Mike was awesome at our wedding! We had a pretty complicated ceremony where we needed separate equipment and Mike came through and helped us out. He taught our officiant how to use it and everything. He was punctual and very communicative every step of the way. He was a breeze to work with! He helped us get awesome uplighting that matched our wedding colors. Mike was a great DJ! He worked with us to customize our wedding with a variety of playlists from 3 different cultures (American, Japanese, Serbian). He was super responsive and very easy to get along with. Mike followed the tone we wanted and showed up looking sharp. The whole process was easy and Mike was very generous with his time in guiding us through.

We were married at the end of June in Temecula and had the BEST time thanks to DJ Mike! He was an absolute professional, made our lives so much easier, met with us in advance to answer our (many) questions and give fantastic advice, and helped make our wedding run perfectly smoothly. My husband and I also have very different music tastes, but he was able to incorporate something for everyone seamlessly. We had such a fun time at our wedding thanks to Mike! He’s so personable and easy to work with. If I had any questions or concerns, I would just email him and he would respond promptly, which I greatly appreciated. Mike was nothing short of EXCEPTIONAL for our wedding celebration! He met with us beforehand to plan and ensure he had the lay of the land, he arrived in plenty of time to get set up without stress, and he absolutely NAILED it. When we told our venue Mike was our DJ they told us “perfect, we know everything is going to be right on time” and we didn’t quite know what that meant….until he started to get us organized. From the Ceremony to the Grand Entrance to the First Dance through the Speeches, Mike helped us keep everything moving along on our relatively tight timeline. Then we went to the dance floor. WOW. He somehow mixed in all the songs we had mentioned to him in planning (even some bizarre ones), despite it being a huge variety of genres…and that dancefloor NEVER stopped moving. We had a really pleasant experience working with Mike and Grant for our June 2022 wedding. Mike was especially great during our consultation. We felt heard, understood and valued as a potential client. Mike was helpful anytime we reached our during the process, and matched us with DJ Grant Bass who was exactly who we needed. Grant was an absolute pleasure to work with and he absolutely nailed it as our DJ. He handled our wedding, cocktail hour and reception and everything ran so smoothly. Mike was the DJ and MC for our ceremony and reception, he provided up-lighting, and a photobooth and we truly could not have asked for a better person to have done those jobs! From our first meeting with Mike we could tell he had a chill personality and a great passion and knowledge of music and all things weddings. On our meeting before our wedding, we met with Mike over zoom for over an hour and he made us feel less stressed about the overall wedding planning as he was able to answer questions we had about the timeline, processional order, and song selections for every part of the day. He also did not rush to get off the meeting, he took his time to ensure he understood what we had envisioned for the day and that he would be able to help make sure our wedding vision came to fruition. We also asked him to pick the first and last song of the day and he was excited to do so (spoiler alert, he picked a great one). The day of, working with Mike seemed like working with an old friend. He was very chill and remembered everything we envisioned. He was also a great protector of the timeline and kept things moving and was able to make great suggestions when things started to run late. Mike did an amazing job keeping the guests attention and stepping aside to make sure the attention was on my husband and I. Mike also did a terrific job of reading the room and playing the right songs to keep the most amount of guests dancing and also stuck to our song requests on the do not play list, the must play list, and our favorite genres. Additionally the lighting and photobooth were very professional. Lastly, after our wedding we received numerous compliments for the DJ and dancing. Numerous guests told us this was their favorite wedding and we attribute a lot of that to Mike. In conclusion, TLDR; book with Mike if you want to sleep easy knowing you will have a DJ who will play the songs you and your partner love, songs your guests will love, and who will be a timeline and wedding vision advocate for you. Book with Mike if you want to work with someone who will go above and beyond, not because he has to, but because he wants to. We had a blast with Grant at our wedding. He was professional and tried his hardest to keep the party going! Unfortunately, our family and friends weren't the biggest dancers, but when they requested songs, he made it happen! We didn't choose a few songs, and left it up to him: cutting the cake, the bouquet toss, anniversary dance. The songs he chose were perfect! Our guests had a great time, and he truly helped that!

Mike was an excellent MC and I had several compliments on how funny he was and kept the party going. For most of my guests my wedding was the first big event since the pandemic happened. My goal was to create a lively fun atmosphere for my guests and he did exactly that. He has a simple process of trying to tease out what kind of music you and your partner like without having to curate a full playlist if you don't want to. He also worked well with the other vendors, deservedly on the preferred vendor list for my venue Lorimar. Would highly recommend his services for your wedding/event!

Hi! Please please book this company for your wedding! They are great. From first contact, they were very involved. Grant was our Dj of the night, and let me tell you, he knew what he was doin. Not only that, but he was so adaptable to every change the evening came with. We are so so grateful that we had him on our wedding night!

Mike is great. From the get-go, he was knowledgable, excited and so easy to work with. I'm a bit of a control freak, and he totally rolled with it, answered all my questions and kept secrets from me very discreetly. :) The music was great all night, he read the crowd well, let my dad have the mic when he asked for it (lol) and helped the entire night flow perfectly.

Mike is a master at this craft! Although my husband and I aren’t much of the dancers he really kept the party alive for both our talkative guests and our dancing ones. He blended both our tastes in music plus the occasional requests from our guests so seamlessly. For the most part we picked our main songs but we left our East Coast slow dance song up to him. He surprised us at the end of our first dance by picking a song for it we both did consider as a first dance song but how he knew that blows both our mind! Not only was it in consideration but it also had some meaning to us as it was a song we danced to in the kitchen the day I met his entire family. We only spoke once on the phone and we both just knew we would enjoy ourselves. He’s an absolutely fantastic DJ and MC and we truly enjoyed having him apart of our day! We are thrilled that we were able to have Mike from C Squared be the DJ/MC for our wedding ceremony and reception! Mike makes the process very easy - we had a couple phone calls, one at the beginning and one closer to the wedding. Mike asked us some questions to understand what we're looking for in a DJ and at our wedding, and we were able to use an online portal to select the mix of different types of music (ie, 80% hiphop/pop, 10% electric dance, etc.) we wanted played. Our coordinator had us list out songs for different parts of the ceremony and reception, sent it over to Mike, and everything went off without a hitch. We had a blast out on the dance floor, as did our guests!! BTW we had the package with the photo booth and would recommend that as well! Our photos came over via a google drive link not long after the wedding - so fun, tons of great props and a pretty background. Going with C Squared was a great choice - highly recommend! We are so happy we had Mike Emcee our wedding at Mount Palomar in May! He was super easy to work with, we provided the timeline and the major event songs (which he helped provide suggestions for) and told him to just play to the crowd for the whole cocktail/reception time. He brought great energy and kept the guests dancing all night. I only had one song I for sure wanted played during the reception, and when we saw I got stuck taking some photos with guests during it, he started it over for me to fully enjoy. Thanks Mike!!

Mike was great! We requested some unusual songs to be played and ended the night with a number of dubstep songs. Mike saw that the guests were loving it and continued to play the requested genre creating an awesome party at the end of the night. All of our guests commented on how the music at our wedding was amazing because it was unique and fun, and had people dancing the entire time. A perfect mix of "everybody" music at the beginning of the night, moving into a party for our freinds at the end of the night. Mike was our DJ for our wedding at paradise falls on May 24 2019 and he was AWESOME! My husband and I as well as all of our guests loved the music. He had everyone dancing all night long. He came off very professionally, and with a different approach. Other DJ's we had spoken with or emailed were just fine with just shooting off a quote, or hourly rate, but Mike took the time to find out more about what we wanted before anything else. From the vibe and tone to what kind of lighting we wanted, all questions were addressed up front. What's more is he took the time to meet with us in person, beforehand, in order to have a face to face conversation and relieve any worries we may have had. After a good meeting and validation from the venue we had chosen, we knew Mike was a great choice. We hired Mike and enjoyed the consistent communication and online portal he utilized to keep everything organized and to our liking. Only a small down payment was required upon hiring and Mike was very flexible with the timing of the final payment. When it came to the wedding day, Mike was on time, efficient, and delivered exactly as promised. The ceremony was amazing and all songs requested played perfectly. He was sure to announce everything as the night went on, and played all music flawlessly. He accommodated every request we had and kept the guests entertained. We chose Mike and Csquared events to DJ our new years eve wedding in Temecula wine country. We wanted a DJ that knew how to keep the flow of the wedding moving smoothly while still being able to keep the energy of our guests high (especially for a new years eve wedding). Mike did not disappoint! Through our ceremony he was hands on, and really made it so myself, my groom, and our officiant never had to worry about technical issues. Throughout our reception he kept the energy levels up, and was fantastic at feeling the mood of our guests, thus, pushing events along when they needed to be. After 8pm, our reception turned into more of an all out party, and Mike played great music all night long (including all the music we asked for). Moreover, because it was new years, we wanted some sort of clock projected on one of the walls to count down to midnight. Mike was able to accommodate us, and project the time on the wall for our guests. On another note, Mike is very responsive, and easy to get a hold of. Whenever we had any questions Mike always responded same day. The website used to customize our event was simple and fun to set up. We have nothing but positive things to say about Mike and Csquared events, and we would absolutely recommend them to anyone of our close friends getting married, or simply in need of a DJ!

C Squared Events was absolutely amazing. We had them DJ our wedding and used their photo booth. I have been to a lot of weddings and I can truly say they were the best I’ve ever seen. People danced at our wedding (including myself) the whole entire night! He really made such a difference at our wedding and I would highly recommend him to EVERYONE! We also used their photo booth service which was GREAT! They have someone there the whole time taking your pictures. The guests get a printed out picture and can also have it emailed to them, which I though was such a great bonus. At the end of the night they give you a USB with every picture on it also! Overall, I would highly recommend using them for your wedding. You will not regret it!

Choosing C Squared to DJ our wedding was one of the best decisions I made while planning. As most know, your DJ can really make or break the party so I did a lot of research before deciding to go with them. First and foremost, Mike is extremely helpful and easy going. We met a couple times before the wedding and he answered all of my questions plus thought of everything I didn’t ask. It is clear he has been doing this for a while and he is great at what he does. He was okay with the fact that I provided a list of songs I wanted played which was awesome- and the songs he chose fit in perfectly! We had about 3 hours of open dancing and I think the dance floor was full the entire time. He was so fun the entire night and everyone had a blast. We also used his photo booth service which was a huge hit, plus he gives you a flash drive of all the photos at the end of the night so we can have them forever! I really enjoyed working with Csquared events. First off the planning tools they have on their website made it really easy to plan my wedding and the music to go with it. I was able to send in my edited songs that I created on Garage band in order to have a very unique wedding march, a shorter first dance, and a choreographed light saber battle. Despite having many different cultures Csquared was able to mix the music to get everyone excited about being on the dance floor. They smoothly transitioned from Persian music to modern music to dance along songs. Even when most people left early (I had a Sunday wedding) the DJ kept the energy high and read the crowd well and played until the event was done.

PARTY OF THE YEAR thanks to C Squared!! I had been planning my wedding playlist since high school, it was so important to me that the music be perfect at our wedding ceremony and reception. I had a vision and C Squared totally got me. I was able to use every song I wanted for all the events of the day, from walking down the aisle to Bright Eyes to playing Ja Rule while the bridal party was introduced, nothing was a problem for them to play! Everyone's biggest compliment of the night was the music, and I never saw the dance floor empty. I have the best memories of dancing to exactly the kind of music vibe I wanted, and I could not be more grateful.
