He was not given credit for the video, but after watching it at least two dozen times, I put my internet stalking skills to good use and managed to track him down! It didn’t matter that he lived across the country from us (although telling everyone that we would have to fly Michael from California to Pennsylvania to shoot our wedding made us feel uber-bougie!). As it turned out, Michael’s basic package plus the cost of airfare, accommodations, and rental car ran about the same as most of the local, mediocre videographers who had quoted us. So we booked him—and it was SUCH a great decision! He was super unobtrusive throughout most of our wedding day to the extent that we almost forgot he was there! He was also professional and kind. We loved him. Now to the final product. He sent us the link to our completed highlight video in a perfectly reasonable timeframe after the big day, and we were absolutely blown away! Everything looked truly amazing.” I should also mention that I work for a NASDAQ-listed fintech firm and shared the video with our Head of Multimedia. He loved it too and even asked if I would mind him sharing it with his team as an example of how he wants them to shoot.
