he dresses I tried on were exactly what I wanted in a wedding dress and around or below my budget. I would highly recommend this place as their prices are very reasonable with a beautiful selection. I also felt so welcomed and supported by the staff there.

there! I was so happy with the young woman who mainly worked at the desk and the seamstress, Deb. Both amazingly nice ladies and I was so excited to work with them the last few times I came in. The first woman whom I dealt with was a terror but we've moved on from there! I'm so excited to show off my beautiful dress at my wedding!!!

o the consultant. She kept showing her more expensive gowns hoping to lure her to increase her budget. She didn't plan to spend the $1400+. It was fun to try on but not the styles she was looking for or a place to plan to buy.

there and the first one I tried on ended up being the one! The staff was very helpful with picking out dresses to try on based on what I was looking for and it sure didn't take me long to say yes to the dress.

asonable price range and they carry a variety of sizes so when you try on a dress you can actually have an idea of what the dress will look like on you. Also bought the bridesmaids dresses here.

sses but this place was my favorite. They have a beautiful pedestal to stand on and these gorgeous mirrors so you can see how your dress looks from every angle. I am a plus sized girl and they had dresses that made me look stunning. Another store I went to in the area did not have bigger sizes for me to try on comfortably so I felt extremely self concious. But not here. :) Rachel was so fun to work with and was paitent since I had a slight cold at the time. I did not feel pressured to buy a dress that day. They know it's a huge decision and that's what is great. I don't think I'll find another shop with as great a selection of beautiful dresses or with more wonderful people. I'm planning on going back and buying my gown here. :)

st were significantly out of budget thought. I was not impressed. Just as I was getting frustrated, she mentioned that there was a sale rack. I told her to go pick on and she picked the PERFECT dress. It was exactly what I wanted AND it was 70% off... how perfect? Even if you don't have a lot of money.. go here and try on. You'll really feel like a bride. :)

e. They have a beautiful pedastol area making you feel like a princess. One draw back, they are a newer store and does not have as big of a selection as other stores. But I anticipate them growing in the number of dresses and brands they carry

I ended up going with a dress that we all fell in love with at another vendor but if she could have gotten the same dress for the same price -- I would have definitely bought from her.

service, everyone was professional and personal. I felt like they actually cared about me as a person, client and bride. Seeing as this was one of the first stores I had gone to I left and didn't buy anything. Rachel did write down the three favorite dresses I had and we were on our way. I had visited another bridal store later that week, Renee Austin in downtown Grand Rapids. I was appalled at the service I had received at Renee Austin. Dishonesty, lies and PRESSURE that I HAD to buy the dress that day. I was being pushed to make such a huge decision. I was angry and devastated. I turned down the dress due to Renee Austin's service there was no way they were getting my money, walked out the door with my mom and sister. Twenty Minutes later I made a call to Caela Scott even though they were so busy they told me to come on in! They had my favorite dresses waiting in the dressing room from earlier that week. Heck, they even were excited to see me again! Needless to say, I bought my dress through Caela Scott, because they were personable, caring, helpful and welcoming. I wanted them to have my money, they deserved the sale by the way they had represented this store. I will always refer every bride to this store the ladies here are a class act!! You wont be disappointed.

My dress arrived about two weeks after I ordered it. They ordered exactly the right length, so alterations were minimal.

ne, and her staff were just amazing. They mad the experience fun and meaningful! What I really loved is that I had 5 or 6 dresses that were all beautiful and under $500!!! The quality was fabulous and the accessories available were perfect. They also have wonderful seamstresses to take care of alterations! If you want to find your perfect dress for a great price I highly recommend you check the store out. You will enjoy the experience!
