Heather was absolutely amazing to work with and her work is beautiful! When I was requesting quotes, I was shocked at how expensive everything was coming back. By the Bay Floral came back with by far the most reasonable rate. During our initial consultation we met in person to walk through everything I wanted and to go over my vision. Throughout the entire process Heather was easy to communicate with and always responded back to any changes or questions I had super quickly. Everything came out perfectly and she absolutely nailed exactly what I was looking for! Everything from the bouquets, to the arch flowers, to our centerpieces, came out absolutely beautiful! I would look no where else than Heather at By the Bay Floral for your wedding or other floral needs!

My wedding was 12/11/2022, and I highly recommend this florist! Heather worked with me to stay within my budget, and the flowers were so beautiful, they looked like I far exceeded my budget. She was so friendly and responsive. Phenomenal florist.

Heather was amazing to work with! She made the most beautiful bouquets and centerpieces I have ever seen! She was easy to communicate with and even did last minutes changes for me 12 hrs before dropping off the flowers.

Heather went above and beyond with our floral arrangements! We wanted a Hawaiian Beach vibe with very tropical flowers, but not your cliche beach look. She did exactly that and really helped us to feel back at home in Hawaii, but on the beach of St. Pete. She is so chill and did not disappoint!

When we had to cancel our original wedding and plan an entirely new wedding in 3 months, things were pretty stressful. Luckily our wedding planner helped us to find Heather. We were planning a destination wedding in St. Pete and Heather graciously agreed to meet with us via video conference. Through this meeting I was able to show her some ideas I had for our florals and Heather walked us through various flowers and arrangements that would fit with what we were looking for. Then just a couple weeks before the wedding, Heather was once again incredibly flexible and helpful when I wanted to add more arrangements to the wedding. On the day of the wedding, Heather arrived to my hotel room with my bouquet and bridesmaids’ bouquets and I was stunned! The flowers were absolutely gorgeous! Our guests continuously raved about how beautiful all of the arrangements were and how the flowers were just absolutely amazing. Heather was an absolute dream to work with and her work is definitely stunning. We were so lucky to have been able to work with her and would definitely work with her again!
