From our initial meeting with him, we all hit it off because Chris is so easy to talk to and get along with. During that meeting, our engagement session, and on our wedding day, Chris knew exactly what to do and say to put my husband and I at ease, make us laugh, and get amazing photos throughout the process. He took the time to get to know my husband and I and it was clear that he genuinely wanted us to enjoy our day and have the wedding of our dreams. Chris was there all day with us, making sure that everything ran smoothly and photographing everything along the way. He brought along an amazing second shooter who was equally as fun and caring as he was. Our wedding photos came back faster than I had expected and they are absolutely gorgeous. He captured every important moment throughout the day and a lot that I hadn't even realized had happened. Looking through our gallery was like getting to relive our wedding day all over again which we truly loved. I can;t say enough great things about C. Tyson Photography and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great photographer and amazing pictures to cherish for a lifetime.

Some of my favorite photos are during the reception when we snuck outside to grab pictures around sunset. He took beautiful photos, and sent us all the photos shortly after the wedding so we didn't have to wait long, which I appreciated :)

I gave Chris a few ideas, and he took it from there! He picked an awesome location and made us feel like we’d known him for years! Our pictures turned out just as we imagined, and it was difficult to choose just one for our save the date! C. Tyson is incredibly organized and easy to work with. Chris provides clients with login information to access a large variety of resources on his web site. I was able to complete payment, planning, and communication through this portal—making my interaction with Chris very efficient and professional. Chris was always one step ahead of me in the planning process. He initiated contact in the months leading up the wedding simply to check in. He also provided more specific planning forms to guarantee we would get the pictures we wanted. For example, Chris knew each combination of family pictures we wanted far ahead of time. He also became familiar with our venues (church and reception) in advance so that he had special locations in mind for specific pictures prior to the wedding day. By the time our wedding day rolled around, I had full confidence that Chris would capture the pictures we wanted (and many we didn’t even know we would want!). Chris was with us the entire day—from getting ready in the morning to the reception in the evening. He was an absolute pleasure to be around on our big day. We barely noticed him in the background capturing every moment. He also provided significant support beyond photography on our wedding day. Chris coordinated with our other vendors to ensure everything was running smoothly. He made sure our families and bridal party were where they needed to be at the right time. He coordinated closely with our DJ during the reception. Our families and friends loved working work Chris on our wedding day. We received our wedding pictures in less than a week after our wedding! The fast turnover was nothing compared to the quality of our beautiful photographs. Chris captured perfectly every last moment of our day. C. Tyson’s packages also provide full access to ALL the digital copies of your photographs, which was a must for me. Perhaps most importantly, Chris views his brides and grooms as much more than clients. Chris encouraged us to focus on what was important on our wedding day. He checked in with us throughout the day and evening, providing encouragement and reminding us to soak in each moment.

At that point (way before I was engaged), I knew he was going to be my wedding photographer. Just take a look at his gallery and you will see for yourself the amazing work he does. He captures the moment and you feel the emotion with it. My wedding was on New Years Eve and from day one he never made me feel like I was taking him away from his holiday. He was totally committed and it shows in his work. He is very easy to work with. We did our engagement photos with him as well and after he finished them he asked for feedback so that he could have a good sense of what we were looking for in our photos and so that he could ensure we get that. I liked that he was open to taking serious and fun pictures. He really understands you as a couple and plays off of that. He also had a great turnaround time as we received our photos much faster than others in the industry. Once again, he was open to hearing feedback and asked if there were any changes to the photos that needed to be done. We were so happy with them! I shared them with my closest friends and family first and received compliments of "breathtaking", "I knew your photographer was amazing", "gorgeous", and many other lovely words. Chris and his assistant captured our day beautifully. I cannot thank them enough for getting all the excitement, emotion, fun, beauty, love, and joy in our photos. His work will be forever loved. I can't decide what pictures to out up in my house as I have too many favorites! Thank you so so much!
