property (this includes the pool, patio, and fire pit) Private Parking lot that can accommodate up to 25 cars (with private valet for 50 cars) Space for a portable restroom Packages: Bride Package - this gives you full use of room 10. The Inn will provide refreshments. Groom Package - this give your full use of room 6. The Inn will provide refreshments. The Buttonwood Package - this includes FULL use of the inside and outside. The Inn can sleep up to 22 people. Rehearsal Dinner Package - The Buttonwood will privately cater for up to 22 people Welcome & Farewell Brunch - the buttonwood will privately cater for up to 22 people Bachelorette and Bachelor Party Package - rent the whole house! The inn will provide refreshments. Bridal Shower Package - The Buttonwood will privately cater for up to 22 people. *All packages will have an additional cost, price is subject to peak and off-peak seasons. Please inquire. *All packages will have a separate catering contract to sign if you choose the Buttonwood Inn to cater your event. Please inquire. Important Note to Consider: The backyard can accommodate up to THREE 15x15 tents. Due to the shape and size of the backyard, we cannot do a tent larger than 15x15. This inn is an old historic house; most of the interior is NOT handicapped accessible.
