t with describing the limo and its appearance. But, I can't. That is because the limo and the driver never made an appearance at our reception. We booked for them to arrive at 10 pm. At 9:55, they called and informed us the driver was running about 10 minutes away. We figured 5 minutes late would not be too bad. Our photographer agreed to stay around a few extra minutes to get pictures of us leaving in the limo. Never heard back from them. So we called them back at 10:17 when the driver still had not arrived. The lady on the phone, which had a terrible attitude like we were inconveniencing her, said she was not sure and would call the driver then call us back. Again, they did not call back. After waiting another 5 minutes, we called again. She said the driver was 2 minutes out. We spent the next 5 minutes on the phone telling them that we should be reimbursed from this pathetic service. This went well past the 2 minutes that the driver should arrive in. By this time, our photographer had had to leave. So we told them not to bother wasting our time any more and we had gotten a ride from friends that were at the wedding. They said that was fine and said they would pay us back $60 but not return the $60 deposit. This lead to more of an argument. They claimed we canceled on them. So, by the letter of their "contract" they did not owe us the deposit. We countered back saying they technically cancelled on us by not showing up. Their comment was if we waited long enough, the limo would have arrived and we would have received our ride. This company is a terrible scam where they book services, take your money, drag you along till you are so fed up with them that you tell them to forget about it, and then keep your deposit. PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR CRAP. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. We hope this review saves people time and money and helps them avoid the embarrassment that my wife and I endured at the end of our special day.

ed "The Big Red Bus" because it looked fun, were told it had air conditioning, and would hold our large wedding party. Well, on our wedding day a white school bus pulled up, not the big red bus we reserved and paid for. I immediately contacted the company to get an acceptable bus, but we had no choice but to take the white bus since we were on a schedule and the day was already in motion. When I called, I was told the Big Red Bus broke down and this was an equal replacement. The prison-esque bus was a simple white school bus with the seats turned sideways. There was no A/C and the inside of the bus was wet (it was a dry day without rain). When I requested a refund because of the obvious downgrade of a bus they sent, I was told the white bus was equal to the big red bus because neither bus had A/C and they looked the same on the inside. If that's true, then they not only lied about the big red bus having AC, but also lied about what the big red bus looks like in their photos. As planned, the bus took us around town with our wedding party taking photos before the ceremony. At our first stop, my now-wife almost fell when the bottom step of the bus gave out from under her due to extensive rust. Luckily I caught her and nothing broke. After the ceremony, our wedding party was taking a few family photos before the bus was scheduled to take us to the reception hall. The entire time we were taking photos, our driver was pressuring us to hurry because he had to be somewhere else. Because of this experience, I am reluctant to ever rent a bus or limo again... but I am 100% sure I will never rent from Aztec / CAAL Worldwide and will advise anyone looking to avoid them at all cost.

very company in town and unfortunately, the only company that had anything available on short notice was CAAL. My friend had just gotten married 2 months prior and also had a horrible experience with CAAL so I was very reluctant to rent from them. With no other option, I decided to give them a chance with 2 stipulations: The bus had to have a music option and it had to have working air conditioning. There was no a/c on the bus that my friend had for her wedding in July and it was brutally hot. Those were the only 2 things I cared about. I talked to Jowana multiple times and she promised me that the a/c would be in more than working order and that the bus would feel cool. I also had requested an 18 passenger bus. 3 days before the wedding, I got a call from CAAL saying that the bus would only seat 14 people comfortably. I said “would it fit more people if they are standing?” Jowana said that yes it would fit all of us standing. I said it was fine, because at this point I had already put $200 down and it was literally 3 days before the wedding so what was I going to be able to do otherwise? Fast forward to the day of the wedding. The bus was supposed to pick us up at 3pm, it did not show up until 3:30pm after many calls (when you are on a wedding schedule, 30 minutes is a very big deal). When it pulled in, it was truly a piece of sh*t that looked like it was 30 years old and it was TINY. It held 12 people maximum (our party was 18 people so obviously, it didn’t work at all for us). On top of those two things, when I stepped on the bus it was immediately apparent that not only was the air conditioning not working, it was actually broken and blowing warm air. The high on our wedding day was 90 degrees and it was well over that temperature on the actual bus. I am not exaggerating when I say it was a truly miserable 25-minute ride to take pictures. The radio was junk and couldn’t get the station we were hoping to listen to, everyone was sweating so much that the thought of dancing was laughable. And 6 people of our party had driven separately since they couldn’t fit on the bus. The entire time we were taking pictures, the driver was chain smoking cigarettes. It was disgusting and so unprofessional. When I asked why the air conditioning was not working, he lied and said “It is working, I have it turned on” as if I am totally oblivious to the 100-degree temperature I was standing in in a wedding dress. My husband and I didn’t even ride to the venue on the bus because it was that uncomfortable. CAAL only knocked off a tiny amount of money because the driver was late and told me that if I called them after the wedding, they would work on getting me a certain amount of money back. When I called after my honeymoon, Jowana was mysteriously unreachable. She ‘wasn’t in the office that day’, ‘went to the hospital’ one day and eventually I just gave up. I sent her a detailed email on the 3rd day of trying to get ahold of her and she NEVER responded or called me back. Our wedding day was perfection in every way other than the rental of this bus, which was a huge waste of $400. Needless to say, I would NEVER rent anything from them ever again and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone I know. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away!!

18-passenger Lincoln. As we walked out of the chapel, we were greeted with 2 12-15 passenger limos. We informed one of the drivers we were supposed to have one large enough for the whole party and he could not offer an explanation for the mishap. We were told we could not squeeze into one. The limos were nice and clean hence the 3 stars for quality. The 1 star for service is because the drivers were nice and patient during our ride with a couple stops. We are highly dissatisfied with the lack of response from the owners, etc. to discuss this situation. Our wedding planner, my husband, and myself have all called, emailed, and tweeted CAAL worldwide to discuss and hopefully remedy the problem but they continue to ignore our requests. I recommend spending a little more for a highly rated company!
