I'm not even quite sure where to start with Emma, because she doesn't just make your wedding design dreams come true, but she is the calming presence you NEED on your day. As a photographer, I've seen so many couples with stress when it comes to their wedding because they try doing everything themselves. This is a time in your life that you should ENJOY, and take in every moment. But when you carry so much burden, tasks and decision making, it's really hard to do that. In comes Emma. Now imagine handing off all your to dos, communication, design dreams, to another person to manage so you can just show up and enjoy your day. You don't need to lift a finger. I like to explain Emma as your wedding fairy godmother because she literally transforms a day into the most beautiful scene. I've worked with Emma a few times now, and I can't wait to more in the future. We had one of our brides literally in tears because she couldn't believe how Emma brought her vision to life, and took so much off her plate so she could just enjoy her day (I'm serious... look at the photos I included here). She was confident that Emma had it all, and she was right. I could honestly go on and on about Emma. She's detail oriented, won't stop until everything is perfect, and makes sure you can sit back and enjoy. I can't reiterate that enough. You get to ENJOY your wedding day. That itself is worth hiring Emma.

Where do I begin? We met Emma when touring a venue we ultimately did not end up choosing, but she was so knowledgeable, professional and we clicked with her right off the bat - so we hired her to help us plan and coordinate our wedding at another venue. I am not the most organized person, especially as a bride. Emma was by my side through the whole planning process to ensure that everything was on track. When I would get a crazy idea (I am a wedding photographer so it is easy to get inspired by things I see when working) she would steer me back to our original vision, keeping things beautiful and cohesive. Her advice on the small details that I would never have thought of on my own, made our wedding feel unique. On our wedding day, plans changed SIGNIFICANTLY and a lot of decisions had to be made. We knew we could trust Emma to make decisions for us so we could enjoy the day and know everything was taken care of. If you can't tell from the pictures attached to this review - we were all smiles - ALL DAY :-) Going into planning my wedding, I was unsure if hiring a wedding planner was worth the expense, let me tell you right now - the peace of mind throughout the entire process, especially on the big day, was worth every penny. Hire Emma, she's next-level amazing.

If you do, you’ll be lucky enough to end up in a far better spot than you ever realized you could be. You know the game, would you rather? Here’s the wedding edition: Would we rather our DJ not show up, or it rain, or our photographer’s camera breaks, or we run out of food, or Emma isn’t a part of our day? We would rather all of the first things COMBINED, over not having Emma. Mostly because we know Emma would be able to absolutely fix each and every one of them somehow. So, sure, Emma is an incredibly talented and bright professional, and that will benefit you tremendously on your big day. But weddings are not planned, nor experienced in a day. Initially, we had not planned on hiring a wedding planner and first met Emma when she was previously employed as a wedding coordinator at our venue. On our initial meeting Emma immediately built our confidence with her calm and polite demeanor, coupled with her focused, detail oriented planning and vision. Perhaps the only thing Emma can’t plan is a pandemic, and while she was supportive of our cautious optimism to proceed as initially planned, she proactively re-booked our entire wedding weekend plans for the next summer. Emma’s necessary, forward thinking proved monumental as our optimism was overtaken by our realization of the inability to host our event in 2020. Emma then moved on from her role at our venue and established her own business, which is the perfect fit for her creativity, motivation, and abilities. While she transitioned us into a new team at the venue as smoothly as she could, it was readily apparent to us that our wedding experience was not going to play out to be the same without her at the helm. We needed her back. Emma graciously took our call, and returned to see through and close out what instantly became the most memorable weekend. Emma’s passion and skill in her job shines through in everything she does. It is rare to work with such a talented individual and somehow all of her talents do completely benefit you. Regardless of what your desires entail, she is built to personalize the experience, and takes enjoyment in the process. Whether timelines are going smooth, or an inevitable curveball pops up, Emma is there to propel you above and beyond your anticipated comfort and enjoyment level. Emma’s focus and direction translate to smiles and flawless action when it’s time to perform. While she proved to us from Day 1 why she is a special necessity, many of our guests were quick to say our wedding was the most fun one they had ever attended, and commented on their level of enjoyment throughout the entire weekend thanks to the energy and perfection Emma displayed to make every moment worth remembering not only for us, but for our family and friends as well. Simply put, Emma is an intangible to your wedding experience that only those wise enough to book her can be fortunate enough to experience. No challenge appears to challenge her, so again, do yourself a favor and get Emma booked before you’re stuck left wishing you did. And then you can join us in cheering along an incredible human who inadvertently became a lifelong friend of ours.

I had no idea what to expect after I hired Emma B to help us execute our daughter’s wedding. We held the wedding at our home with 150 guests and it was quite the event—100 people for a rehearsal picnic the night before with a live Greek band and another 150 for the wedding with a 7 piece band with horns. Without Emma, I think I would have lost my mind! It was the best decision I could have made! I wasn’t sure at first how she would fit in as we had already hired our vendors and had everything in place but a few zoom calls later, I understood that her role was to keep us organized and manage all the details that can be so overwhelming to those of us not used to this kind of thing. She set up Aisle Planner which allowed us to see all our guests and to seat them at tables with ease. My daughter and I were both able to get into the site and make changes to RSVP’s and seating arrangements. She also came up with great ideas for our venue, including a cocktail hour set up that we had not even considered but which was one of the highlights of the night. I think it is hard to find an extremely organized person who is also fun, warm, unflappable and friendly but that is Emma. She was an absolute wonder to work with and I cannot recommend her enough. We have already decided to hire her for our second daughter’s wedding in a few years! Don’t miss out on Emma B if you are looking for a wedding planner!!!

It is hard to use enough superlatives to describe By Emma B.'s exceptional job planning our wedding. She exceeded all of our expectations. Always professional, always timely, always resourceful, always creative and always reliable. The most important item for me is not having any sleepless nights with worry about things gone wrong in the run up to an event. Emma provided the perfectly planned and thought through event - no sleepless nights necessary for me (I'm sure she lost some nights sleep though). She did a great job communicating and coordinating with the A+ vendor team she put together. Everyone she hired did an excellent job. She was extremely resourceful meeting all of our needs. Here creativity and ability to put together and execut a design plan was impressive. And all vendors stepped up and did a great job. Emma took my elaborate vision and executed on it beautifully on an extremely short timeline (three months). Emma truly went above and beyond at all times. There was no task to big or too small for her to take on to make sure we had a beautifully well executed event. She is just an absolute pleasure to work with.

Of all the vendors I booked for my wedding, Emma was my absolute best decision! After starting to plan my wedding in northern NH from D.C. by myself for a few months, I realized I needed help with finding vendors and bringing designs to life with ~9 months to go. I found Emma on Instagram (check her out, its beautiful) and lucked out when she ended up being available for my date (June 5th 2021). From the start, we had regular check via Video Conference, text, email.. Instagram, Pinterest.. really ALL the avenues to make sure that we found the perfect vendors and a vision coming together. Emma was always professional, organized, calming.. and kept us on track which is really what we needed when planning remote. And she has a fantstic list of connections and rentals you can use for your NH special day! Fast forward to a few months out - I was sooo impressed with her ability to coordinate with our venue, handle little crisis's that pop up, and complete our final walk through to make it special. And then finally, weekend of - Emma was there first thing setting up, cleaning, organizing, making sure everything was planned out the day before. The day of, while everyone was getting ready I'm sure there were a million little things going wrong, but I never knew or had concerns because she was always checking in with me, or handling things on her own. If you want your wedding day to be stress free, BEAUTIFUL, filled with fantastic vendors and a fun planner who has your back in all things - you need Emma!

We had a magical wedding weekend due in large part to the amazing support provided by Emma. She has the rare combination of being hardworking and reliable, while also smart, kind, and creative. Due to Covid changing our plans, we postponed our large reception and instead put on a smaller event in New Hampshire. The entire weekend was planned from afar in just 5 weeks thanks to Emma's ability to guide us through the details and move quickly to get a lot of things done, and done well. She provided ideas and options when we needed suggestions and was receptive to the specific ideas and needs that we had. She was also able to engage other needed vendors on our behalf and follow through on ensuring they were also up to the high quality standard she holds herself to. During the wedding day itself she was onsite from early in the morning to long into the night, going above and beyond to make sure everything was just right so we could relax and enjoy the day. While our wedding had only 20 people, it included all traditional components of outdoor ceremony with decor, cocktail hour, dinner, music, and dancing. Emma was such a capable and friendly person to work with that if it were possible to have her manage our 175+ event in 2021 we certainly would (alas it will be held out of state). We would recommend her to anyone and encourage you to give her a call if you're considering a wedding in the region. Emma ensured our ceremony was exactly how I envisioned it. She made our intimate elopement table beautiful and our weekend was so wonderful. I knew I didn’t have to worry about our ceremony or dinner at all because Emma was on top of it

Emma made our wedding a dream come true! We got married at Adair Inn in Bethlehem, NH. From start to finish, Emma was right by our side helping us with everything from colors to flowers to placement of items and more! Emma is very familiar with vendors in NH and that made it easy for her to recommend folks. She has a great eye for design ideas and overall wedding style. The days leading up to the wedding and on our wedding day Emma was there in-person to help with everything and to make sure all went as planned — from the welcome reception to the wedding. She kept us calm and didn’t miss a detail. There were a little things that we noticed after the wedding that she did to make our day that much better! For one example (We have many more!) — The tags on our favors were not staying put so she went above and beyond and put double-sided tape on those tags to make sure they stayed in place and looked great! We had no idea she did this until the day was over, but she took care of it and we didn’t even have to think about those little details! We would absolutely work with Emma again, and would not have wanted to work with anyone else to plan our special day!

We got married on August 8th, 2020 ( yes during the pandemic) which you can only imagine how any bride would be stressed with everything & all the logistics etc. Emma made everything seamlessly easy, and she did it with a smile on her face! I highly recommend you reach out to Emma for all and any of your wedding planning needs. Without her I would've been lost her high level of organization is above and beyond! she is very good at her job and responds with a sense of urgency to everything. 5 stars all the way Emma thank you! :)

My husband and I ADORE Emma in the HIGHEST regard. She is extremely organized, personable and punctual. We were lucky enough to have her land in our lap when she was working for a venue where our planner had left only months before the wedding and in the middle of an ownership change. Without her, I'm not sure how things would have shaken out. She made everything just happen and made the experience stress free for us. Picked up right where the previous planner had left off and truly cared about solidifying all of the details. Emma is amazing. And if I had to do it over again but actually hire her, 10/10 I would!

Emma was FANTASTIC to work with. The original planner we had with our venue stepped away 3 weeks before our wedding day; we panicked!! Emma was able to step in and tackle all our wedding details in such a short time. Our wedding day was flawless because of Emma's ability to solve issues on the fly, absorb details quickly, coordinate with all our vendors simultaneously and keep the whole day on track! She always had a smile on her face and we were truly amazed by her professionalism!
