During the initial process, Chris Adam was a great and easy to work with officiant. We were able to meet with her and discuss our wedding and vows in person. She asked questions ab...
out the wedding and sounded genuinely interested in it. She also answered emails very quickly and gave us valuable information about the whole filing process.
When the wedding day came however, there was some major issues. Due to uneventful circumstances (A car accident on highway), most of the bride's wedding party was going to end up slightly late. (Bridesmaids, ring barer, grandmother who was giving her away and a few guests). Chris did not seem thrilled at the idea of waiting and actually pushed to continue without them. Our one and only wedding - she wanted us to continue without them. The other vendors we had on site were fine with the adjustments and the bride decided to wait for her party to arrive, but Chris ended up cutting some of sections in the ceremony to save herself some time. Not sure if she double-booked the same day or what, but we were not happy.
Rev. Chris officiated my wedding ceremony and she was fantastic! She was recommended by my venue, as she has done a lot of weddings there. She personalized our ceremony to be exact...
ly what we wanted. She is so easy going and we felt a connection with her the first time we met her! She gives great positive energy and brings something very special to the ceremony!
All of my interactions with Reverend Adams before our wedding were great, she was always available to talk and meet, and helped me make my ceremony what we wanted it to be. When it...
got to the rehearsal, she was so worried about getting out of there, she made us start without my mom, and the best man who were running a little late. She got into an arguement with one of the people from the venue, and did not listen to how my mother in law wanted to walk down the aisle... escorted by her son, not the best man. Her prices are standard for others in the area, and the wedding day went off with no problems, but how she acted on the night of our rehearsal really tainted my experience with her.
