Brooke and her team take a hands-on approach to crafting delicious fresh food and drinks. They use organic coffee beans prepared locally at D's Roastery for maximum flavor and sustainability. The team also makes a custom pink prickly pear syrup, adding a splash of color to their display. You and your partner can choose between the espresso bar, artisanal cart, and mobile cafe for your celebrations. The bar includes a choice of hot drinks from americanos to chai lattes. The team can add your wedding monogram as a special personal touch. Slightly larger events might benefit from the cart, catering for over 125 guests.
