Our stay at Caesars Republic in Scottsdale was incredible. The staff were all friendly and helpful, the food at Luna was delicious and the Christmas decorations were amazing. Just right across the street from the mall too so that was fun.

The hotel was nice, but the hotel makes it as inconvenient as possible for guests to use the swimming pools. The signs say they are open from dawn to dusk, but that is not what the hours actually are, they are 10 am - 6 pm. For guests that are ...
there on business, which is probably most everyone, the restricted hours of the pool essentially mean that you can look at the pools, but never swim in them for the obvious reason that most people work between the exact hours that the pools are open and return to the hotel after they are closed. Furthermore, if you are one of the lucky ones to stay at the hotel over a weekend (and stay at the hotel during the day) and think you are going to use the pools, think again. The hotel rents out the pools to locals for parties most weekends, from what staff told me. I would have rather stayed at a Motel 6 with broader pool hours, where I could have actually taken a dip.
Note: the owner of the hotel states in their reply to this review that hotel guests can swim in the pools any time at their own risk. To be clear, hotel staff would not allow me to enter the pool before 10 am. Neither the cleaning crew, nor front desk staff would let me into the pool area, stating that they have a strict policy that the pool opens at 10 am, no earlier. I also asked why the pools closed at 6 pm, the staff stated because the lighting is not very good and there is no lifeguard.... News flash - No hotel has lifeguards and they still let their guests swim after dark.

This review is just for their entertainment, haven't actually stayed there. Looks nice on the outside and their restaurant in lobby is solid but reason why I gave it a low star is they could've done much more with the establishment.

p bar feels cold, not much going on. Architectural design is very lackluster and just feels boring and not a good vibe overall.
A good example is the Global Ambassador, they did a phenomenal job and it's always great to walk in.

I am deeply disappointed with the handling of my recent experience under Martha Lopez’s leadership. After losing a wedding band at the hotel, I was informed by the front desk that it had been found. However, when I arrived to pick it up, it was...
mysteriously missing. The head of security acknowledged that this was likely a case of theft by staff and apologized, but the situation only escalated from there.
Despite filing a formal report, I received no follow-up from Martha or her team. I had to reach out to her after a week of silence, which is completely unacceptable for someone in her position. It seems that the staff is more focused on covering for each other than following proper protocol to address guest concerns.
This lack of professionalism and service is not what I expected, and it has left me feeling frustrated and disheartened. I hope that improvements are made, but my trust in this establishment has been severely shaken. I cannot recommend Martha Lopez as a reliable director of guest experience.
