Caesars Republic Scottsdale, a Hilton Hotel

Hosting our wedding at Caesars Republic Scottsdale was an absolute dream, and so much of that is thanks to the incredible Charity. From the moment we booked, Charity made sure we were completely taken care of. She personally introduced us to the right people for every detail, whether it was managing our guest room blocks or handling reservations it was a true five-star, luxury experience from start to finish. Charity was so incredibly accommodating with our many venue visits, whether it was for our vendors to check out the space or for us to walk through the setup together. She always made time for us and made the planning process so enjoyable and seamless. We spoke with her many times throughout the journey, and she was always so kind and accessible; we felt we could email or call her at any time, and she always made our vision her absolute priority. We didn’t want a formal, seated dining experience, so we opted for food stations, and they were absolutely amazing. Our guests haven’t stopped raving about the food! The quality was top-tier and perfectly matched the sophisticated energy we wanted for the evening.The entire staff at Caesars Republic was just phenomenal. They went above and beyond to make us feel so special including an incredible upgrade to a stunning suite that made our entire wedding week feel like a dream. The suite was so spacious and provided the perfect ‘home base’ for all of my friends and family to hang out. It was also ideal for my makeup artists and the whole glam team to come and work; having that extra room made the wedding morning feel so relaxed and fun! What stood out the most, however, was how they treated our loved ones; they made everyone feel like a VIP from the moment they checked in. The venue is also a total dream for vendors to work with. Charity and her team were incredibly accommodating, making the entire setup process effortless and stress-free for our creative team. They made everything so easy for everyone involved, which took so much weight off our shoulders. When a sudden Arizona dust storm hit and we had to move our reception from the Camelback Veranda to the ballroom, Charity and the team handled everything with total poise. They made the transition so seamless that our guests hardly noticed a disruption!  The setup on the Camelback Veranda was breathtaking with the most stunning views of Camelback Mountain. After such a whirlwind day, coming back to our suite to find wine and beautiful strawberries waiting for us was the most thoughtful, perfect end to the night. So many of our guests haven’t stopped raving, with many telling us it was the best wedding they had ever been to!  We are so happy we chose Caesars Republic, and honestly, we are going to miss our regular chats with Charity she is such a kind, amazing person who truly made the entire experience feel personal. If you want a sophisticated venue with a team that treats you and your family like royalty, I cannot recommend Charity and her team enough!

We just got married at Caesars Republic in November 2025 and I truly could not have imagined a more perfect day in a more perfect venue. The entire hotel is so modern, elevated, clean, and chic — it’s truly unlike anything else in Scottsdale. We were the second wedding to have ever booked at Caesars Republic, signing back in December of 2023 before the hotel was even open. The veranda offered the most stunning view of Camelback, and with the venue being absolutely beautiful even while it was still under construction, I knew it would be out of this world once it was complete. I am happy to say that the space FAR exceeded my expectations! I am overwhelmed by the beauty of Caesars Republic, but more importantly, the service and care of the entire team. Hannah and Charity were truly a dream to work with. They made us feel like our wedding was the top priority every step of the way, and that level of care is something I’ll never forget. And the food!!! I’ve eaten at Luna before and already knew it was incredible, but the catering for our wedding was on another level. Our guests are still talking about it (my mouth is watering typing this). It did not feel like the typical “wedding food” at all, rather like each and every one of us were dining at a high-end restaurant. Every single team member we interacted with was wonderful, from housekeeping to valet to the front desk. Everyone was so kind and helpful, and it just made the whole experience feel elevated. I also wish I could bottle up the scent in the lobby and the hotel itself. (If you know you know!) Truly, I cannot recommend Caesars Republic enough. It was beautiful, elegant, and literally unforgettable. I will dream about our wedding forever, and I would absolutely choose this venue all over again.
