By Design Florals

I truly enjoyed working with both Tiffany and Sarah! I reached out to their team through their website on March 2023 and asked for a proposal for our June 2023 wedding. They were super prompt and detailed with communication, which made me feel at ease with all the crazy planning we had to prepare. I honestly know nothing about flowers and asked them to just make me a beautiful arrangements based on colors. All the arrangements were extraordinary! I sent both of them several details of inspiration posts and various ideas I wanted to run by their team to make sure things were feasible and not too outrageous for them. They were excited and open to handling everything I threw at them. When I asked for some creative flare for the guest centerpiece lanterns, they came up with a very pretty design that many guests liked. Before the wedding, they stopped by to get a preview of our backyard wedding layout and how they would logistically bring their gear in. It was very exciting to work with Tiffany and Sarah as they were really pumped about decorating everything. I didn't get to speak with the ladies on the day of the wedding, but my sisters commented on how quickly they began designing each element we discussed with clear focus and professionalism. They designed several large arrangements and handled all the smaller arrangements very quickly. They were prepared with all their tools and trimmed flowers on the spot. Again, I know nothing about flowers and asked both of them to bring the wedding to life without a clear direction. Their flower power was absolutely amazing. I fell in love with my bouquet and made the extra effort to keep them forever by pressing them. Their design was perfect. I fell in love with each little trimming involved with my bouquet. Do not hesitate to hire Tiffany and Sarah for your events! Their team is amazing and they are complete professionals at their craft. Sarah and Tiffany were incredible- the easiest vendors we had to work with for our wedding. We asked for colorful, wildflower style bouquets and centerpieces and they more than delivered! I also requested that my bouquets featured rosemary, which is an important ceremonial herb where I am from. They didn't bat an eye, and even cut rosemary from their own garden for us. They were communicative and supportive every step of the way. Highly recommend!

Tiffany and Sarah make a really great team and they do a fabulous job from start to finish when it comes to weddings! We found By Design Florals on The Knot. The website actually suggested them to us after we contacted a different florist on the website, and we are sure glad they did! As a small business, they handle everything themselves, so any communication is going directly to the people who will be designing, delivering, and setting up your arrangements. Having a team of two was really beneficial as well since Sarah, who handles most of the operational and communication aspects, was sick during our final floral consultation. Tiffany was able to step in and go over our final design plan, and it felt like we were being just as taken care of without having to worry about any sort of miscommunication on our final design since they design, and set up as a team. Each time we were in communication with them, they were always friendly, upfront about costs, and mindful and helpful when it came to our budget. They are very responsive and personable, so you feel like you aren’t just another sale. I was worried that when I was purchasing wedding decor and selecting linens, rentals, and lighting designs from other vendors, that everything was just pretty by itself and would not go together well. Trying to convey our vision through pictures and pinterest left me especially worried about the florals at first, since I was unsure if my vision was really reaching them. It was really sort of a “trust the process” and trust your vendors type of ordeal, which obviously cannot be helped since you do not get to see your arrangements until the day of. But come wedding day, I was blown away by the beautiful arrangements that they created. Sarah and Tiffany really listen and have a talent for creating arrangements that set the vibe and complement the surroundings. We got a lot of compliments from our guests, coordinator, venue staff, and other vendors on our centerpieces and the overall wedding design. The flowers were so captivatingly vibrant and made everything look amazing! Thank you By Design Florals, for making our wedding as beautiful as we imagined and being star vendors the whole way.

We really enjoyed working with Sarah & Tiffany! We had a meet and greet phone call, I sent them some images of bouquets so they could see the colors and florals I had in mind. They sent me some images of greenery and various rose colors so my vision could come to life. I ended up ordering bouquets, boutonnieres, flower crowns for the flower girls and 2 arch pieces. Everything turned out so beautiful! I loved the floral choices they made and the colors! It was a dream come true! And it was affordable!

Eveything was beautiful! And she didn't charge for delivery because we were close by. She didn't have to do that, but those little things really make a difference.

Sarah & Tiffany were absolutely AMAZING to work with! Not only were they extremely kind and professional but they delivered exactly what I wanted. I had a tight budget and they never once pressured me into more. They went above and beyond to create a design to fit my vision and my budget by providing alternative ideas and designs that fit my style. They were extremely communicative, punctual and didn’t miss a single detail. They are seriously amazing and enjoyable to be around! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

These ladies are amazing! I had been working with a florist that my venue used and was simply not happy with them. I spoke with Sarah and knew right away that she understood my vision. Long story short in the matter of about a month they put together all of my wedding floral better than I could have imagined.

I definitely would recommend Sarah and Tiffany and their floral company! They were very responsive and the florals looked amazing at the wedding! I loved all of their arrangements! they were on time and brought quality, artistic work!! We were so happy with our florals!!! Thank you both!! We recommend Tiffany & Sarah without reservation to anyone looking for beautiful floral work executed professionally at a fair price! Like all couples planning a wedding, there is only so much you can (and want) to do yourselves. Checklists, timelines, budgets, etc can all lead to an overwhelming decision fatigue. You look to your vendor partners to take the minutia off your plate so you can focus on the most important aspects - your love and commitment to one another. Our initial consultation with Tiffany revealed to her that we knew next to nothing about how any of this worked and would require a lot of hand-holding, which she graciously (and sympathetically) took charge of. She walked us through the various options and creative directions, giving us a real sense of what we wanted. She handled every aspect of floral coordination, including working with our venue and caters, with complete ease. Each aspect, from our beautiful wedding arch, sweetheart table arrangement, bouquets, boutonnieres, votive arrangements & venue decoration, exceeded expectations. Going beyond the call: After our initial consultation, Tiffany identified that our budget simply did not allocate enough to the floral work to achieve our goals. She approached this delicate subject in a completely kind manner, offering to create a new approach we’d love within our existing budget, or to proceed over budget. By addressing this head-on early in the conversations and without any undue pressure, Tiffany gave us the opportunity to make changes to our budget while there was still time ensuring we received the results we were looking for without surprises or disappointment due to mismatched expectations. This is professionalism in action. Our wedding venue was located in a city that required By Design to find and establish relationships with new suppliers. While other vendors may have shied away from that challenge, they did all the extra work and still delivered phenomenal results. All in all, we greatly appreciated everything Tiffany & Sarah did for us and our special day and wouldn’t change a thing! If you’re lucky enough to be able to book them for your special day, do so without hesitation!

Sarah & Tiffany were so helpful during the planning process. They totally understood my vision and the florals came out so beyond what I could have dreamed of. Highly recommend these gals for your big day! They make it fun, easy and stress free! What more could a bride ask for???

I was so anxious and nervous to see my bouquet and all the floral designs I had ordered from By Design Florals but Sarah did an amazing job of creating what I wanted from the inspo pics I shared with her. Sarah and Tiffany at By Design Florals provide nothing less than excellent customer service!!! While inquiring about wedding florals, they were insanely quick with their email responses and answered all of our questions about their services. We scheduled a phone consultation pretty quickly, and they were able to adjust our quote multiple times based on the changes we wanted to make. WOW! Made our wedding dreams come true! Sarah and Tiffany sure have a gift and they love their jobs. They listened, changed, and assisted in any and every way possible. They are so kind and caring! It makes their business shine. I can’t tell you how thankful I am to have booked them for our wedding. Everything came out perfect and was beyond my expectations! They crushed it and I will forever recommend them!

Sarah and Tiffany are talented florists who I hired to create and oversee flowers, centerpieces and a special project for our May 2022 wedding. These Floral Designers are both  personable,  professional and creative young women.   Sarah and Tiffany did an outstanding job on all the flowers and  centerpieces! I have never seen such beautiful, fresh and enormous roses as  the ones that were delivered for our wedding. The floral centerpieces were rustic and exquisite! We provided the wood slabs, painted mason jars and fairy lights. They put everything together for us with a gorgeous rose and baby breath in each jar. I found Sarah and Tiffany to be efficient and always  communicated with me in a timely manner. They probably received more emails from me than any other  customer with questions or order additions. They were always polite. ONE DISAPPOINTMENT: We also hired Sarah and Tiffany to decorate our wedding  canopy, also known as a Chuppah.  Some times their will be an Arch at Weddings that looks  beautiful decorated.  At Jewish Weddings, you will generally see a chuppah.  The chuppah, we had, looked okay as it was, but I had a vision that it could be redecorated and look even prettier, i.e.: draped with fabric. It was a home made chuppah that had four PVC pipes as poles.  The PVC poles were wrapped with burlap ribbon.  They looked great!  The Floral Designers also  added some greenery in front of the burlap covered buckets, which the wrapped PVC pipes were inserted into.    However, Sarah and Tiffany removed the bridal tulle and  silk flowers that were already in tact on the existing homemade chuppah.  I would not have minded if something was added in its place. I totally trusted their creativity. They are professionals.  I am not.  We are just a bit disappointed because we paid for labor, as well as  material to be used, to decorate and/or drape our chuppah.  The end result was our chuppah looked simple and bare in  appearance.  I am not a Florist nor Designer, but if I was assisting a friend, for example, with the decorating of their chuppah, or wedding arch, I would have left what was in tact and draped some material  and/or added embellishments on the existing structure. A family member, who had seen the chuppah prior to our  wedding, asked me, "what happened to our chuppah?" I did communicate with Sarah afterwards, and questioned the  cost and design of our chuppah. Their was no precise black and white answer or breakdown of costs.  I do understand that the roof was hot glued, and that changed their decorating strategy. We were told that Sarah and Tiffany added some floral decorations, to our Sweetheart Table, in lieu of any cost  difference of decorating our Chuppah. I would love to give Sarah and Tiffany five or more stars, for our wedding flowers, centerpieces, creativity and promptness in returning calls and emails, efficiency! However, the decorating and cost of our wedding chuppah leaves me baffled?

We were so lucky to find By Design Floral in our search for our perfect wedding flowers. I (bride) was between multiple styles and Sarah was incredibly patient and helpful in picking the perfect flowers to bring my vision to life. She helped ease my mind throughout the process and kept us on track so that we had plenty of time, she felt like a true partner in the process. The arrangements were truly beautiful and we have received so many compliments since the wedding. Everyone agreed that the style and colors perfectly matched our venue and theme. Thank you again to both Sarah and Tiffany for their help and beautiful execution, you helped us design a beautiful celebration and we will cherish the photos forever. I highly recommend these two.
