es late picking up the me and my groomsmen from the hotel to bring us to the venue for photos. When he finally arrived while we were all waiting on the street, I mentioned how late he was. He told me it was my wife’s fault and I had to take it up with her. He was then incredibly rude the entire ride to the venue, mouthy and unprofessional. We arrived nearly an hour late for our photos which the had to get cut short. He then picked us up at the end of the night. Was he on time you ask? Of course not. We waited 30 minutes late at night for him to be there for us.did he apologize or try to smooth things over? Nope, just grumpy, unprofessional and blamed everyone but him. We called the owners today and the owner completely had his employees back. Saying it was our fault and he was simply sorry for any inconvenience. I asked plainly for a partial to full refund for the horrible experience and the owner told me he runs a business and they provided a service. His words were “did we provide a service that got you to your place on time?” I responded, “literally no, which is why I am calling.” He told me we can fight it out online with reviews so here I am. Don’t EVER use this company.
