She was so kind, and I could tell that her easy manner combined with her talent would make for a smooth and fun wedding day with regard to photos. We had an engagement session with Cadence, which really helped us to get to know her (and vice versa) and to feel comfortable. On our wedding day, Cadence and her assistant Jeannine were fantastic! They were both incredibly calm, and at the same time, Cadence kept us on track in terms of the schedule. The photos that we received are beautiful. I highly recommend working with Cadence!

of Color Pop Events, recommended a few photographers to us and we set up the initial phone calls, but honestly, once we saw Cadence’s photos online, I became fixated on one beautiful image and wouldn't settle for anything less! Just like videography, I compared cost and deliverables for multiple vendors and Cadence checked all the boxes for us. Right from the start, we loved her energy and warm personality and we had so much fun during our engagement session on The High Line and in The Eugene apartment complex. The whole set of photos are unbelievable and I knew that our wedding photos were going to be magical. And they are! I only have about 20 sneak peeks from our 9/15/18 wedding, but I can’t stop looking at them, can’t stop posting them, and cannot wait to go through the whole lot when they’re delivered… although I’m sure I’ll have a hell of a time trying to cull them down for an album. Print them all! Cadence and Kayla came in the day-of and got to work. They, along with my videographer team, Belinda Video Productions, seemed to work seamlessly with each other and I barely knew they were there! (Until I made Cadence show me some of her classic dance moves nearing the end of the reception!) They did a great job with the personalities of the bridal party and we moved right along when we were running late and got all the shots we had planned to! We are so thrilled that we chose Cadence (and she chose us!) to capture our special days. <3

h efforts to ensure her as my photographer? Guaranteed PERFECTION. Using Cadence was a non-negotiable for me because it is impossible to look bad in her photos. Her style, aesthetic, taste, demeanor, and class are all impeccable. Her attention to detail, ability to capture romance, eye for beauty and pleasant but take-charge nature, are so comforting and reassuring to be around on one of the biggest days of your life. From the engagement session on the beach (where we dealt with insane winds) to the wedding day where sweat was dripping down my back while getting eaten by mosquitoes during portraits, she made everything OK. Cadence was constantly coming in to fix my hair and adjust me and make sure each shot was perfect. She gives direction while avoiding that posed, staged look, and makes every shot look like a natural, authentic, genuine moment which happened to be captured between us. In less than 48 hours after my wedding I had SNEAK PEAKS in my email inbox! Each shot was more beautiful than the next and my husband and I are still gushing over them. I must also speak to Cadence's preparedness. Prior to the wedding day we met and spoke on several occasions. She created a timeline and a list of must-have shots. Her detail-oriented nature ensured that we had ample time for portraits and were able to capture all of the important people in our lives. When she photographs someone, she does it with all of her heart and the passion she puts into her craft shines through her photos. Her work is stunning and the investment is worth every penny as these pictures are the only thing which you'll have hanging in your home and will look at every day for the rest of your life. I promise that you will want to frame every single shot! I cannot thank her enough for going so above and beyond and making my day absolutely perfect!

took amazing pictures, but she also is so much fun and so kind. She got along so well with all of our bridal party and family members and she was amazing in helping us get all the shots that we wanted (and even pushed along our stubborn family members for group shots!).
