If you are searching for a wedding planner, you can go ahead and stop your search. Bello & Blue does what they say they will do and more. Our original wedding date was 3/21/20....yeah, about that. When we rescheduled to August 2020, they said no problem for our 200+ person wedding. And then when we rescheduled again due to the pandemic, they continued to say no problem even though I can only imagine how much stress they were under having all of their weddings postponed. The team was always there yet never noticeable. Their team nailed every portion of our day, all the way to the after party. They helped with phenomenal vendor recommendations too! This group is classy yet flexible to bring the wedding's preferred style into the day. Lindsey and team consistently exceeded expectations without exceeding budgets. 10 stars out of 5 from this happy couple.

Lindsey is a testament to all things good and wonderful in the wedding world. She has built a lovely team that is kind, organized, open to feedback, friendly, and supportive. If you are going to pick one vendor - it should be Bello & Blue. We hired her for full service planning ~2 years before our Colorado mountain wedding. She expertly guided us through the entire process, recommending a thoughtful vendor team of talented musicians, photographers, videographers, etc. She navigated small obstacles, making us feel like valued clients despite working through years of Covid stress. Lindsey, and Bello & Blue in general, are a true joy to work with. We had a pandemic reschedule and they made all of the rescheduling logistics incredibly seamless. Our experience with Bello and Blue was the absolute BEST! Kate was our planner and she went above and beyond in every way imaginable and made our wedding day the best day of our lives. She's so organized while being really sweet, fun, and having a great sense of humor at the same time. She handled a very crazy COVID wedding season with ease and made us feel much more laid back about everything. She's also super creative. Kate took the time to get to know us and came up with really cool ideas of how to highlight aspects of our relationship (like travel, our love for cheese, etc.) in cute ways during the wedding. Kate and Annie were both phenominal on the day of our wedding and made everything feel like a breeze. It truly felt like our only job was to just soak it all in and have fun on our big day. Numerous people commented to us on how sweet, calm, helpful, and organized they both were. We couldn’t be more thrilled with the experience Kate, Lindsay, Annie, and the rest of the B&B team provided us!

We had the PLEASURE of partnering with Bello & Blue for not one event, but for both our small COVID wedding and our big celebration this year. We had originally contracted Bello to do our floral arrangements for our big day when COVID hit and we had to pivot. Bello was one of the vendors we were able to use for what we call our “little wedding” and they truly created the most magical garden party for us. While we had only contracted them for our flowers that day, the planners in them came out, and they helped with styling and set-up, and truly made the day so so special. Moving on to our 2021 celebration, and they knocked our florals out of the park! Flowers were a really important part of our day, and the Bello team truly made our dreams come true. From our big floral arch, to florals seemingly growing from the earth, and all the citrus they wove into the design, Lindsey and her team made everything STUNNING. Our guests could not stop talking about them, and my mother, who is a florist, was blown away at not only the quality of flowers, but the talent of the team. Lindsey, Kate, and the rest of the team are such kind and thoughtful human beings. We would absolutely recommend them to future couples (both for florals and planning) and wish we could do it all over again just to keep working with them!

Our day was absolutely magical and it was all because of Lindsey and Bello and Blue Events. Though we ended up eloping, the only thing missing was our family and friends. Who knew an elopement was just as much planning as a wedding, just on a different scale. I could not have pulled it off with out her help. Our morning ceremony was followed by a reception brunch and a party that carried over into the New Year. I had "ideas" for the wedding and Lindsey honed in by adding her amazing style and eye, executing flawlessly! Bello and Blue also did the floral that felt like we were in an enchanted forest with blooms, foliage, and my favorite crystals. It really felt like the floral was a guest! Our wedding date was 10/10 and this is exactly how I would rate B&B as well. Actually, I give them way more than a 10! Lindsey & her team met and exceeded every expectation we had. Every detail was thought out and so thoughtful. They went above and beyond especially with the current COVID restrictions/regulations/etc. Our day was perfect because of them and the planning, attention to detail and personal touches were unlike any other wedding/event I've attended or been in. Our wedding day was absolutely amazing thanks to Kate! We had a lot of bumps in the road leading up to our wedding with COVID but Kate helped us with every decision along the way and our day couldn't have turned out more perfect. Besides picking each other, hiring Bello & Blue was the very best decision we have ever made! I honestly don't know what we would have done without the help of Lindsey and the Bello & Blue team. My husband and I are both active, working professionals, and as much as I love planning, we were both overwhelmed with the amount of time and work involved with planning our dream wedding when we initially got engaged. As soon as we brought Bello & Blue on board, our minds were immediately at peace and that's when the fun began! Lindsey and Meredith and Kate helped us with every single thing from picking the venues, to hiring each vendor, creating our wedding website, and designing the weekend of our dreams! They were highly responsive, helped keep us on track with an online planning tool that we loved, and became friends for us to lean on when family and wedding dynamics became stressful. On top of that, they made sure it was fun and a memorable process for us! We always enjoyed our get togethers, and the design/tasting process was particularly exciting! They took our high level thoughts and concepts for the mountain wedding we were hoping to have, and created the most beautiful design proposal with all kinds of fun ideas and details for us to visualize it all together! Further, they did a complete mock up table for us for the tasting so we could see the floral, the linens and the rentals we were considering so we could really get excited about the plans and make any adjustments live and in person. Needless to say, we loved everything! They truly just 'got us' and we were so so happy and proud of the end result! Our wedding weekend was hands down the best weekend of our lives, and we were able to be 100% present with our family and guests to enjoy every single moment thanks to the B&B team. I don't know how they do it, but they seamlessly executed three weekend events for us, and everyone raved about the decor, the settings, and food and beverage - it was seamless all around! I seriously don't know how couples plan weddings without the help of a professional planner. This was BY FAR the best decision we made in the planning process, and we would do it again and again with the help of Lindsey and Bello & Blue. They made it easy, fun, and our wedding was better than anything we could have dreamed!!! There are no words to describe how amazing B&B was in helping make the wedding happen. I planned my wedding from out of state with just my now husband and Kate from B&B. I could have not done this without her. Their communication was on point and phone calls were always productive with just the right amount of personal :). I was extremely appreciative of their recommendations and advice and in the end, my wedding was everything I had hoped it would be. They were also in charge of my flowers which were perfect. I am still in awe how seamlessly things came together. They were recommended to me by a friend and I would definitely pass that recommendation on. Lindsey and the Bello & Blue Team were amazing to work with for our Aspen wedding. She was quick to respond to everything, always positive, and thinking one step ahead which you need during planning and on the big day. I highly recommend Bello and Blue! My daughter got married in Aspen and we wanted to incorporate artwork as part of our wedding since Molly’s grandmother was an artist. Lindsey Dienstbach helped us create a beautiful board with 16 pieces of her framed artwork which were incorporated instead of numbers to direct guests to their tables. The board displaying the artwork with our guests names was astounding! People were truly amazed at what she created. It involved sizing all of the different pieces of art to be the same size and then she decorated the board with gorgeous flowers. We went with her flower package as well which was great!! Having the wedding planner also be the flower person made things much easier for me. The flowers were more beautiful than I had hoped for. Again, she really listened to what we wanted and was able to fulfill our desired look perfectly! When there was slight problem (which was not her fault) Lindsey literally sprinted and was able to get the problem fixed before our guests could notice that anything was wrong. My daughters wedding exceeded what I was hoping it would be. This was totally due to the beautiful flowers and moody mountain chic that was created by Bello and Blue.

Meredith & Lindsey executed the best day of our lives! They made the day worry free and perfect! Planning a wedding can be extremely stressful- if I had any advice on how to spend money- it would be get a planner! Not any planner... this team is professional, organized, and so much fun! Every part of our wedding was perfect. All the details were beautiful down to a Just Married sign that was drawn by our wedding planner that detailed everything about Vail- it was stunning. The floral arrangements are beyond what I could have expected, and to have everything done by Bello and Blue made everything easier. The team had everything done which removed any stress from me leading up to and on the day of the wedding. I cannot imagine doing the wedding without them. My in laws also hired the team to help with the rehearsal dinner which was also phenomenal. Highly recommended team.

Hello & Blue Events is an amazing company to work with for your wedding coordination! My wife and I are from Louisiana and they helped us coordinate all the finite details that come along with planning a destination wedding. Lindsey, our coordinator, went above and beyond to make our day special and was always willing to help out with those small, last minute, things that pop up on your wedding day. Stop looking for a wedding planner, and choose Bello and Blue Events. They are the best in the business! We vetted a few wedding planners, and B&B was our #1 choice. We worked directly with the owner, Lindsey, for our wedding, and we ended up using their floral service (Bello & Blooms) as well - shout out to Kate the florist! We had a chance of thunderstorms the day of our wedding, and I was so thankful to have the B&B team to make our dreams come true. It's comforting to have a third party make the hard choice about rain delays and change of ceremony locations. Luckily for us, we beat out the rain, and everything happened as planned. We were so thankful that we could just be present our entire wedding weekend knowing we put our complete trust in the B&B team. Our flowers were STUNNING too. My bouquet was out of this world beautiful. Their menu-style approach to planning is ideal - you can pick and choose what works for you and add-on as necessary. Again - we cannot stress enough that B&B is the absolute best - professional, trustworthy, creative, and FABULOUS.

Hiring Lindsey and her team at Bello & Blue for day-of coordination (which I assure you was SOO much more than just this) and floral design, was the absolute best decision we made in the wedding planning process. From initial meeting, to planning, to day-of, to wrap up, Lindsey was organized, professional and took piles of stress off the entire process. Lindsey was highly involved, extremely confident and 100% translated the vision we had for the wedding into the most beautiful reality. After interviewing a handful of wedding planners and extensively reviewing profiles of candidates, we decided to hire Lindsey for our complete wedding planning needs. She vastly stood out due to her ability to bring beauty, uniqueness, and charm to fruition in her event design aesthetics. Lindsey is extremely organized and knows event planning better than I imagine anyone else could. We would have been overly stressed and completely at a loss if we did not use her full-service package. She has exceptional taste and a classic & fresh perspective that allowed us to see more BEAUTY and LOVE in one day than we could have ever imagined ourselves! Lindsey and Kate designed stunning floral arrangements and decor set in a private residence that Lindsey found for us in Winter Park, CO during the winter. From the bride and groom's perspective, the planning process while working with Bello & Blue was essentially stress-free and very enjoyable. We were updated regularly and met with Lindsey frequently to make sure things were going smoothly. She has a list of preferred vendors she trusts and she will even negotiate prices on your behalf when working with them. She presents vendor options based on how your style matches with theirs and she will facilitate the meetings with key vendors so that she stays in the loop. We have so many great things to say about Lindsey, but we cannot put them into a mere review. All we can say is that she is the sweetest, most caring and professional person we could've ever trusted to plan the biggest party of our lives! Lindsey and her team at Bello & Blue Events were simply the best, and made this whole process a dream. Words cannot adequately express how grateful both my husband (!!) and I are with Lindsey's help as our wedding planner throughout this entire process, which was just over a year. We live out of state, and the idea of planning a wedding was terribly daunting (it was either a big wedding, or eloping) and after talking with Lindsey, I immediately felt at ease. She handled all details seamlessly, and was able to take our ideas and put turn them into reality. Lindsey is so creative, and at times would gently suggest something in addition to our ideas to help everything seem and appear more cohesive. We also used B&B's in house florist (Kate!! who is WONDERFUL and all the flowers were STUNNING- people keep reaching out to me to tell me about how amazing our flowers were). That being said, we never felt ANY pressure to get our flowers through B&B. Our wedding was almost a month ago, and people keep telling us how amazing this day was, how amazing Lindsey was, and how wonderful the event turned out. Lindsey was there the day of our wedding, getting everything ready (despite heavy winds) and was such a calming presence during the day. Truly, I never stressed about the wedding, and if I had a worry, I would email Lindsey, and she would immediately express that she was on it! This was one of the best decisions that we made when planning our wedding (you know, besides deciding to marry one another). We both highly recommend Lindsey and her team at Bello & Blue Events!! Kate was amazing! She is organized, compassionate, the sweetest human EVER, does amazingly beautiful floral arrangements and absolutely nails the wedding planning thing. I felt like our wedding went off without a hitch, thanks to Kate. She did EVERYTHING. And went above and beyond to be available for phone calls, texts, emails and meetings during the planning process. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a planner and/or florist. She does it all! I can't believe how much she juggled with our wedding, and made it look easy. I cannot thank Bello and Blue Events enough for making our day so special.
