only are you investing in her talent and expertise but her incredibly warm demeanor and emotional support in that getting ready room. There were many feelings and emotions pre-wedding that you just can't prepare for but let me tell you, Chassie is prepared and on your side. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt beautiful and loved everything. She event stayed around right up until the ceremony began to make sure I was perfectly touched up and had everything I needed. In short, do yourself a favor and book Chassie!

cked it out of the park - I loved my look, felt like myself but still very “bridal,” my makeup wasn’t too heavy and it lasted all night (on a very humid evening)! Chassie also did my mom and MIL’s makeup - which they loved - and her team did all 11 of my bridesmaids! Chassie is so sweet and her team was wonderful to have around on our wedding morning. Crown of Glory is absolutely worth the investment!!

Chassie is an absolute FORCE. She got thrown into a crazy situation with my weddings (two ...
days back to back, one Hindu and one Western, with a 5am start time for Hindu wedding). She showed up at 5:00am on the dot with a smile on her face in a full suit (SO stylish), totally prepared and ready to go. She even brought her own giant light to the hotel to make sure we were well lit. My hair and makeup looks for each wedding day were completely different from each other and Chassie executed both flawlessly which goes to show her range. I even asked that she use some of my products that I know work for me and she was happy to, except she used them way better than I ever had (like I asked her to use my foundation but the way she did it made my skin look so glowy and it lasted way longer than ever before? Incredible.) Girl has TECHNIQUE. Her team also did my mom and MOB/Bridesmaids makeup and everyone told me how comfortable and confident Chassie and her team made them. My mom said she'd never felt so beautiful! I also got so many compliments from loved ones saying that I looked beautiful and glamorous but totally "like myself" which is Chassie's specialty. I didn't feel like I was wearing a mask and I felt liked I looked just as good in person as I did in photos.
Her looks also have LONGEVITY. I have oily skin so obviously powder was needed but I have never required such minimal touchups. I wore my wedding hair and makeup for 12 hours for my Hindu Ceremony and it still looked good. She had pinned jasmine and babies' breath in my hair and not a bloom was out of place, even after sun, dancing, and being hoisted in the air by multiple family members. It was true magic.
Chassie is also just really good, calming, uplifting energy to have around you, especially on a day as hectic and emotional as your wedding day. She makes you feel so warm and welcome, like an old friend. And she truly LISTENED to everything I said I wanted, even the small things, and readily made tweaks when I asked for them. It is obvious that she cares a lot about her Clients both professionally and personally. Yes, she is expensive but honestly she is worth every single penny. In the future if I ever have a photo shoot or important event, I would gladly book Chassie again. I cannot hype her up enough, she's amazing.
Also - her husband and business partner, Noah, does a wonderful job communicating all of the logistics: scheduling, timelines, payments, etc. He is lovely to deal with and they make a wonderful team.
Seriously - you will not regret hiring COGB for your big day or for any day.

As someone who doesn't typically do a ton of hair/makeup every day, I felt at ease during the entire process and when my wedding day rolled around, Chassie totally nailed it with making sure I felt like myself while also being a little glam :)
Her teammate Caren also took care of my mom and sister and I've never seen them glow like that before! Thank you so much, Crown of Glory!

my life. My biggest fear of wedding day beauty was that my groom wouldn't recognize me under all that glam (ha!). I just wanted to look like myself with a little wedding day glow...and boy did Crown of Glory DELIVER!!! I cannot praise Chassie, Noah, and their outstanding team enough! Both my trial and wedding day makeup turned out so much better than I could have ever imagined. Chassie truly understood what I was looking for and gave me the natural, wedding day glow I was looking for.
Crown of Glory was truly my favorite wedding vendor team. On the planning side, I worked with Noah who was so responsive to dozens of emails and flexible with all of my adjustments leading up to the wedding day. Chassie & her beauty team were able to create such romantic, timeless looks for my entire bridal party. I think the most impressive piece was the fact that each member of my bridal party had completely different skin tones, hair color, textures, etc. and we all LOVED our looks. On my wedding day, Chassie and one of her colleagues, Randall, took care of me, my mom, mother-in-law, three sister-in-laws, matron of honor and flower girl, and everyone looked amazing! I wanted to look like an elevated version of myself rather than total glam, and Crown of Glory understood my goals and delivered on that promise. There were a few people in my party who have not had professional makeup done and did not know what to expect; however at the end of the day EVERYONE was thrilled with the experience. Gotta love makeup and hair that lasts, and photographs beautifully. On top of all this, Chassie and her husband, Noah, are kind, enthusiastic and easy to work with. Cannot recommend Crown of Glory highly enough!

ce I wasn't sure of the style I wanted at the time, she meticulously created multiple updos and half-up half down styles, so that I could see which one was my favorite for the big day. Once we were finished, she restyled my hair so that I could take engagement photos the same day. Chassie was hospitable and professional in her beautifully renovated studio.
On our wedding day, the Crown of Glory team was organized and efficient, while taking their time to ensure each person felt themselves with an elevated style. I wanted my bridesmaids to have a variety of styles, which Crown of Glory achieved to fit their personalities and styles. Our wedding guests mentioned to us how natural each one of the bridesmaid's hair and makeup looked. Chassie went above and beyond, even letting me rent her personal cathedral length veil for the experience. The Austin-based makeup products she uses are purposely natural and lightweight, with perfect coverage. I purchased some of her products for everyday use because I love it so much!
The wedding day morning with Crown of Glory made the getting ready experience effortless, fun, and stress free. Thank you, Chassie, for making our day so special. I would highly recommend booking her amazing services for any event!

When searching for a HMUA in the Austin area and finding that Crown of Glory focused on more of a neutral makeup look and used more "clean" products, I knew they were the perfect choice for me. Their new bridal suite is so so so fun & great for your trial or to use as a place for your bridal party to get ready on your wedding day.

ding up to the wedding day. I was an out-of-town bride but did my trial when in town for wedding things. She was so accomodating and spent her time trying to make it exactly what I wanted. I wanted to do a minor adjustment so she allowed me to do a re-trial before my wedding and was completely understanding. Her new space is beautiful and was such a nice place to be in for my trials. I accidentally spilled soda (that they purchased for me) and they were so cool about it. On the wedding day, she hired a wonderful and kind woman to do my sister's, mom's and mother in law's hair. Chassie was absolutely incredible on the day of - she took her time, made it worry free for me. My hair and makeup turned out beautiful! I was sad that it fell out a bit during the night but that just means I had a good time. Chassie was amazing, I could not recommend her services more!

Not only is she a great listener, she's so wildly talented, sweet, and easy to be around. Something so calming about her presence, I was relieved to have her by our side on the big day. Prior to the wedding, we had a trial run of hair and make up where she tried a few different options for me and we decided what would look best with my dress. She took such great care of me, my mom, and my bridesmaids and even came to the venue for final touch ups on us all before the ceremony started. Her pricing was very reasonable and affordable too! I would definitely recommend Crown of Glory for wedding day services.
