We had an amazing experience at this hotel during our honeymoon. The property is a spacious, modern boutique style hotel with a beautiful design. The swimming pools and beach are just a very short walk away, which made everything very convenien...
t. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming, and we truly felt comfortable throughout our stay. A special thank you to Natasha for kindly arranging a room upgrade for us, we really appreciated it. We would also like to thank Miguel and Matthias for their excellent service, support, and helpful advice during our stay, thank you 🙏🏻. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we look forward to coming back again soon.

From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Alexia, the Rece...
ption Manager. She was professional, efficient, and truly went the extra mile to make my stay special. Not only did she arrange a lovely surprise of Prosecco, chocolates, and macarons in my room, but she also included a thoughtful handwritten card, which was a personal touch that made me feel genuinely valued as a guest.
The beach staff were equally impressive throughout my stay. They were always efficient, attentive, and readily available whenever I needed assistance with food and beverage orders or beach services. A special thank you to Yazmari, Angelo, Yorlan, and Andrea from the towel service team, as well as Martinez from the beach bar. Their friendly attitudes, professionalism, and dedication to guest satisfaction made every day on the beach relaxing and enjoyable.
This is exactly the five-star hospitality you expect when staying at a luxury hotel. Every member of the team demonstrated a genuine commitment to providing exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences.
The level of care and attention to detail across the hotel was outstanding, and I would highly recommend the Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club to anyone visiting Miami. I look forward to returning in the future.

I rarely leave negative reviews but this hotel was the definition of a complete disappointment, especially for the price. The rooms while updated are poorly maintained and very dirty, with stains on towels and robes. The reception staff doesn’t...
utilize common sense when issue arise such as returning calls with updates when the walls are vibrating due to the “air conditioning on the roof” resulting in the ability to sleep through the next. The bathroom sink didn’t not properly drain, the toilet doesn’t flush, balcony furniture is dirty and there is dirt/dust/grime throughout room. I’ve had better service and cleanliness at a Courtyard Marriott let alone an Autograph Collection. The staff also failed to explain what was included in the resort fee or how to utilize. The beach “ran out of towels” and didn’t say that until being asked and after staying for multiple nights the “Daily Hand Fruit Bowl” was non existent as a platinum member so it’s unclear what I was paying for. When I ordered food/drink by the pool I was not provided what I ordered first time and when I tried to order room service many items weren’t available. On a positive note- they have great happy hour at the restaurant with very nice staff in restaurant/lobby bar. I spoke to management who expressed understanding of my issues but did the bare minimum to help having a pleasant stay. As a platinum elite member it’s unclear the value of the status if management doesn’t help make things right.

Very disappointing. The lobby is nicely decorated and welcoming. The entire rest of the hotel is not in good condition. The corridor outside our room smelled of smoke; the room and the entire hotel smell very musty/mildew-y. The carpets need a ...
thorough clean. The decor in the rooms is old and in some cases quite battered. There are marks on the walls and on the grouting in the bathroom. It just feel grubby and sticky and not sanitary. We found a large brown stain on the beach towel we were given on the pool deck. The pool deck itself needs some love too - peeling paint, stains on the walls. This is not a 4 star hotel. It’s not worthy of the Marriott Autograph designation. It should be closed down and renovated. On the plus side the manager canceled our reservation and refunded the room without incident.

I checked in and was given a handicap room, I understand they were sold out, but this meant I had no closet to hang my dresses, I had no bathroom counter space and my room was backed up to an alley where you constantly heard reverse beeping at ...
all hours. When I tried to order room service on the phone they could not understand me and said the coffee machine was broken. The room was freezing and when I tried to talk to someone about it we had several language barriers and then to be told
they don’t have heat at all in the entire hotel. There was no body wash or
lotion in my room. I had to check
out early for. death in my family. I realized I left something very important in the safe, they assured me that they could over ight fd ex it to me in my new hotel. I gave my credit card and paid to never have it arrive for 3 days. I called the hotel and the phone process to even get a hold of someone is atrocious. When I did connect with concierge they said they had ny package still and it had never left or been picked up because I never called Fed Ex to request a pick up and said it was my fault and that I had to repay and rerequest and and then contact fedex to go pick it up from hotel. So I did just that, and still they did not handle it properly. Stay somewhere else in the area that will treat you better and have heat or blankets and coffee
