ned- they kicked me out of my dressing room before I was finished getting ready! I didn't even have my dress on. They did this to my husband as well. They didn't care. They made us put everything on a cart and move to a small hallway. Terry was extremely rude to myself and mom throughout the whole process. The food was disgusting and my guests even said something about it. It was cold, the chicken was chewy and the steak was over cooked. Please do your self a favor and stay as far away from this venue as you can.

Patsy was wonderful to work with from day one, helping me make all the arrangements for our big day. She recommended vendors for entertainment and bakeries to help during the planning process. She took care of communicating and organizing with setup and deliveries with vendors during the last few days before our wedding. I have never felt so supported and having her there made the planning process and our wedding day run smoothly.
When searching for venues, I struggled with finding somewhere to accommodate a large number of guests and not be difficult to work with. I was pleased to learn that the Cabarrus Arena manages all food and beverage on site. This was one less vendor I had to juggle!
Barry and the food and beverage staff prepared the most amazing meal for all 200 of our wedding guests. The variety of food and beverage options allowed Josh and I to select two completely different meal options for our rehearsal dinner and our reception. Barry was flexible with menu and guest number changes throughout the planning process, making suggestions and recommendations as we explored all our menu options.
Our wedding reception was wonderful, we arrived early from the ceremony, but the Cabarrus Arena and staff were able to quickly adapt and make the necessary changes without the bride and groom having to stress out about anything! My groom and I had plated dinners served to us as our guests enjoyed a delicious buffet. The cleanup was wonderful and professional as staff cleared tables when our guests finished their meals. Our wedding cake was cut and plated by staff allowing guests to enjoy the evening without any worries.
I could not have asked for a better wedding venue. If you are looking for amazing coordination and staff to make your big day memorable, choose the Cabarrus Arena! The quality of service cannot be topped. Thank you to all who made our wedding rehearsal dinner, and wedding reception perfect!

ties were set up wonderfully as we had requested. It was a little warm in the lobby area where the bar was, but very comfortable in the reception hall.
We looked at various venues, and this by far exceeded our expectations for the cost. We did bring our own decorations to spruce things up, but we can't say enough about this place!
We used this venue to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. The facility, the staff, the food and overal service was simply superb. I would use them again and again if needed!
The staff were wonderful-very accommodating. The food was delicious and the price was unbeatable-very affordable but still beautiful.
