I take a lifestyle, photojournalistic approach to photography, with a fresh creative twist. My goal is to capture real moments of authentic emotion in a way that truly captures your individuality.
Beautiful photos are a must - but something that’s just as important is energy. When you pick your photographer, you’re picking your wedding day buddy - someone who will be along for all the important moments, which is why it’s so important to find someone you jive with. I think that’s me! I’ve photographed hundreds of weddings, and I’m not only your photographer. I’m your hype girl, laid back and fun while also being organized and efficient. I know how to bring out the best in even your grumpiest family member, and make you look and feel like a million bucks.
You won’t find awkward, stiff posing here. I’m all about noticing candid moments, and curating portraits that truly show the connection and joy of your day. I’ll be directing you during your set-aside portrait time, have no fear - but you can expect this time to be fun, full of movement, laughter, and sweet romantic moments between you and your partner.
The most posed we’ll get is when I notice a moment to make a magazine-worthy shot, one that looks like it could be a frame from a Wes Anderson movie. This might take a few moments of standing in that perfect spot for a composition that’s just *chef’s kiss* . I love that I can offer my clients a unique mix - alllll that candid joyful documentary-style energy, sprinkled with some truly eye-catching, funky, fun, creative shots - ones that you’d buy from an art gallery because they look so freakin cool, not just because you’re in them. I’ll be breaking out my prisms, making in-camera double exposures, and positioning you juuuust right so that ray of sunlight hits you like a dream.

ast! She is very organized and collected important info in advance such as a list of family members for photos on the wedding day. By doing so, she was able to call the family members and get through the list very quickly and efficiently the day of the wedding. She is very nice and flexible and even helped line up the wedding party when my day of coordinator had to run an errand! In addition, she coordinates everything through an online platform that is very user friendly. I would highly recommend anyone considering hiring Caedy for their wedding to do so.

ow cool and calm she remained with all the challenges that can arise (such as schedules falling behind, miscommunication, etc).There were a few times Caedy pivoted and re-routed and was able to still effortlessly capture photos of us, our loved ones, and the event space. The moments I had alone with my husband were some of my most joyful and Caedy captured that pure happiness when I was feeling self-conscious. It’s not easy for everyone to show some PDA, yet Caedy made the environment so comfortable and easy to get some romantic photos. I somehow shed no tears on the wedding day, yet cry each time I review our wedding album. From our first meeting to the wedding, she consistently showed respect and attention to our needs and wants. She communicated to my partner and I as equals, which doesn’t always happen when couples wedding plan! We’re looking for another excuse to hire Caedy again, you will love her beautiful work!

ctures felt warm and lively and that's exactly what we wanted for our wedding photos. Then once meeting Caedy I knew the was the right fit. She is professional, kind, and so fun to work with! She is extremely responsive and easy going. We had to postpone our wedding twice due to COVID and Caedy stuck with us the entire time. It's because of vendors like her that I felt positive about our wedding day in a year that felt so negative.
Now onto the pictures, they took our breath away. She captured every moment and we are transported right back to our day every time we look at them. I cannot tell you how many comments I have received that these are some of the best wedding photos our friends and family have ever seen. She sent us engagement photos very shortly after the shoot. She also surprised us with a handful of photos the day after our wedding. She gets back to you so quickly! (And they are GREAT photos too). I made a photobook of our engagement shoots and the quality turned out so well.
For those that may be curious, her prices are fair and they don't break the bank. I feel like I got a good photographer and a friend too.
