ts. The ceremony was conducted in our backyard near the pond. The reception followed in the house while the outside was transformed for dinner and dancing. C.A.'s team gracefully managed the indoor presentation of six passed hors d'oeuvres at the reception as the three bartenders served the other refreshment needs of our guests. C.A.'s other staff also helped to move the farm and round tables into place for the dinner service. When folks arrived at their assigned tables they were served an incredible antipasto followed by their choice of three wonderful Italian main course creations of CA Catering. The wait staff was attentive but never intrusive as they presented the meals and made sure the wine glasses of guests always were filled. The evening could not have been the success it was without the time C.A. spent working with our family and our wedding planner, Susan Lewis. C.A. hosted the bride, groom and the bride's proud parents for a special tasting of all of the appetizers and the main course selections. He then worked with Susan by phone and email to insure all of our needs were met and everything "fit" with our other vendors (tents, dance floor over the pool, flowers, lighting, music, photographers, etc.).
