Flash forward to September and it was a gorgeous property full of flowers!! Our guests were blown away by the houses, the glade where we decided to have the ceremony, the event barn where we had a BBQ Friday and cocktail hour Saturday, and our tented reception overlooking the amazing property. We worked with Colby and our wedding planners the Otherside Creatives to sort out the many aspects of our wedding weekend and everything was perfect. We had a roaring fire both nights, beautifully crafted cocktails, and a golf cart always at the ready to help some of our unsteady guests. Colby was quick to respond to any questions and help make our visions come to life!  We cannot recommend Caboose Farm and their team enough! Truly the best weekend of our lives!

Everything is so thoughtfully arranged - from the fire pit, to movie theater, to the downstairs reception area, we had a great time using the different spaces throughout the weekend. The decor on the property is also gorgeous, so we had very little we needed to do to make the space feel welcoming! We are already dreaming of excuses to return to Caboose Farm in the future! A huge thank you to Colby especially - we can’t say enough about how amazing he is to work with. We were planning from across the country, and he was always willing to hop on a video call, tour us around the property, and answer any questions. He also had the most incredible vendor recommendations - trust him when he refers you to someone!!! Even our vendors who didn’t come through referrals mentioned specifically how wonderful he was to work with. We also had a less traditional wedding, and he really got what was important to us - he was more than happy to discuss our ideas and figure out a way to make our zany requests happen. Every planning conversation with Colby left us feeling less stressed and more hyped for our big day. Finally, despite being in a more rural MD location, Caboose was incredible to work with as a diverse couple. Colby went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, including working with his team to COVID test given our immunocompromised guests and even ordering new gender-neutral signs for the restrooms that he could swap out for the comfort of our trans and nonbinary guests. stage, Colby went above and beyond to make our dream wedding come true. We spent over 6 months on the venue search alone, considering options anywhere between VA and NJ. We were open to all kinds of venues: hotels, banquet halls, museums, barns, etc. But once we found Caboose Farm, our choice was crystal clear. Caboose Farm encompassed literally everything we wanted in a venue: indoor and outdoor options surrounded by stunning nature, lots of inclusions, on-site lodging for almost 100 guests, accessible location, BYOB alcohol which lowered our costs relative to bar packages, no vendor requirements (but plenty of helpful recommendations) to give us full freedom, etc. Somehow, despite being our DREAM venue, it was also very affordable — we were truly shocked at how much the package included, relative to the bare bones inclusions of other venues. And there ended up being even more inclusions than we realized when we first signed with Caboose Farm — during the planning process, we realized they offered soo many things that we would have otherwise needed to get ourselves. They even offer dozens of color options for tablecloths and napkins, which would normally be an extra cost at other venues! Colby was always very quick to reply to our many emails and was detail-oriented in the planning process, and he was flexible and generous with their time as we adjusted details closer to the big day. When it rained, his team heroically managed all the necessary day-of changes, from moving 200 chairs to a new location to giving guests rides across the farm. Throughout it all, they were friendly, cheerful, and helpful not just to us but all of our guests, and they did an incredible job of managing a complicated (and chaotic) wedding with multiple events that used almost every part of the property. We unfortunately had significant issues with some of our own (external) vendors, but we were way less stressed about it than we otherwise would’ve been because, quite frankly, we knew Colby wouldn’t let things get out of hand! (Even though that’s beyond his job description!!). It was a life saver to know we had Colby looking out for us and could trust him to go above and beyond in making things run smoothly. And Colby was also the one driving the bride around during the wedding, and let me just say he was the perfect calming force I needed amidst all the chaos :) Throughout the event, our guests consistently complimented the great job we did in picking our gorgeous venue and the great service the Caboose Farm team provided. They made a great day even better by anticipating and handling problems before they even arose. The on-site accommodations were a huge help, and the wide range of indoor and outdoor event spaces were all beautiful. Many guests also stopped by the waterfall nearby before/after the event. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to get married, or a better team to manage everything. Caboose Farm & Colby are the absolute best!!

When we ran out of whisky 40 minutes into the reception (yikes, bad planning on our part), Colby had already thought of a solution and was able to execute on it within minutes, and that is just one small example of how the team here operates with the utmost professionalism and care. It is also the perfect venue to accommodate your guests with houses onsite which eliminate barriers to transportation. Not that I ever plan to get married again, but if I did, it would certainly take place at Caboose Farm!

peaceful and relaxing feel. All our guests remarked at how it felt like a getaway even if they lived nearby. Having so many spaces for guests to explore and separate – the movie room, the bar area, the basement, the game room, the tent, the fire pit, the wraparound deck, the pond, and the grounds – was really nice. The barn basement was the perfect size for dancing, the movie room was the perfect place to show our slideshow, and the game room provided a perfect area for the kids to play and even take naps! There were so many little touches that set Caboose Farm apart from other venues, such as having a tractor and golf cart to transport guests around the property and offering housing options that allowed so many friends and family stay on site. Having a venue manager like Colby was amazing! He was so flexible and allowed us to come up multiple times to visit the venue so we could see what we needed and plan where things should go. He even let us move some items up to the barn a day early since it wasn’t being used, which made it so much easier to organize and transport everything. Colby worked with us in the month leading up to the wedding to make sure our timeline was finalized, and we had everything we needed for the rehearsal dinner and brunch surrounding the wedding. He gave us so many helpful tips and suggestions leading up to the wedding to help us make sure we had everything that we needed. Colby also made sure we were aware of how things worked for a wedding since we had never done it before! Colby (along with his staff and our family) made sure everything got done the morning of the wedding. The staff was so nice, and the bartenders were great! We are honestly still so impressed at Colby’s ability to manage all the moving pieces over the weekend and his ability to make everything come together exactly how we imagined it. He worked with all our vendors (photographer, videographer, catering, DJ) the day of the wedding so that we didn't have to worry about anything except for ourselves. Colby got some photos and videos from a perspective that we didn't get from anybody else, and he solved a last-minute crisis without us even knowing and stressing about it! We are so pleased with our choice to get married at Caboose Farm and definitely recommend this incredible venue!

Colby made us feel welcome and helped us discuss plans for what my daughter and her fiancée envisioned for the ceremony, the reception, and for our-of-town guests to stay on the property. Colby was patient and answered all our questions, and boy, did we have questions! At no time did we feel rushed or as if we were taking up too much of Colby’s time. While we all loved the venue itself, Colby is ultimately the reason they chose Caboose Farm. We visited the property numerous times and Colby was always happy to show us around and discuss ideas we had. He shared the contacts he had for equipment rentals and caterers and other services he’s used before with success. As the wedding approached, Colby had a comprehensive list of questions so my daughter and her fiancée could get their plan solidified and think through the many moving pieces of the day. The days leading up to the wedding, Colby answered questions and gave advice about everything from parking to transporting guests to the ceremony site to organizing the rental houses. When the wedding weekend finally arrived, we had our rehearsal dinner at the venue on Friday. Colby made sure all the grills were available, and the fire pit was ready for s’mores. He arranged for bartenders and everything we needed for guests to feel welcome. Saturday came, and Colby‘s entire team was at the venue early to start setting up. The wedding itself was amazing, but later in the evening we had a small snafu where we needed to get more food. Colby was quick to think on his feet and made all the arrangements to get pizza delivered to us, saving the day! Having the majority of the guests stay onsite made it an extra special bonding experience for everybody, as they got to spend time together before and after the actual day of the wedding. Colby’s knowledge of the area, the venue, and how to troubleshoot was invaluable, and we will forever be grateful. Caboose Farm was the most inviting, inclusive, and beautiful venue we could’ve ever imagined. We highly recommend Colby and his team!

We rented 3 houses on property and cannot begin to say enough about how special the family time was and the closeness to the venue when making last minute decisions was. Hurricane Helene caused cancellations, rain and flooding but nothing could have dampened this beautiful wedding and venue. Colby came to my husband and I several times throughout the wedding to make sure we didn't need anything. We highly recommend Caboose Farm!

The majority came from outside the state of Maryland, some flying in from Washington State, Rhode Island, Florida, and South Carolina. Several of our guests traveled from other countries to be here for the weekend as well. Colby and Katy are clearly professionals at this, while maintaining personality and relatability. They made sure we were well situated to be able to have the outdoor ceremony and reception I’d dreamed of, even though spotty rain was in the forecast. Wedding planning can be such a stressful process and in the final stretch I really just needed to feel like we were in good hands. I never doubted Colby and Katy - they helped it all come together so well. It was everything we hoped for and more. We’re still riding the high over a month later. We look forward to visiting again soon!

a blessing. It allowed us to be fully present, surrounded by our loved ones throughout the weekend, and created a warm, intimate atmosphere. The venue itself was stunning and so peaceful. Colby and the rest of the Caboose Farm team, know their stuff and don't skip the details. They even made sure the mowing schedule (of the extremely large property) was aligned with our visit. They were attentive, accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, making us feel truly cared for on such an important day.

The ability to stay at the venue multiple nights was a big selling point for us as well since it allowed our family from out of town and our entire bridal party to be together. The day of was spectacular and Colby and his team did a wonderful job of communicating with us through the weather and helping the day go off without a hitch! We really couldn’t of picked a better place to hold our wedding and we will be looking to come back for events in the future.

ative ideas to try and they went with it; truly the day of went off without a hitch (who can say that)? Best part is definitely that everyone can stay on the property - we booked out the entire venue + 7 houses and split the cost by the number of rooms we could occupy which worked out perfectly! 32 rooms we used. It was like adult camp - up in the mountains, but still very easy to access. We did the ceremony at the "top of the hill" which was BEAUTIFUL. We got lucky with the weather (July) but there are backup options in case it's too hot or rainy. We had 111 guests (plus 2 photog, videog, DJ, etc) and did the whole dinner downstairs and it was absolutely fine! We paid extra to buy out for the weekend and had a chilled welcome party on Friday evening with lawn games. Main thing to note is you're responsible for all your own decor - so either plan to pay extra for a florist or a day of coordinator if you have a ton of decor - otherwise check in a day early and put up your own. The venue comes with day of venue coordinator (who communicates with your vendors), but they don't do decorations or cleanup (the caterers clean up). Also, I wouldn't put this much effort into a review if they didn't knock it out of the park, so here we are. One more note - we got married July 20th; if it was a week ahead of time it would have been a heat wave, but our weekend weather was PERFECT, high of 81 low of 67, no rain. ay before the wedding I met Katy who asked all the important questions to make sure the following day would work out flawlessly. In all my own frenzy I probably answered about 70% of her questions, leaving her to step in and work out the remaining details with limited guidance. Her professionalism and quick thinking for each scenario, even with a less-traditionally organized wedding meant that everyone was able to focus on enjoying themselves. My favorite part about Caboose Farm was there was so much flexibility around how we could organize each portion and overall schedule. This was a big breath of fresh air compared to many other venues with early cut-off times and other strict requirements around 3rd party vendors. Finally, the on-site accommodation was perfect given the location and all the out of town guests we had. Just make sure to consider which guests you're putting in the house which is a short drive away (compared to the other ones which are all walking distance).

t 65 guests stay on-site at the houses and it was such a blast. All of our guests couldn't stop talking about how unique and enjoyable it was! Colby is absolutely amazing...he is great with communication and often has photos to help you visualize what your dream wedding can look like! We had a pizza food truck for our rehearsal dinner and it went so well. While it was very hot, our day was so magical with the help of all the staff at Caboose. The caboose on site is a great conversation starter too :) The houses on site have towels, linens, a full kitchen and baths, and plenty of bedrooms for your guests to stay in! We ended up having after parties both nights and it was so so fun to have all our guests right on-site to celebrate through the night. We had our ceremony in The Glad and the cocktail hour/reception in the even barn. Plenty of space for food and dancing for our 79 people. Honestly our wedding would not have been as perfect if we chose another venue so do yourself a favor and have your wedding here!! We can't wait to return in the future! We definitely peppered him with questions often and Colby always responded in a timely manner and anticipated follow-up questions we might have. Working with Colby and his team allowed us to step back from the stress of the wedding weekend and really focus on enjoying the time with friends and family. Our guests loved the accommodations and were impressed with the cleanliness and how close they were to each other and to great hiking. If you're looking for a venue that is flexible, organized, and allows you to be hands off on your wedding day, we absolutely recommend Caboose Farm.

r the whole weekend. Our guests raved about this venue and everyone said this was different than any wedding they had ever been to, in the best way possible. It felt like we were at a summer camp! This was a casual, laid back venue, with so much natural beauty that we only needed minimal decor. There were so many great options for our ceremony site, and we chose to have a tent for our reception, although not necessary. Colby deserves his own review—he is the GOAT. Whenever there was a potential worry or problem, he had already solved it by the time we thought of it. He was diligent, organized, helpful, supportive, and honestly just a fun guy to be around. He alleviated so many stressors and ensured that our weekend that we planned without a wedding planner, went smoothly. We could not have imagined our wedding weekend going any better. We love Caboose!

On the day of, everything went seamlessly and the Caboose Farm team worked so well with my vendors to ensure our guests were comfortable. It was cold and rainy on our Spring wedding day and without question they went ahead and setup a warm coffee bar. It was the little touches like this that really stood out to us and enhanced the experience for everyone. As for our photo experience, the property offers a vast array of photo opportunities as it spans acres of land. It has every scenery you could possibly ask for- woods, meadows, streams, a small lake, and all of the beautiful historic houses on the property. We were able to use the Washington House for our Bridal Suite and it was so cozy and cute. We got married in the indoor space - the Main Event Barn and had our reception in the bar area. It was the perfect size for our 45 guest wedding, though they could easily host upwards of 100s of guests with their outdoor ceremony spots. Overall so happy!

ay. I stayed at the Washington house with my bridesmaids and it was the perfect location to get ready for my wedding day. We rented the houses on the property for the weekend for the wedding party and family and friends and they loved it. It was so convenient and nice having so many people on the property. We really felt like we had the entire weekend to spend time with them and celebrate. The houses are all clean and beautiful. The property itself is so well kept and stunning, so many options for wedding photos. We also loved the different ceremony option sites and ways to have your reception. We received numerous compliments about how unique the wedding was and how beautiful Caboose Farms is. Also, Colby was amazing throughout the entire process. Truly, he made it a breeze. He was responsive, and so helpful and kind with answering our questions and requests. He manages the property so well, I never had to worry on my wedding day. He handled the vendors and kept the day running smoothly. I highly recommend holding your wedding, or any event at Caboose Farm!

rs numerous on-site home rentals, which we took full advantage of. Our families and us ended up renting 5 of the homes on the property. Each home was well maintained and beautifully decorated. Staying on the property truly made it feel like a destination wedding. Colby & Katie were so helpful in making sure everything went smoothly and was taken care of. They were so accommodating and responsive with any questions we had. I would recommend Caboose farm to any couples getting married.

been a more picturesque location. You’re surrounded by the Catoctin mountains, and the fall foliage was such an added bonus on top of the already amazing views. There are several outdoor locations on the property you can choose from (in addition to the indoor event barn) to have your ceremony at. All are so uniquely different and beautiful. There are multiple houses on the property that you have the option to stay at. This was immediately a huge selling point. The houses are immaculate, filled with character, charm, and history-not to mention they are BIG, so you can fit so many of your wedding party, family members, etc in them. It truly gives you the whole “wedding weekend” package. There was something so special about arriving to the venue the Friday before and checking into the houses, knowing they were all yours for the weekend, and all of the festivities that would take place. At the end of the night when the reception ended, the guests that chose to stay in the houses could all come back. It was such a fun “after party” vibe all right there. Nothing was better than changing into comfy clothes, and continuing the celebration with your closest family and friends into the night. Our absolute number one selling point was Colby and his team at Caboose Farm. We toured the venue, and immediately knew we didn’t need to tour any others. Caboose Farm was, without a doubt, the one. Colby’s attention to detail is unmatched. We booked our venue just shy of two years before the wedding date, and in that time period Colby answered any and every question imaginable that I had. He ensured that our day ran seamlessly. From the morning of, and throughout the entire day Colby was on top of everything, communicating with all of our different vendors, making sure everything was coming together harmoniously. We took our wedding photos while our guests enjoyed cocktail hour, and he transported us, our photographer and videographer around the property to the best photo locations, making things extremely efficient, as well as keeping us on schedule. Since we missed our cocktail hour hors devours he even brought a sampler of them and a few drinks out to us and our wedding party during pictures so we wouldn’t miss out. Anything I could think of, Colby and his team were already two steps ahead. Our family and guests raved about how beautiful the venue was, and how overall fun it was that we could all stay on property. It really gave that “destination wedding at home” feel. Colby and his team are so genuine, and we are so happy with our decision to have our wedding here.

ving multiple location options for the ceremony and reception. The site we choose for our ceremony, The Glade, is absolutely breathtaking in the fall. Unfortunately, we had to move our ceremony indoors due to rain, but even the indoor space was beautiful and cozy. The Caboose staff were very flexible in figuring out our last-minute ceremony change. Colby, the venue coordinator, was so responsive and helpful at every step of the way, and was also so patient with my endless questions. He worked so well with all of our vendors, and his wealth of experience in this industry was very evident in all of our interactions. One of the big factors that made us choose this venue is the multiple homes on the property that are available for guests to rent. We knew would have several out-of-town (and even out-of country) family members in attendance, and we wanted to offer them an easy place to stay for the wedding weekend. All of the homes were beautiful, comfortable, well-appointed, and the views were gorgeous! It made it feel like a family reunion. One of the memories I'll treasure from our wedding weekend was the beautiful early morning walk around the backtrails around the property. It was so peaceful and lovely. Would recommend to anyone looking for a wedding where the outdoors are the star of the show!

nd out views? Then stop looking because you just found it. Caboose Farms is literally amazing. A three story event barn featuring a BEAUTIFUL reception space with spiral (!!) staircase! A gorgeous bar with a movie theater! A third floor game room! And a wrap around porch to check out amazing sunsets in the mountains! Our coordinators, Colby and Nicole, made everything so easy from deciding on a ceremony location (there are 5 to choose from!) to walking us through rain plans to helping us come up with the best way to set up the reception area, they were with us every step of the way! They also gave us solid leads on amazing vendors that are familiar with their gorgeous property to ensure a smooth day! I literally cannot gush about what a great experience we had with them. Be sure to check out their rental houses too! It was so nice to be able to have the whole bridal party stay on site! What a great, great venue! 10/10 recommend! They helped us have the most magical backdrop to the best day ever

wonderful weekend together. We absolutely loved working with the team at Caboose Farm to bring our wedding vision to life. Throughout the entire planning process, we felt cared for, and all of our questions were answered promptly. Colby worked with us through every housing need change, every detail request, and every silly question along the way. We truly could not have asked for more professionalism or service than we received. Every single staff member we interacted with was courteous, friendly, and went out of their way to make sure we were happy. Our wedding day was a beautiful, magical experience, and it would not have run as smoothly as it did without Caboose Farm. I can't imagine having our wedding anywhere else. We had a once in a lifetime experience of getting to stay on the property with all of our closest friends and family for an entire weekend, where we got to enjoy yard games, the fire pit, wonderful moments together in rental houses, and a beautiful wedding. I consider myself fairly hard to please when it comes to events, and I could not recommend a venue I didn't trust 100%. If you choose Caboose Farm, you will not regret it.

The staff members were very helpful and everything ran smoothly. I would 10/10 recommend this venue to anyone that loves the outdoors! The on-site houses they rent are also a great way to have your family and friends spend the whole weekend together. It's not just a day here, it's a full experience!

to get a little information and Colby instantly emailed me back and stayed in constant communication with me and I had not had that luck with any place thus far. He was extremely patient with my anxiety and questions and went above and beyond for us. We met to look at the venue and I was sold! It’s GORGEOUS! There are beautiful views in every direction and the venue is amazing inside as it is outside. My now husband was sold when he pulled up because the pictures don’t do it justice. And I’m telling you, he was not sold on any venue at all! It’s an amazing venue and I am so happy we found it. Our sons favorite part was the train of course and he will not stop talking about how cool it was.

re so many ceremony sites to choose from (we went with the Hilltop Vista - it was perfect!), and the Event Barn is the best, most versatile place to celebrate - we hosted our rehearsal dinner, cocktail party, and reception there, and all our guests loved it! We rented out all 7 houses on the property for the weekend, and it was such a beautiful blessing to have all our closest family and friends so near to us the entire time. The houses are spacious, clean, and so cute, and we loved staying in them. We had the pleasure of working with Colby during the planning process, and he was incredibly responsive, kind, and so easy to work with. We had so many questions over the course of the 12+ months we spent planning, and Colby answered each one of them with understanding and generosity. When we arrived for the weekend, he even helped unload our cars! He's a standup guy and we felt so lucky to work with him. We are so happy and grateful to have celebrated our wedding at Caboose, and we could not recommend it any more highly!

From rehearsal dinner, to welcome party, to ceremony, reception, after party, and Sunday send off brunch -- it was perfectly suited to do it all. AND on top of all that, the majority of our guests were able to stay right there on site which just made for more quality time and more convenience. It's worth noting that we live in San Diego, so we planned this whole wedding from a distance and I think the number one reason that was possible was because we were working with Colby. From the very beginning when we first inquired about the venue, Colby's responsiveness and kindness via e-mail & phone is what helped us seal the deal, blind, from 3000 miles away. And that level of helpfulness continued all the way through the wedding weekend. Colby and his staff experience weddings almost every single weekend all year long- but they still somehow made our big day feel so special and prioritized. Colby was super accommodating and supportive, and was a great help throughout the event and in the hours leading up to it. We had an AMAZING wedding day (really wedding weekend) and I’m CERTAIN having Colby and the rest of the staff is part of what made it so great. Our wedding ended up being 97 total guests. We very comfortably had 11 tables + a sweetheart table and a great sized dance floor.

Seriously, I’m not sure if he said “no” about anything we asked - now maybe we didn’t ask to do anything too crazy, but regardless the sentiment still stands. He was very thorough, providing information throughout the entire process, answering my thousands of Type A, over-preparing questions and assuring me everything was going to work out! The venue was BEAUTIFUL - in addition to the stunning scenery, part of the reason we chose it was because of how peaceful it is and the privacy. You’re easily able to “disconnect” and just enjoy your wedding weekend without a bunch of hustle and bustle around you. Colby wasn’t working on our actual wedding day and as much as we would have loved to have him there, Katie and the entire Caboose staff knocked it out of the park! They were all so friendly, helpful and on top of everything especially with prepping for backup plans in case of rain. Things happened seamlessly behind the scenes and we didn’t have to worry about anything. It made our day so much fun and stress-free. We did have to switch from our outdoor ceremony site to the rustic barn and they let us wait until as late as possible the morning of to make that decision, so I could feel confident knowing it was the right decision. We still ended up with sunshine, and the sky was stunning at sunset making the perfect backdrop for cocktail hour. We also rented all but one of the houses on the property during the weekend and it was wonderful having all of our wedding party, family and out of town guests on the property to spend more time with us and not have to worry about transportation! The houses were beautiful, comfortable, clean and had all the essentials you could need while there. Seriously, I cannot say enough good things about their staff, the venue, the houses… if you’re considering CabooseFarm, put it at the top of your list to tour - you won’t be disappointed.

I was also extremely impressed with the houses on the property, I loved having the option to stay at the venue and my family and friends could too. My guests had so many compliments on how beautiful the venue was and how scenic the location was. I highly recommend Caboose Farm for your event or wedding!

as magical as it was without being held at the Caboose Farm. From the early stages of planning to helping make our dream wedding come to life to helping us clean up on Sunday the staff made us feel like we were celeberties. The staff at the Caboose Farm is TOP NOTCH! They are always working to improve the property and the lawns are always mowed to perfection! Katie baked in our clear reception tent all morning Saturday making sure every last detail was perfect as well as tying all 200 napkins (thankfully the cool mountain air cooled it down for our guests)! Colby handled literally everything for us so that we could just relax and enjoy our day. They were calling for rain the entire week and I never stressed over it because I knew Colby had a plan for everything. When it finally started raining just before our reception entrance, he was right there holding the umbrella for us as we walked to the tent. As far as our ceremony went, it was absolutely perfect! We chose "The Glade" as our ceremony location but there are so many to choose from on the property; even some waterfront locations! We had many out of town guests meaning we needed to have housing for them. This was one of the main reasons we went with CF. I'd say that 75% of our guests had the opportunity to stay on the property with us. Which I highly recommend!! It was so fun having a "Wedding Weekend" to enjoy oiur guests instead of on 6 hours. Every house at CF was extremely clean and the beds were so comfortable. Even the pull out sofa sleepers. Having grown up just down the road from the venue, I know how special "the mountain" can feel. The air is simply cleaner and calmer. If your looking for a rustic and romantic wedding venue tucked away in the Blue Ridge Mountains, the Caboose Farm is the place for you. You will not be disapointed!

From multiple AirBnB options on site and a beautiful theater room (what!?) to stunning scenery and top-notch staff, we couldn't have asked for more. Big shoutout to Colby, Katy, Alicia and all the other team members who go above and beyond to make EACH guest feel like their number one priority. I have worked in events for many years and Caboose Farm's responsiveness, attention to detail, true to desire to accommodate and support is unparalleled. If you are looking for a magical venue that covers all the bases and will make sure your specific needs are tended too, CABOOSE IS IT! I highly recommend!!!!  (*While our event was not a wedding, it was a large celebration that utilized the space and numerous vendors very similar to a wedding experience)

beautiful space for a wedding/reception. Having the Washington House next to the beautiful event venue, made for such a convenient and smooth transition during our stay. We are very grateful to Caboose Farm and will cherish our memories there forever!
