ave been fabulous and so attentive. However, for front desk I would like to point out the charge in question to empty the minibar - please reconsider this for long term guests. We were staying for a total of 10 nights and unable to use the fridge to maximise the enjoyment and ease of our stay ( I have never been charged for this in various resorts across the world ), also a free upgrade to a balcony would have been a nice gesture to long standing guests of a quiet hotel. But overall, thank you for a great stay. Maids very friendly and provide a great clean. Doormen amazing too. Ambience around the pool chilled and nice vibe. The restaurant is nice too as well as the beach. Thanks all!! Will be back one day. Great first impression of Miami.

corated. Staff were excellent. Alexa who worked at the adults only swimming pool is worth a special mention, she was friendly and attentive and made our stay enjoyable. Breakfast staff were also great. Would stay here again!

gate to a public walkway and beach. What's the heck! Then, they ask more moneys if you want umbrella on the beach. Only sunbeds are included. That looks very gypsy or scam for such hotel, worse than any 3rd world country like Thailand or Bali. I didn't expect that from Miami.
There are 12 storeys, and one of the lifts always don't work. You have to wait for ages to get the lift. It's good that we were on the 4th floor, so we took stairs and it was easy.
Good thing that this hotel doesn't smell bad unlike others on Miami beach. But still there's a feeling of being robbed.
Money - value does not correspond.

I booked my stay at the Cadillac Hotel months in advance and paid a premium rate for an Ocean View room because it was a birthday surprise for my wife. The view was the most important part of the experience.

ght, we arrived around 9 PM and were given a low-floor room where the ocean was almost completely blocked by palm trees. This was not the ocean view I paid for or promised. When I brought it up to the front desk, I was told all higher floors were already occupied.
A guest should not lose the room category they reserved and paid extra for simply because their flight was delayed—something completely outside their control. It was especially disappointing because I wanted to give my wife a beautiful, special birthday stay with a spectacular view, and instead the experience fell short.
The hotel itself is nice, but this situation really affected our trip. I hope management improves how they handle room assignments, especially for guests who book early and pay for specific room categories.
