Cabo Flowers & Cakes

I was in contact with Donna, we emailed back and forth and she was very kind. I thought we were very clear on what I wanted- I sent plenty pictures to describe. Donna always emailed right back, which was great! The day of my wedding we sent my dad down to pick up bouquets from lobby. He brough them to the room and my bouquet wasn't anything it was supposed to be. This was an hour before my wedding. We called the main number I had for the company and spoke to Francine, very very rude. She said once the girl who dropped them off returned to store she would have her turn around and come back to fix bouquet. Which was supposed to be white flowers with a few very dark purple flowers, no greenery. The bouquet they brought was most purple and fuschia flowers with red roses, which they sprayed with a lavender color and they looked awful. It also had way too much greenery and eucalyptus sticking out of it. She returned about 20min before I had to walk down aisle and kept trying to spray the same red roses with light purple- it looked like a mess. We had her just take it all out and leave the white and purple flowers in. Once we returned home. I sent them a email to explain the troubles I had and never received a response. Flowers were expensive. About $400 for 3 bouquets and flower girl basket which was wrapped in purple ribbon and glued flowers on handle (not my style at all) we just ripped it all off and left basket plain white. Once they took all the greenery out and the messy red roses, my bouquet was pretty. Just not what I ordered.

Francine and Donna were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Cabo Flowers & Cakes took care of my cake, flowers, centerpieces, beach ceremony wedding arch, chairs, and wooden walkway (so nice to have one place that does SO MUCH!) We traveled to Cabo a year before the wedding to meet with vendors and get as much booked as we could. Francine and Donna came to meet us at our venue and sat with us over coffee and cake (we did our tasting there) and discussed all of the details and what we wanted for the wedding. I had photos and specific ideas and I couldn't have been happier with the result. Francine and Donna delivered EXACTLY what we had asked for (including the cutest individual mini cakes you have ever seen!!), and even accommodated a last minute addition (the DAY BEFORE THE WEDDING!) when my hair stylist decided I needed different flowers for my hair during my hair and make up trial. I contacted a few different florists and cake makers in Cabo and none of them were as helpful, polite, responsive, and downright perfect as Francine & Donna. For a Cabo wedding, Cabo Flowers & Cakes is the only way to go! P.S. It is also REALLY helpful that they are right next to Linens, Things, and More and Suzanne Morel Hair & Make Up!

Donna at Los Cabos Flowers in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico was wonderful! I decided to have very minimal flowers and opted for candles instead and I am so glad I did. I did have an absolutely beautiful bouquet that Donna helped me create. She was so easy to contact and work with. I am so lucky I found them and they also do cakes! I highly recommend them.
