rate with our closest friends and family (33 of us). The food was fantastic! The bride and a couple guests have food allergies, and the Buxton Inn did a great job accommodating those. Arlena suggested the florist and the baker, who ended up being wonderful vendors. Arlena and her staff decorated the venue, which was a surprise to us, because we thought we would have to decorate it ourselves. They did a beautiful job! During the cocktail hour our guests were treated to a ghost tour of the venue. Months later we still get compliments on our wedding, the ghost tour, the food, the service, and the Buxton Inn! We've never had better food at a wedding before or since! We look forward to spending future memorable occasions at the Historic Buxton Inn. This is a perfect location for a microwedding, an anniversary dinner, a bridal shower, a baby shower, or anytime you want to have a special event where you are treated so well!
